그랜드 플라자 호텔 (Grand Plaza Hotel) - 괌

면세점과 가까워서 버스로도 가기도 하지만, 걸어가기도 편한 곳에 있어요. 현지인들이 가격때문에 주로 이용하는 K마트도 가까워요. 호텔시설이 오래되었지만, 실용적으로 이용하기는 좋았어요. 투숙객들에게 wifi가 무료예요. 프런트 데스크에 문의해서, wifi비번을 눌러서 들어가면 되요. 비번은 대소문자 구분 되니까, 직원이 적어주는대로 들어가셔요.

This was the first real bad experience for me. The chair fell apart when I leaned back on it, the bed did not have proper fitted sheets, the TV set was Jurassic equipment, limited channels, movie channel had to be called in, no A/C in elevators, hallways. Good location, BAD room quality. The bed was like a prison mattress. People were shouting and running around outside the room from midnight to four in the am and the pool closes at 6 pm. The breakfast that you can purchase is this little cafe downstairs that offers 3 choices of old food nastiness that is reserved for hotel guests.

comfort room needs renovation. Also, change the air condition to a newer model, silent type.

it's great location for those who would like to shop at high end stores like DFS... near the beach and the church... just good location for new comers in Guam.

Affordable place to stay in best location for the money. Although an older location, the hotel was kept very clean. Staff was very friendly. Coffee bar and convenience store on location and free wifi!!!

This was an amazing place. If one is not going to stay in hotel all day and lay at the beach this is perfect. So many places to go near the hotel, shopping, malls, KMART open all night. it has the best location in guam... everywhere is a 5 minute walk away...

We had a grand time. It was close to places to eat, K-mart and malls plus just a 5 minute walk from the beach. The staff was friendly and the internet was part of our package and it worked perfectly. 1st.......The room was small and smelled of smoke 2nd.....They don't know what disinfectant is 3rd......No clock (or alarm clock) 4th.......Bathroom is waaay to small. I tried to brush my teeth in the sink, but the bathroom door kept hitting me in the butt and I kept hitting the toilet with my knee, then the shower was about 3 inches from the toilet. 5th.....I […] felt like I didn't want to touch anything in the room, it felt dirty and unsanitary. お店がいっぱいある所と違い夜が静かでよかった。コンビニやハンバーガーショップがあり、砂浜までも近く、地元の方が利用する低価格のレストランが近くにあり、便利で格安に滞在できます。バス亭も近くにあり、どこに行くのも便利でした。ホテルには日本人スタッフもいるので何の不自由もありませんでした。

部屋の電話とテレビが壊れていて使用できず、修理を依頼しましたが滞在中には直りませんでした。 おかげでモーニングコールもできませんでしたが、フロントに申し出ると朝ノックしに来てくれたのでそこは評価します。 洗面所の電気が切れかかっておりこれもメンテナンスを依頼しましたが、そもそもチェックイン前に清掃スタッフが気付かなかったのかと・・・ 格安ホテルなので期待はしていませんでしたが、最低限の整備ができていなかった点でお勧めできません。
