Everything was great but wished they would have let me know about the parking, if you stay here just get valet its cheaper than paying $9 or how ever much the Guy feels like charging you in the rear parking every single time you leave its 25 a day for valet. Other than that it was a great stay.

I went for a bachelorette party during St. Patrick's weekend, it was amazing great place to stay

Very nice accommodation. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very relaxing We ate in the restaurants late and had a wonderful "Tortilla Soup" Thank You.

Our room had a fantastic view of the city, easy access to freeways and the dart right outside the door. The hotel staff was very cordial and helpful, valet parking very fast, didn't have to wait for our car once. I would definitely stay her again!

Was in town for an event at the Dallas Petroleum Club, so the location was ideal. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially in finding local sports bar broadcasting Steelers v. Browns football game and arranging car service to airport. Some construction going on in the hotel. Lobby will be quite nice once construction is completed.

Comfortable room. Would be nice if the mini fridge was still there. At least it had a coffee maker. Also wish the bathroom had drawers in the vanity for storage of personal items. Parking is an issue. But overall it's an ok hotel

Both sides of the lobby are being upgraded; so instead of a typically spacious lobby that I am used to seeing at a Marriott, I walked into un-decorated plasterboard walls. My initial impression was countered by a comfortable room; a nice restaurant across an atrium in whose middle is an ice-skating rink (wish they rented skates); and easy access to […] the museum of art and other places. I also liked the fact that they did not throw away my partially used shampoo bottle but left it for me to use up the next morning. This is a good hotel in a bad location. It is extremely difficult to find and get to. We were attending the State Fair, but if someone stayed for business downtown it would be ok. It is currently under reconstruction which is ok, but the relocation of the restaurant is inconvenient and menu very limited. Our room was directly across from a Pub which […] played the music so loud (until 2:30am) that we could not sleep. On a positive note, Valet and front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. 더 보기

The hotel itself - room & staff, were great. It's location next to the DART station was perfect for our stay. The only downside was this part of Downtown Dallas is dead on the weekends. The hotel is part of a mall which has a skating rink which is great but all the surrounding shops and cafes were closed during our weekend stay. The hotel was in a great location. The only downside of the hotel was when I booked the room I asked for two queen beds because 4 people were traveling. After we checked in, we were issued one king bed and then had to request a pull out bed. I asked if there was any way we could get a room with two queen beds, but I was told there were none left in […] the hotel. I understand that my preference during booking the room is only a preference. But when another group of people we were traveling with had the same problem and checked in after I did, they were upgraded to two queen beds after asking for two queen beds instead of a king bed. I do not know why they were able to get upgraded to two queen beds and I was not. We both booked through hotels.com at the same time. After hearing this, I went with my friend who was just upgraded to a different room to ask if I could change to a room with two queen beds. But still I received the same answer. The assistance was poor for a renowned hotel. This was an inconvenient situation for the entire weekend. 더 보기

Hotel was very nice, but there should be somewhere at least one place open past 10:00 pm that serves food. Also prices to eat at Hotel were high.

Great Hotel

This hotel was a huge step up from the room was staying at in Dallas. I loved the view from our hotel window and I was able to walk to resturaunts of our choice. We had a very nice evening in the bar, and the front desk was very kind and helpful. I only stayed over night at this hotel but I wish I had stayed much much longer! Hotels.com set us up with […] an AWESOME rate which made the experience all the better! We booked our room 30 min. before we checked in. we made our resurvations from my cell phone, easy, clean, friendly, comfortable, and roomy. 더 보기

Nice hotel great price on hotels.com. True price is higher due to extra charge for parking. I recommend this hotel.

The Marriott wasnt really close to any attractions i wanted to see and the valet fee was pretty high. Also no internet acces available in the rooms except for in the lobby, i had to pay extra to get internet service. Plus everytime i would go into the lobby there was a weird smell and the staff wasnt very friendly.

This place is top notch! Ice skating. Food court. Beautiful room!

I was with my two kids and we were trying to stay in a location close to where other family members were staying. We ended up right across the street. When I checked in they had no more rooms with two double beds, so the front desk upgraded us to a Junior suite. In which case, they tried to deliver mimosas to my room just before 9am. I didn't accept […] due to the fact I was traveling with my children. The man looked at me as if I were crazy when I told him I couldn't accept it. I would of looked at me the same way if I were him. :) They really try to keep their guests happy. The only reason I gave them a 4 on cleanliness was because there were cloths left in a drawer. Not really all that serious but still... I should say my husband and I do travel often and tend to stay at Marriotts or Hiltons...so you know what type of service I expect. There are also some very good restaurants close by. Parking at the hotel is pricey. 더 보기

This hotel was great in every way. It's nice to have the Dallas City Center as a part of the hotel (skating rink, Westside close by). 5.0

Pros: clean place, comfortable bed, nice staff, LCD TV Cons: pillows are small (but lots of them), overnight valet was $24, and a little pricey for the experience Conclusion: good stay, but would give it 3-1/2 stars

My room was great the staff was friendly and it was much cheaper to stay at the Marriott than the Sheraton. From now on I will be staying at the Marriott and not the Sheraton.

I know it sounds silly but the pillows were tiny, tiny and no support. Other then that wonderful place

The general experience was very impressive

In the Plaza of the Americas. Ice rink! And it's great access to the Dart Rail to get anywhere you need to go.

I had family in town for the weekend and i really wanted to show off downtown dallas. I think for the hotel being literally in the middle of everything one can do downtown, i was a little disappointed. The room was nice and the beds were ok but ive stayed at other marriots in the middle of nowhere and was a lot more satisfied. The do have an ice rink […] in the middle of the hotel city center which is a nice plus if one is traveling with kids, and there is a mini mall i guess you can call it but the shops were closed the day we were there. The front desk people were nice and i was able to get an uograde for the same price which was a little more roomy. Overall it was a nice hotel but could really use some a little more flare for being in such a great location. 더 보기

Soy corredor y al evento del Dallas Rock and roll half Marathon me quedó excelente para poder transportarme al inicio de la carrera y al final pude regresar bastante bien...muy bien ubicado..a media cuadra del sistema de transporte Dart...los empleados muy amables y brindan información oportuna...Cuando escogí la habitación por internet desgraciadamente […] escogí o dos camas dobles u opción de King size y se asignó king size y pues no cabíamos...eramos 2 adultos y dos niños...Algo caro el hotel pero creo lo vale... 더 보기
