We had 2 nights which were really nice. The reception employees (we met 3) were very cooperative. The location was perfect near by all attractions. Only the variety of the b.fast was not much. But this' doesn't matter

Clean, simple room for the standard queen sized room. Nice convenience of free wi-fi, continental breakfast, and in-room refrigerator. Would definitely recommend and stay at again!

The room was a bit dated and small for a "suite", but it was convenient, comfortable, clean and in a great neighborhood.

Outstanding, incredibly helpful staff. Great location, very comfortable and well appointed room. Included breakfast which was a great added bonus (but it was a bit too carbohydrate heavy for my taste)

Overall good, but no parking lot in this hotel. You have to park on the Ritz, a block away. And Best Western will charge you $25 a night (not included in your rate)

GREAT STAFF AND LOCATION. ROOMS CLEAN AND SPACIOUS ENOUGH FOR THE 3 OF US. THE BEDS WERE LOCATED TO OFFER SOME SLEEPING PRIVACY. BATHROOMS A LITTLE SMALL. BUT ADEQUATE. INTERNET WAS OUT THE ENTIRE VISIT. NOT SURE IF IT WAS HOTEL. THEY SAID NOT. WOULD RETURN.

From the beginning I had to request an extra bed. The person at reception was very helpful on the phone and when we arrived as well. I had to switch rooms to accommodate an extra person and it didn't increase my hotel price. She actually gave us larger beds than the ones we booked. I was happy to get breakfast included too. For the price, we were extremely happy with our hotel room, service, etc - breakfast, in-room wireless, coffee/tea making/microwave & fridge are all included. Has a great location for exploring Washington DC. Friendly and helpful staff, and although a little "tired" the hotel is well kept and clean.

First time in DC. This hotel is centrally located. We walked to The White House, all the memorials and museums and to DuPont Circle. Very safe area. We will stay here again next time we are in DC.

It was a pleasant surprise to get a free upgrade to a much bigger room than I initially booked. This, and very friendly reception staff made my stay in the hotel great. I must say, though, that the building and facilities are quite shabby and need renovation. The shower made a terrible noise. Because it had a small kitchen area, I guess my room qualified as a suite. But my bedroom area was so tiny they had to cram the bed side table so close to the bureau, you couldn't open the drawers. The bathroom was so small that it would have been impossible to open the door if someone was already in the bathroom. I don't usually stay in nice hotels like this but it was close to where I needed to be and I got a good deal. It was extremely helpful when they stored my luggage until check in time. I'm not sure what I would've done otherwise. Great hotel, good staff, good location!

It was a great price and beautiful accommodations. There is a parking garage available across the street that you can pay for 24 hours. It has a lot of restaurants in the surrounding blocks. Highly recommended.

I didn't expect much from a Best Western but had a large and very comfortable room with ample closet and drawer space and a very accommodating staff. I would definitely stay again!

Overall, the hotel is clean and reception is friendly eventhough they could not locate my reservation at first. We chose this hotel because it was only three blocks away from the pass bureau and was economical.

I could not fault the location of the hotel. Near metro and bus service and also within walking distance of the White House. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and all this for a reasonable price.

This hotel is close enough to a Metro station and is conveniently located off of M Street. Very nice staff in hotel and the rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. The only recommendation I can make is that the free continental breakfast was a bit carbohydrate overload -bagels, cereal, muffins, donuts, waffles. I did manage to find an apple and some orange […] juice and my boyfriend had a hard boiled egg (not my fav, but hey, it's protein). Good coffee though! We got into DC at noon for a function at 4 PM and we had been previously been told that it was "highly likely" that we would be permitted to check in early. Great location and price close to Georgetown and GWU. A couple of blocks between Dupont Cir and GWU Metro Stations.

This hotel is perfectly located to permit walking to most major destinations. Great value!

The only thing that I did not like was that the shower as it did not run well. Everyone was very polite

Bien situé, excellent rapport qualité/prix; accueil très sympathique. Seul problème, absence d'Internet pendant tout le séjour.

Hotel tres bien situé. Nous étions logés dans une suite et le pdj etait inclus. Nous avons vraiment apprecié notre séjour : rien à leur reprocher ! Proximite des transports et des restos, tres bonne tenue et grandeur de la chambre, disponibilité et amabilité du personnel.. tout y était et pour un prix très abordable. Je vous le recommande !

Hotel ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo - posizione semicentrale in quartiere tranquillo ed elegante - camere spaziose e attrezzate,con ottima pulizia- Colazione sufficiente.

Hotel tres bien situe, proche de la maison blanche (10-15 mn a pied). Chambre pratique avec sa kitchenette. Toutefois, le canape lit etait tres usage et incomfortable.
