It was great for our purpose. Club basketball tournaments. If it were a leisure trip I would have to choose a hotel with a bit larger rooms and bathrooms.

Great hotel! I am a young woman and stayed here alone in 5/2011 & 4/2012. Both times got the room very cheap but would easily have thought it worth at least double or 1.5x the price. Lovely decor, clean, quiet, staff very courteous. Convenient location, respectable clientele, safe. Would stay here again any time.

All was good, the only thing was the size of room and size if bathroom. Other than that, very pleased.

Was really pleased with the overall service and staff. Room was comfortable, though a little small. For one person it was just right. Cellular service was horrible within the building itself. Maybe it was just my room. Bed was comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend.

Overall I was impressed with this hotel. Especially for the price. The location is perfect and compared to other hotels around it they were either cheap super 8s or very expensive Hilton's. This hotel was in the middle but rooms were nice, although a tad on the small side. Has a nice pool and a well stocked bar downstairs. What was really nice was the […] shuttle Service offered. Staff was very professional and courteous. They made sure that all guests were taken care of. Shuttle service was great. Everything in down town Dallas is just a couple minutes drive if that. Will definitely be back!

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 8 years. I always get a good rate. The hotel is an older property but it is maintained well. The immediate vicinity of the hotel is kind of desolate, although something is under construction next door (construction work woke me early on a Saturday morning...not so pleasant). Maybe I just picked the wrong time to stay here but I could not rest at ALL. I was able to hear everything the people were saying next door, very thin walls! And instead of having the carpets cleaned at an hour people would be up all I heard was the guy going back and forth with the cleaner at 7am!!! I'm like really!!! The hotel isn't even that big […] and cleaning service didn't even come till 4pm I'm like heck it's almost time to go to bed again. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful. The room was nice and clean and very comfortable. Located close to Medieval Times which was a most awesome dinner experience.

Nice room. Small but cozy. Super comfortable bed and super tasty cookies at the front desk on check-in

Bathroom was super small and could barely move around in there. I'm even a 120lbs woman...I couldn't image there being a bigger person than me inside there. Plus the toilet was like a public toilet. You have to press the handle down with your foot. Too disgusting looking to touch with your hand. i was told i was 4 miles from texas stadium i was about 15 milles i ask for a roll away bed on arrive and was told okay when return told that bed was broke do not have any more i would prefer that when ask instead of when i was ready for bed. also the construstion noise early on a sunday morning

The lot next to the Hotel is having Major Construction. I was in Dallas working overnight shifts. Having the noise next door was crazy!! Durning the day as I was sleeping. If I knew Major Construction was happening next door. I would have picked a different Hotel. They said the Construction should be done in 2013.......Wow.......

In town for new years eve. Arrived to the Doubletree to find very limited parking for the size of the hotel. This hotel seems to cater to the younger generation as large groups of people in their 20's & youger were milling about. Was not impressed at all with the interior. Very old & dated. The place could definitely use a facelift. Never did see any […] warm cookies, nor were any offered. The front desk people were less than friendly. They did their job, got us checked in but barely cracked a smile. The room was nice, but on the small side when considering it had a king sized bed in it. One of the side table lamps didn't work, making the lighting in the room less than appropriate. The bathroom was tiny. There was barely enough space to enter & close the door. No trash receptacle in the bathroom, very odd. The only trash receptacle in the room seemed to be meant for recycling as it had a divider in it- half for plastic the other half for paper. The hallways were very noisey at all hours and unfortunately that noise could be heard thru the door. We could also hear the conversations of our neighbors in the nex room thru the wall. I have a feeling I could have had the same room across the street at the BW for a lesser cost & would have been more impressed. For the price of this room I really did expect more. Check-in was slow with only one clerk available. Rooms are small; bathrooms are tiny and the shower head leaked so badly it barely worked. Restaurant was a bright spot...excellent quality food and service.

We arrived for check in at 3:00pm. Our room was not ready and there were people who had already been waiting in the lobby for an hour. I requested a phone call because I had errands to take care of and stressed I needed my room as soon as possible because I had plans for the evening. I was told it would be 20 minutes. Stayed for NYE. Short ride to Downtown. Can take the free hotel shuttle, otherwise, it is a cheap cab ride. Try the restaurant downstairs. Dank food.

Our choice of this hotel was based on its locality to the American Airlines Center. The first night we stayed was horrible. There was so much noise from guests within the hotel and those outside. Nothing was addressed by the front desk after numerous calls down to them. The kept saying it was being dealt with, but the noise didn't stop for hours. We […] were up until 5am just trying to fall asleep but couldn't because of how loud it was. The walls are paper thin and you could hear people clearly talking outside of the hotel. The hotel itself was nice and clean, but the noise killed it. As a consilation they offered us cookies, like that was supposed to solve the problem. We didn't even stay the second night we had booked because we knew that we wouldn't sleep at all. Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Definitely not something I would've expected from a Hilton family hotel. Will never stay there again, and have filed a complaint with the hotel chain itself. 더 보기

The hotel was clean, service was first class and everything was super easy.

Rooms were clean, upgraded. Lobby, hallways were old, needed upgrading.

Taking a shower was an experience. Half the water came out of the showerhead that was not located in the center of the tub. The other half came out of the tub pipe. The lounge was not open at all during the 4 days and the dining area closed at 10:30 each morning for the entire day. Not at all worth the price. Dinky bathroom. No breakfast. Non English-speaking staff. If all you want is an expensive bed & shower near this specific location, this suits that purpose.

The Doubletree Hotel was a very nice experience. The gentlemen at the desk were extremely courteous and helpful. My husband and myself were checked in with professionalism and accuracy. The room we were given was very nice, had a very nice view of the city and was close to elevator. The Double Tree at Market Center in Dallas was very convenient to get around the city. The hootel was nice and the people who worked there were wonderful and helpful. The food at the restaurant was also very good. The neighborhood was only other hotels and one Denny's, but it was not far from several areas of town where there were lots of restaurants […] and stores. 더 보기

The room and bed were comfortable. I wish I could've stayed longer. It served its purpose as an overnight stay and I love that I was greeted with a warm cookie as I made my way to my room. Kudos Hilton

This hotel was good for the price. The only thing it did not have was a continental breakfast, but other than that, everything was perfect.
