This place was nasty. Upon walking up to our non-smoking room, the hallway reeked of smoke, and our room was considered non smoking, but I smelled like I had been at a bar all night when I woke up this morning. We asked to move rooms, and the woman refused us. In the morning, we went again to ask and they wanted to charge us for a room that did not […] stink. There was dog hair mashed in to the carpets in the hallways. The towels had dirt or leaves or something in them when I unfolded them, and the sheets and towels had a funky smell. The carpet was also visibly dirty. I was so frustrated with this place, because I have paid less money for a way cleaner room. I will probably not ever stay at one of these places again. 더 보기

it was mor like an apartment than a hotel. but very nice. if you want to cook in your room you can, or you can go out an eat

Positives: Very spacious room, kitchen was equipped, and it was clean. Negatives: Bed and everything on top of it were very old and flat, there was only one little trash can in the bathroom, and there were suspicious looking characters lingering around the hotel parking lot. It was fine for the night but I probably won't go back.

This is the 2nd time my family and I have stayed at this hotel. It is a very bottom line hotel but well priced and clean.

Convenient location in a safe neighborhood, the staff is friendly and very accommodating. The room is clean but a little dated. Very quiet setting which is nice. The a/c can get loud which I was not used to. Every room has a kitchen which is awesome.

My family and I stayed here for one night For a business trip and the fire alarm went off THREE times that night due to a hotel party where they were all smoking weed, the entire place reeked of weed and the front girl did not do anything at all to stop what was going on. At 7am the next morning once again the fire alarm went off due to smoking weed. […] I thought this was a nice area to feel safe staying with my family built I WAS WRONG! 더 보기

Good price. Although it is not bad, I think they should take care of details, like cleaning the stairs.

I wasn't expecting anything special at all so I was so surprised to find that the hotel was very appealing inside and out. Our room was fantastic, spacious, great kitchen, comfy beds and very quiet. I am not familiar with the area so I was happy to find the hotel located very near the freeway as well as a nice outdoor shopping area that had everything […] we needed. Clean and updated interior. Good value and convenient location. Quiet/safe neighborhood.

Perfect hotel for my needs. Has a kitchenette, so day of the race you can make your own breakfast. It's close to good eats and freeway. Front staff very accommodating and upgraded us free since they had a cancellation. Inside very spacious. Highly recommend.

Don't expect anything better than 2-3 stars here. No water fountains, no maps of surrounding area, no free wi-fi. Loud refridgerator that I had to turn off to keep from waking the family. But quiet area and overall good deal if you just want a place to sleep.

The kitchenette is a big hit with my wife. I'm into the recliner chair and two desks plus kitchen countertop. It is rare to find so much flat space available for computers, cameras, etc.

My stay at this hotel was pretty average. If your looking for comfortable beds, this isnt the place! But if your looking for a basicly clean room with a decent "travel" kitchen this is your place. The room smelled like dirty kitchen. This room ,# 130, is located right beside an entrance and its doors were slammed TWICE by people going through. This happened all night long wich made impossible for a good rest. Awful experience. Never going back

The hotel is located near the freeway, which is a plus. Most patrons appear to be using the hotel as a residence, not temporary, which causes a lot of convienience concerns with patrons loitering, cooking odors, and large dogs. I was only staying for the night, but seeking a little comfort in the form of extra space and a kitchen. After being settled […] in for a couple of hours, I heard talking outside my door and a key in the lock. The manager and another guest succeeded in unlocking the door and opening it enough to engage the safety latch I had thankfully engaged. I answered the door and was greeted by the manager and a guest carrying a dog who inquired about why I was occupying the room. I stated that I had booked, checked in, and paid for the room. The manager became confused and accusatory about me switching rooms and causing confusion, which was not the case. I politely told her that I checked in hours earlier, received keys, and had been in the room since. I directed her to confer with her own staff before attempting to let herself in to a patrons room and shut the door in her face. I was disturbed by the intrusion, accusation, and the fact that multiple sets of keys had been made for my room - an obvious security concern for any hotel guest. But it didn't turn out that way. We didn't know it wasn't a "hotel" since it was posted on a website for hotels! To get new sheets we were told we had to bring our dirty ones to the FRONT DESK and get an exchange. The didn't even sent a housekeeper up to our room to make the exchange. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. No ice machines though and that would have been nice.

