We enjoyed our stay here. The room was comfortable and the staff helpful. We were given dining recommendations and the restaurant did not disappoint. This isn't a place to stay as a tourist of Frankfurt but we only needed to be near the airport for an early morning flight. This hotel was great for that.

After arriving at midnight, I was looking for a restful night....not to be. Trash pickup with incredible noise directly below window at 4 a.m. ruined any further sleep.

I checked into my room to find the most apauling heavy smell of smoke. The hotel was full and I refused to stay in the room, the staff found me a room in another NH hotel but it cost me 40 euro to get there and this was not reimbursed by the hotel. When I got to the other hotel they new nothing of me arriving and told me they were full, they eventually […] traced the transferred booking. Make sure if you book a non-smoking room! 더 보기

The room was comfortable and clean, very nice hotel. The staff is wonderful, great shuttle service and over all fabulous experience. Although on the flip side of that, the lovely restaurant in the hotel.. the food was not nearly as nice as the hotel.

The airport shuttle is reliable, coming every 30 minutes. There is a steak house nearby that serves great pizza. the hotel is clean and the staff is nice.

Nice hotel near the airport in a quiet community but close enough to get to the city by train using the S Bahn. There is a free airport shuttle .Hotel is clean and comfortable. Buy a Frankfurt card to visit the city and your […] train and bus rides are free from the airport and in the city. Train stop is a 10 minute walk away. The train fair to the airport is around 3 euro one way/ 4euro to downtown. Hotel has 30 min free internet in lobby only. Not sure about the 4 * status. Our room was comparable to a regular hotel at a chain in the US. I would stay at this hotel again. 더 보기

Was farther from airport than expected and the bed smelled so bad i felt like I had to take a hot shower and rinse off potential bed bugs. It was gross!

We had a wonderful experience in this hotel! Travelling alone with two children, asked receptionists if i could checked out at 3PM, not afternoon. They didn't charge us anything for the extra hours. They were also very helpful, when i was trying to confirm my next flight and print my passing boards. And the "cherry on the top of the cake" - one of […] the receptionists was fluen in my native language - russian :). We will travel back and stay in the same hotel as well. Ett välskött och prisvärt hotell i Raunheim nära Flygplatsen. 5 min. promenad till lokalt centrum med trevliga restauranger. 10 min. med S-bahn från flygplatsen och 20 min. till Centralstationen. Från hotellet tar det 5 min att promenera till den lokala tågstationen i Raunheim. Hotellet får dock ett minus för den dyra frukosten.

Hôtel agréable, confortable (très bonne literie) et propre. Piscine sympathique et service de navette payante (5E par personne) mais pratique pour rejoindre l'aéroport.

I got there around 2 pm and they said checkin in is 3pm or I pay 30 Euro extra to checking immediately. then I refuse and went to the bar where I met unfriendly staff who served me a cold coffee. next morning around 6 am , there were lots of noises and couldnt sleep and rang reception and they said that poeple are repairing something and she said that […] she is going to tell them to stop till at least 8am so that people can keep sleeping but didnt happen;-( so ridiculous!! 더 보기
