호텔과 직원들이 아주 좋았습니다! 방은 도착하자마자 업그레이드 되었습니다. 아름다운 Corner King! 심장이 두근거리는 이곳으로 다시 가고 싶습니다.

우리가 기대했던 것 보다 이상이었습니다. 1등급 호텔이었죠. 호텔 직원들은 매우 호의적이었고 예의 발랐습니다. 더 이상의 말이 필요 없습니다. 위치 또한 최고 였습니다. 만일 맨해튼에 갈 거라면 말입니다. 바로 옆에 홀랜드 터널이 있었습니다. 그래서 시외곽으로 갈 때 이리저리 돌 필요가 없어요. 그라운드 제로와 갤러리까지는 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있습니다. 가족 여행에 아주 좋고, 호텔 주위는 가족 지향적인 것들로 둘러싸여 있습니다. 정말 Tribeca Grand를 추천하고 싶습니다.

Tribeca Grand 호텔은 아주 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 쇼핑을 하기에도 대단히 좋고, 맛있는 음식들도 가까이 있으며 뉴욕에서 제공하는 볼거리 등과도 가깝습니다. 타임 스퀘어 보다 부산하지는 않았지만 쇼핑할 때도 많고 좋은 레스토랑도 있었습니다. 호텔 그 자체가 아주 멋졌어요. 깨끗했고 아주 맛있는 음식과 매우 호의적인 호텔 직원들. 저는 이 호텔을 뉴욕에서 휴가를 보내고 싶으신 분들께 정말 추천하고 싶습니다.

I booked this because I had heard how fun this hotel was. On a Saturday night be prepared for loud music until 3am. Sunday was Very quiet though. So depending on the night you will have a noise level on Friday & Saturday. The hotel is beautiful and Tribecca is a very fun neighborhood - we had dinner at Nobu near by and you can walk to shopping.

Hotel was situated in a very convenient location. Easy access to all major areas. Room was small. Although bed was very big. Perhaps that was the compromise? My wife and I travel to NYC frequently and we are going to stay at the Tribeca Grand as much as we can. Service is outstanding, excellent drinks, food and atmosphere. People go out of their way to be helpful at this hotel.

Very chic and trendy. Rooms were bigger and more comfortable than expected. Doormen were wonderful! Rates were high and price dropped significantly the day before arrival. I would stay there again but will wait until the last minute to reserve the room.

Very friendly helpful staff. Had heard the music from the open air lobby can be distracting to sleep but we found doors very soundproof and music quite pleasant. Only minor complaint was lack of a suitable reading lamp for a partner ( room was quite dark) and staff forgetting request to deliver newspaper to room.

The hotel is not worth the money! Ripped bed sheets, two light bulbs were out. There was no 24 hour parking nearby (within 2 blocks or so). Better off at the W, The Standard, Smyth or even the SoHo Grand. Very Disappointed!

loved the hotel; the only negatives were: 1. wasn't crazy about the bathroom setup; particularly the metal vanity area and 2. they sent our luggage to the wrong room; we got it back without any issues so no harm no foul

TriBeCa Grand has a great location. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating; the front desk, concierge, and doormen were outstanding! Two negatives about the hotel: The lighting in our room was very poor, dimly lit hard to see. The bathroom had a dull yellow tint to the light , for a woman not ideal. Secondly ~ the staff in the lounge/bar […] and restaurant were unfriendly and rude. My husband and I were in New York on business. As guests in the hotel we were turned away two nights in a row form having a drink in the lounge with no concern or care that we were quests in the hotel one night the rude host with a terrible attitude pointed to the bar and said "that's it" we walked in and waited for over 15 mins, we got up and walked out. Fortunately the very professional and friendly concierge working that night made every effort to make things right for us, which was greatly appreciated. 더 보기

The TriBeCa Grand is comfortable and a nice change from other more touristy areas of NYC. However for the second time, the service in the lounge was less than acceptable. After being ignored twice by the server, we asked for help to which the reply was "Were you seated?" There had been no one at the desk of the lounge to seat us. Then she didn't even […] bother to deliver the drinks, but instead continued to visit with her friends. This is the second time that the Lounge service was poor. The hotel was very nice and worked out well for us. Some of the nice amenities were the coffee/tea room on each floor, room service was awesome, and hotel staff was great. A great boutique hotel in TriBeCa location. The room was comfortable, however the lobby and bar is by far the stand out! After dark this turns into a neighborhood hotspot which is great if you enjoy vibrant and energetic atmosphere. I wouldn't recommend it for a quite evening drink!

The lobby and sitting areas are stunning....the atrium style of the rooms makes for very small spaces, very tight rooms noisy heating system and hard to get it to shut off bathroom floor/tub looked like a moderate hotel chain...really surprised by all of this

Overall, I was extremely pleased with my stay at the Tribeca Grand. My room was excellent, clean, attractive and had very comfortable amenities. The service in the hotel was excellent. They went out of their way to accommodate me. The work out room had sufficient equipment for my needs. The lobby, restaurant and bar area are beautiful. A coffee bar, […] on my floor and near my room, had decent, free coffee - not true fresh brew but still more than you expect to find other than in a coffee shop or restaurant. My one and only complaint was with the hotel's restaurant. There were no tables available in the dining room so I was offered a table in the bar, where you have to get up and order off the restaurant menu from the bartender. In other words, I was being asked to pay restaurant prices without a waiter or waitress. That is completely unacceptable. It is wrong to expect to be paid full price for half of something. A bar is not a restaurant. Fortunately - and this makes treating the bar as an extension of the restaurant, but without service, truly puzzling -, the neighborhood is filled with fine restaurants. So, I walked the neighborhood and found a terrific restaurant, with excellent food at lower price. Other than my experience with the restaurant, I thought the hotel was truly excellent. 더 보기

A very hip yet comfortable hotel with excellent service - the bellmen were superb! Location is a bit tough due to traffic to the nearby tunnel during rush hour, but easy to find and good proximity to Soho, the Village and downtown.