The rooms are very basic but spacious and remodeled to feel clean. Only complaints are the room keys are difficult to line up in the locks and the beds are not very comfortable.

I've stayed at other Extended Stay America's, but this was by far the worst one. The bed was hard as a rock; the comforter had a cigarette burn in it when this was a non-smoking room; the walls are very hollow. I could hear the conversations, glasses and bottles clanging in the ice chest, and the ice swooshing around in the ice chest. It was hard to […] fall asleep. I woke up to the sound of the head board hitting the wall a couple times then the hangers banging in the closet. Not the best experience in a hotel. 더 보기

Pros: Clean and newly remodeled. Super convenient for what I was there for. Staff was helpful. Near perfect was what I needed. Cons: Ultra-firm/hard beds.

The recent remodel was very nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Close to freeway and shopping. It was nice to be able to stay in and cook our own meals. Will definitely stay again.

A bit on the old side, room had a funky smell. Left the windows open the entire stay. One of the screens had a huge "patch" which looked like they had used a hot glue gun to hold it together. The windows would only stay about 6 inches open. Sheets and bedding was old and very used. Tv was very old and pretty small

This hotel was somewhat below average. The halls smelled very smokey. The room was okay. The bed was terrible. But it wasn't the worst I've ever seen.

The girls (reception and cleaning) were very nice; they just needed help. The rooms were not clean by check-in time so several people were camped out in reception, waiting. Then some people (triathletes) got stuck in smoking rooms. Our room still was not cleaned. Then when we got in the keys didn't work and neither did the bedside lamps and I was too […] tired to do anything about it. I have stayed at this hotel before and the same challenges continue; internet in the guestroom is spotty and goes from great to bad in a split second which is an indication of poor internet service provider. Front desk manager is always welcoming and does her best to handle the many "hats" she is asked to do. For those on the road, the laundry facility […] is a great amenity and Equus Restaurant across the street has a very nice happy hour and dinner. The hotel chain as a whole has challenges and definitely the north Santa Rosa location is better in EVERY way to the south location. Overall, it is a great "deal" in the wine country. Room was adequate but noisy. We could hear the TV in the room next door and the footsteps in the room above. Would not stay here again.

I went with my parents to visit some relatives. The hotel was in a nice quiet area. It was clean and neat with a good kitchen. My mom loved that there was a big chair where she could sit and read her book. Nice restaurants nearby for dinner. They were also very helpful in getting us a room near the elevator since my dad doesn't walk very well.

Hotel would be great if it wasnt for the hard beds. My wife took the bed cover, folded it over double, put it under the sheet and that made it possible to sleep. I had to use several pillows to sleep on to make it work for me. Other than that, everything else about the place was fine. If you cant get a good nights rest, then whats the point staying […] at the hotel. the receptionsist said that she also had a rough time sleeping at the hotel, so I hope this hotel invests in better mattresses, but I wouldnt stay there more than 1 night. The most uncomfortable bed we have ever had in a hotel. We were put into a handicapped room and when we asked why,we were told that because we had done the reservation with Hotels.com for some reason all their interenet reservations came up handicapped. Our room was very comfy and roomy. As I am disabled I especially appreciated the recliner. However, we did have a problem with the toilet the first night. I waited till the next AM and was told that a maintenance worker was not available till Monday (the following day!). I asked if a plunger could be brought up. They did and I solved that problem. Also I had to make several attempts to get an extra pillow, the toaster did not work correctly and there were holes in the blanket. The sheets for our Queen bed seemed to be for a dble as they did not fit. I feel it is misleading that the address is given on Fountaingrove, which suggests to me up on the hill with possibly a view. When in fact the main driveway and main entrance to the office is off Mendocino, a very busy street. I would suggest to always ask for a room in the back. The room was very clean, comfortable (the bed was too hard), quiet and conveniently located. The staff was attentive and courteous.
