Staff was very friendly and room was clean and comfortable. It was worth the price.

The keys did not work over and over. The ac/heat unit had marker to tell you where to turn the dail to. The first room they gave me had a filthy bathrrom with #2 still fill in the toilet. After one day my key didnt work and they checked me out after I had paid in advance. They only change the sheets ONE A WEEK! The sink was put on the wall at a 2 inch […] angle so everything fell off. I actually booked this hotel prior to Hurricane Irene for business purposes. When I arrived, there were kids running around EVERYWHERE. I'm a parent and can understand that the kids were naturally bored. My only complaint about the hotel was the fitness center because it is in the same room as the laundromat. This hotel is conveniently located off the 95 in south Richmond; easy to find. The neighborhood doesn't offer much for dining, I had to drive nearly 5 miles to find a Domino's pizza (through a sketchy neighborhood). The hotel condition was mediocre, but comfortable. Very nice hotel for a short or extended stay. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Very convenient to the Philip Morris plant. Pleasant and helpful staff.

I can honestly say that I expected the worst when I booked my room here. But I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. The girl at the front desk was very nice and extremely helpful. And the room was clean and very quiet. The only complaints I have are that it's right next door to the Phillip Morris cigarette factory. Yuck!!!! Have to drive into town, but great value for the price!

Check-in was quick and easy , with no credit card required! Staff members asked if I was running in the marathon the next day (I was) and we had a friendly conversation. The hotel was clean and quiet, as was our room. Only 10 minutes from downtown Richmond.
