누구보다 가족을 위한 여행을 하고 싶다거나 혹은 비지니스 여행을 한다면 이 호텔을 적극 추천합니다. 미팅후의 회의도 좋고 여행후의 휴식에도 최고의 여건을 제공해 줍니다. 넓은 거실과 조사뷔페를 방으로 가지고 가서 먹을수 있다는 것은 제가 다녀본 모든 호텔을 통틀어 가장 좋은 서비스였습니다. 또한 인근 많은 관광지는 거의 도보로 이동이 가능할 정도였고 지하철역과의 거리도 50m가 되질 않았습니다. 다시한번 시카고에 갈때에는 반드시 이곳으로 다시 가겠습니다. 친절한 직원들에게 감사드립니다.

Great location, good service, big and spacious rooms, great facilities (gym, swimming pool). I would recommend it to anybody. It was unexpected and surprising. We went with our 5 months old baby, and they had everything we needed (crib, kitchen, fridge, dish washing machine, microwave oven).

I really enjoyed in and will recommend it to anyone else looking for a great hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Suprised at the room size for chicago, great deal for the money. Full kitchen with a fridge to put all the leftovers from all the great local restaraunts.. A small building across the street so great views of some tall buildings. I will stay at this hotel again thanks

My wife and I stayed here for a long shopping weekend; the location can't be beat. Close to the Mag Mile and multiple excellent restaurants.The kitchen was very good to have and the room itself was more than adequate. I took my family to Chicago and we had a great time. We found a home away from home at Homewood Suites with a staff full of information and smiles. Thank for Our Family to yours!!!!

Great value! However, i'll still give u the pros & cons. CONs: loud refrigerator made noises throughout the night, sleeper sofa mattress was all springs :-/, the toilet water leaked on the bathroom floor, although food was free, there was often a long line & shortage of plates, lastly, the elevator was very slow. PROs: free food!, free wifi, great location […] & beautiful views of downtown. Great decor throughout, awesome business center, gym & pool. Excellent location. Less than 3 blocks from Magnificent Mile. Every dining and shopping option within walking distance. Museums and other attractions short bus/ taxi ride away. Outstanding accommodations. Complimentary breakfast and dinners make this an excellent value.

Normally this hotel would not be in our price range, but it was discounted during our visit to Chicago. Hotel staff was very courteous, rooms were well-appointed and the bed was especially comfortable with an amazing view. If you can afford it, stay here!

Homewood Suites is the best place to stay when you travel with a family to Chicago! Location, service, great free breakfast AND dinner, plus a Happy Hour! HS has it all!

This hotel is located downtown walking distance to many shops and restuarants. The staff was very friendly as well as professional. The breakfast was very appealing and pleased the palate. The dining area was comfortable. I will stay here again.

While everything was good, especially for the price, a couple of troublesome areas include only two elevators for the entire hotel, and only two guest washers/dryers, and one of them was out of service. Nearly everything about our stay at Homewood Suites Chicago was fine, if not excellent. Service was outstanding--better than 5 star hotels we've stayed in other cities. Every single staff person was professional, courteous and helpful. This runs the gamut from doormen and parking attendants to housekeeping to management. Can't say enough about how wonderful […] they are. The free breakfast and dinner was appreciated. Management staff would roam and make sure everyone was satisfied with meals, etc. Nice touch. Our suite was great. Windows in both the bedroom and sitting area opened so we could let in the warm spring air. Bed was comfortable, and the suite gave us everything we needed. No problems with being given a smoking room, as others had posted here. Our entire floor was non-smoking. Of course, nothing is perfect. Here are a few things that bothered us. 1) Internet/TV would cut out repeatedly and frequently. I could not keep a signal on my iPad for more than 15 minutes without the signal dropping. Sometimes it would go out every 30 seconds or so. Really not what I expected from a hotel so near the Loop. Then again, we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. 2) Parking price. I know it's Chicago and it's expensive to park anywhere, but really? No deals for guests? 3) No fans in the bathrooms. One of my least favorite things to encounter in a hotel. I decided to take my two teenagers on spring break to Chicago and saw Homewood Suites on hotels.com and felt it was the best fit for us! They offer a wonderful full breakfast included, not to mention the manager's dinner on Monday-Thursday nights from 5-7 pm. What a deal!! This is definately a Grand hotel to stay on Grand Avenue! The door men greet […] you with a smile and my son really enjoyed talking with all of them each day! Jonah was especially nice and he gave us some quick tips on what to do in the area and they always aimed us in the right direction so we wouldn't get lost! Starr at the front desk was exceptional and helped us with transportation directions. We really enjoyed the pool, but only thing missing is a hot tub! Very clean, fantastic location. Suite rooms are perfect for families, and you can't beat the price especially with a full breakfast included. highly recommend.

Overall our stay was great! The room was nice and the location is great (only a block from the red line). My only complaint would be that the mattress on the pack-n-play was rock hard (I stuffed towels under the sheet). That being said, it was provided for free so I cannot complain too much!

This hotel had a friendly staff. It was walking distance to a number of major attractions. The added bonus of indoor pool and serve yourself breakfast certainly helped. I wouldn't call this "upscale" but definitely a place I'd consider staying again.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great across from Nordstroms and in the center of everything. Downtown Chicago parking is expensive however the complimentary breakfast and on somedays dinner offset the cost. The pool view from the 19th floor was spectacular. The staff was very nice. This hotel room worked out great with a baby so that she could nap and sleep and we could still be up in the other room. There was so much space and the breakfast was VERY good! Money Saver For Sure!!!

What a great place for a family to stay on vacation. Everyone from the doormen to the front desk to the eating area was very helpful, happy, and polite! Room was exceptional! Please visit this location it's the hidden suite downtown, the view from the 19th floor pool room was great, the staff service was on point, just a great place to stay my husband and I took our daughter and some of her friends for a over night stay and I must say it was great looking forward to going back without the kids.

The pillows were VERY hard. I know it is hard to satisfy everyone, but thought I would put that in so maybe you can have a variation of pillows. We are thinking of coming again (2 rooms) July 14th and hoping you can send us a deal so we don't have to go through GROUPON. We would rather send you the business!

The staff at the front desk and the doorman are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is incredible. The room is large and clean. The location is great for walking to many sights and great shopping. We stay here often

What I liked most about the hotel was the location. It is right across the street from Nordstroms, the view was nice, and it is surrounded by so many great restaraunts. I would definitely recommend it to out of town travelers.

I got a great off season deal on this suite and I was very satisfied. I have to say my favorite part was the continental breakfast in the morning. Everything was very fresh and seasoned well. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I even got free late checkout which helped since my train didn't leave until 4pm and I could check my bags […] downstairs and have an early dinner nearby. The front desk staff was nothing but helpful in answering any questions I had. I would stay here again! I feel I got a good value for the money and it is located like a block from Michigan Ave! 더 보기

This was a hotel I had not stayed at in Chicago before. I have stayed at many and this one had a lot of room. They are suites ao all rooms have a small kitchen and sitting area with couch, chair and tv. Then the bedroom with a great king size bed in it. Nice place, the breakfast buffet was very good. Missed the evening get together because our flight was cancelled due to snow, but sounded nice. Close to lots of good neighborhood restaurants and bars.
