쉐라톤 시애틀 호텔 (Sheraton Seattle Hotel) - 시애틀

쇼핑할수 있는 로드샵, 레스토랑, 커피샵, 관광명소를 편리하게 다 다닐수 있고 호텔 로비가 좀 협소해 차에서 내리고 타고 복잡하지만 그 외에는 숙박비대비 최적의 호텔입니다. 호텔도 4스타급대비 대형호텔이고 모든게 만족스럽습니다. 다만 발렛파킹비가 만만치 않지만 다운타운이라 어쩔수 없는듯 합니다.

호텔에오후한시에첵인할려고갔는데 아직 룸이 셋업안되었다고 두시쯤오라해서 갔더니 또 아직 안되었다고 해서 무려 2시간 후 4시경에나 체크인이 가능하였다 보통 체크인 타임이 통상적으로 2시부터인데 그날 왜그랬는지 참 이해가안되었슴

Beautifully furnished and clean, great service at breakfast and delicious food, great, convenient coffee shop, attentive concierge and bellhop area. Loved that it was within walking distance to Pike's Market.

I had a great time at the Sheraton Seattle this past weekend. We were located on the SPG floor. Our room was very nice, the bed was unbelievable it may have even been a Westin Heavenly bed, and if it wasn't-it mind as well have been. The only complaints I have was the crazy parking costs ($35 a night) and the cleanliness of the room. We didn't notice […] much right off the bat. The bed was nicely made, everything seemed in order but throughout our stay we found a newspaper under the nightstand for the week before (if someone had vaccuumed they would have seen it) and there were a couple stains on the floor in the bathroom that would have been removed with a quick wipedown...so after this, I was a little skeptical on other things that may be been overlooked in cleaning our room prior to check in. Its an OK place, but the rules are the rules. Boy I hate that!

Excellent hotel, service, staff was very friendly, great location... Easy to get to and from the freeway. The swim pool has a wonderful view of Seattle and the Sound!!

Loved the hotel & facilities. Location was convenient to Pike Place Market and Seattle Art Museum. Was a little disgusted by the parking prices though, given that we paid a decent amount for the room as well!!

The Sheraton is a gorgeous hotel, set in a great location. We were able to walk to the Seattle Art Museum & Pike Place Market with no trouble. The restaurant at the hotel was also excellent, good food and great service. My only complaint would be the cost of parking -- having to pay $45, on *top* of an already fairly pricey hotel room, seems completely […] ridiculous. We got in late at night and were pleased to be upgraded to a king suite . Best night of sleep in my life!

The only thing we had to wait for someone at the bell desk to get our bags. The parking was a pain..and we think it was way too much for valet or street parking and we weren't informed about this at all. We weren't informed about the room service charge either when we ordered food so we could've picked up our own food. It will be nice to know in advance […] we are getting charged for all of this. Next time we will be careful before we order anything or even to book it again. The staff didn't know much about how to get around downtown either. 더 보기

Enjoyed our stay which was issue free until we received our invoices. We were charged over 20 dollars for a 30 second phone call, and were charged two days of internet access - despite being advised on check in this was complimentary. The charges were reversed upon pointing them out....but it should not have been done in the first place.

Room was clean, hotel staff pleasant and within walking distance of Pike's Market. The only downside is that parking was very expensive and not included in the cost of the room.

Had a wonderful stay, appreciated the attentive service and the late check out time. I would definitely stay here again.

I was in town for a convention. The hotel is across the street from the convention center. Great location--10 minute walk to Pike Place Market. Good restaurants and bars within a block or two. Clean, comfortable, great service. If my only complaint is wishing the pool were in a more central location (I had to go don 25 floors, walk through the lobby, […] and go up 35 floors and vice versa to return to my room) that is not too shabby. 더 보기

Room average, Location great, Road construction out front was a downfall

Staying in the heart of downtown seattle was well worth the small increase in price. We had no worries finding all the attractions within walking distance. Parking was a bit pricy at $45 per night but overall the hotel was beautiful and the front desk even gave us plenty of discount coupons for local restaurants that saved us some great money.

