Best Western Burns Hotel - 런던

Despite the great location 2 blocks from Earl's Court tube station, two great pubs, M&S food shop, Boots the chemist, etc., the "free" wifi connection was so bad as to be entirely useless. And asking the staff for help was worse than useless. Stay here if all you want is a crash pad near the tube and you don't ever need to get on line.

Good hotel. Clean and the tube station right across the street. Minuses: very noise staff. The cleaning ladies woke us up every day with thur loud chatting and music. Lifts didn't work properly.

This hotel was just right for my stay. Reasonable rates, and the front desk staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The room was adequate for my needs, and clean. Bathroom was tiny, but with a good shower. (I've stayed in this hotel before and on that occasion had a room with a more spacious bathroom). The location is very convenient. For that price you can find much better hotels if you make your booking in good time. It was poor, uncomfortable and noisy in the corridor. Check out at 11 but the cleaner starts knocking on the door alredy at 8:30. The location is great but the hotel needs a real fresh-up and happier staff.

Stayed here on business. Rooms are VERY small, but have everything you need and are quite modern. Somewhere good if you just need to rest your head, but not big enough for a weekend away with a partner as you'd be in each other's way the whole time. Also, my room had a tiny 1 ft high window about 6ft above the floor so had to be opened and closed electronically […] and not much daylight. Room was clean and comfortable - other than the dirty sock that had been missed by the cleaner! There was a large gap (about 1.5/2 inches) under the door so light from the hallway streamed in all night - making it hard to get to sleep. Breakfast was OK, although the breakfast room was so tiny (I counted about 6 tables), that some people had to queue to get a table - perhaps it would make sense for people to book at busy times? I found the reception staff very friendly and helpful, though I didn't eat at the hotel so cant comment on that. I stayed in a top floor room(4th floor). Apart from the very creaky floorboards, I couldn't fault the room *for the money*. Sure it was on the small side, and furniture wasn't very new looking, but everything worked fine, nothing broken, […] great TV(24 inch or 26 inch), bathroom all fine, bed fine, and had everything I needed for a business trip. For the money I honestly expected much worse so I was very happy with this hotel. Didn't find noise a problem on 4th floor though some people have commented it was a problem at ground level, which is why I requested an upper floor room. There's certainly a lot going on around there by virtue that it's a really busy area right next to Earl's Court tube, but the hotel's off the main strip enough to shield it from a lot of the madness. There's a fair bit of human/other traffic on the road past the hotel but I found the vast majority of noise had disappeared come 1 am. Frankly that'll be a problem wherever you're so near a main tube station. It's in a great location for travel - just a 2 or 3 minute walk to Earl's Court tube - a lot of restaurants, grocery stores and pubs on the main road, in that order. Arrived late evening - had already eaten. Checked in, shown to my room, had a bath and went to sleep. Very quiet hotel just off Earls Court Road. Clean and comfortable room. Checked out very early. I will return for a longer visit next time. Great hotel in a good location.

We stayed just 1 night at the Burns Hotel after a show. This is the 3rd or 4th time i have stayed here and always find it very friendly and welcoming. The staff are always very pleasant, and the rooms i have stayed in are a good size and clean. There is a small bar and breakfast is very good. I wouldn't hesitate to go back again.

The location worked very well for the area we needed to stay in. The breakfast room did not open on Saturday until 7:30 which did not work because of our train departure time. The time for breakfast could be earlier for all of the travelers staying. The room was very small and very warm, but the window opened.

Hotel gelegen aan stadsparkje, vlakbij Earls Court metrostation. Winkels , restaurants en pubs om de hoek Ideale uitvalsbasis voor Science Musuem, V&A Museum en andere bezienswaaridgheden. Bezoekten het hotel voor de 5e keer, en hebben het hotel al meerdere keren aanbevolen!

Einfaches, gutes Hotel, in sehr guter Lage zur Messe

Super beliggenhed. Tæt på Undergrundsstation og hyggelige restauranter. Fin standard og meget rummeligt værelse, hor vi boede to voksne og et barn.

I got what I paid for. Hotels in London are expencive. This one is nice and quiet. Had room 320 and if I go back I book this hotel again. There are M&S simply food store 100m from the hotel. I bought breakfast for the kids here. Very nice to stay here!

Das Hotel ist sauber, ruhig und bietet alles, was man für ein paar Übernachtungen im Rahmen eines Sightseeing oder Businessaufenthaltes braucht, aber nicht mehr. Zimmer sehr klein, aber es ist alles da. Die Umgebung ist hervorragend. Viele Restaurants - Fasttfood - Pubs. Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt um die Ecke! Burns Best Western ligger skjermet i Barkston Gardens inntil lite parkanlegg og med svært fin bakhage. De store trærne gir en flott atmosfære og ro. Stille og fint rett i nærheten av Earls Court. Gammeldags sjarmerende hotell til en meget gunstig pris i storbyen. Hyggelig personale og god frokost. Frokosten inngår ikke i prisen. Hotel pequeño y agradable. He repetido varios años en él siempre a principios de diciembre. Las ventanas de las habitaciones no cierran bien y no tienen doble cristal, por lo que las habitaciones resultan algo frías. El personal de recepción es muy agradable. En el comedor hay de todo. Well ive arrived quite late on the evening and was not greeted by the most happy receptionist that ive seen. But apart from that small thing (she wasnt rude or anything), everything was great! The room was bigger than expected and very clean. J'ai apprécié le calme absolu dans la chambre ainsi que la literie tout à fait correcte. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas, comme souvent dans les hotels de cette gamme. Le petit déjeuner est bon et les croissants identiques aux croissants francais !