The hotel was only a 10 minute walk from Pike's Place. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. Great staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds.

My Husband and I just spent an Anniversary Weekend in Seattle the Hotel was perfect, the room, the pool, the service, and the location. We had a wonderful time!!!! The only thing to be aware of is the fee for parking, valet overnight 44.00 and after the tip 50.00

I brought a group of grade 11/12 students to Seattle and we had a great experience at this hotel/location. They loved the gym facilities and the swimming pool, as well as the access to computers and game tables in the lobby area. As a business traveler, I love the proximity of the hotel to the Washington State Convention Center as well as its location relative to dining, shopping and sight-seeing. Hotel staff are so courteous and helpful, and the hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable. I love it when I get to travel to Seattle for work!

We made a last minute decision to stay at the Sheraton and had some difficulty with the travel website communicating with the hotel reservation system. The clerk who was checking us in was incredibly patient and went out of her way to get us checked in and to our room quickly. The Sheraton was a in a great location. Lots of places to eat at around, and Pike's was a short walk away. My individual room wasn't the greatest due to a couple of maintenance issues, however the rest of the hotel was very nice.

Had such a great View, great restaurant within walking distance and walking distance to Pikes Place Market. The View was AMAZING!!! Will be back!!

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff was very friendly. The location and amenities are more than what we bargained for when compared to other pricey hotels in the area. The gym and pool were impressive and well-kept. The location of the hotel was exactly what we wanted with shopping, dining and entertainment within steps of our front door. […] Our room was quiet and well decorated with very comfortable beds so we could have a restful night's sleep. The only drawback was the cost for valet parking and the City of Seattle's ridiculous taxes for tourism, etc. No fault of the hotel though as typically these charges are imposed on them as well. 더 보기

needs to get up to par with the rest of the hotel. Towels were not thoroughly cleaned (ie: pubic hairs on bath towels), soaps were not replenished daily, and shower needed more power (most of the water was coming through the tub tap but not the shower head). Hotel and everything else about the room was clean, well lit and bed was very comfortable. […] Would note that this is one of the most well lit hotel rooms I've stayed in, and I live in a hotel more than 50% of the year. Although hotel was located right in the downtown core where I would assume that safety wouldn't be a concern, area is rampent with aggressive beggers on every other street corner. Was told by waitress at one of the more posh restaurants to try and avoid walking alone after 10pm. 더 보기

Fantastic stay and great location

My wife and I booked this room last minute. We live in gig harbor and just wanted to get away for the night. We pulled in to park and found out it was valet only and $44 for the night. I didn't know it was going to be valet so I had nothing but a dollar to give the valet. I told him I was sorry its all the cash I had. He gave me a sideways look and […] off he went in my car. We stayed and found the front desk very friendly and helpfull. So we check out that morning. The valet service pulled my car .around. A different valet was In the car this time. I tipped him $5 and we drove off. I stopped down the road for gas. As I got out if my car I noticed a small dent in the rear quarter panel of the car and what looked like spit down the side of the car and the roof. I didn't even bother trying to go back and argue over it. I know what happened. I an not a happy customer.... 더 보기

I stayed with my 2 children both a little older ages 9 and 12 they loved it great location near everything, great view we were on the 18th floor and we liked the pool it was fun. parking was expensive but other than that fun place to stay.

When a hotel is advertised to include free wi-fi internet, which itself is a basic necessity these days, then charges you $10.95/24hrs to have access in your room that is a hotel that I will not revisit. When you nickel and dime your guests over something so trivial it begs the question what else you are overcharging for or cutting corners on to save […] a buck. Next time in Seattle I will be staying at the Fairmont. 더 보기

The only problem with this hotel is the price of parking. Other then that it was a very nice hotel with a clean room and tons of stuff to do around it.

The hotel is great, room plush. Very nice and upscale, bed was fabulous! Parking is expensive - $44 per night so be aware of that - not uncommon downtown, though.

I had my daugrters 13th birtjhday overnight stay here, they did not want to swim because of the urine smell in that general area. we chose this hotel to tire the kids w/ a swim before bed.
