Overall I was satisfied, but I stayed one night in the hotel and on that one night the television in my room was not working. When I called what should have been the front desk for assistance the call was answered in the Laundry room and the young lady who answered could give me no satisfactory answer other than, I don't know! We booked a king size non smoking room, ended up in a smoking room with 2 double beds. The tennants that live there were extremely loud and rude all night long could not sleep, beds extremely uncomfortable. the guy at the front counter said he would bring us some take out menus for restuarants that delivered because we got into the hotel at 11:00Pm […] from the airport and had no car and no dinner, he never showed up with them so we went to bed with no dinner. got up early and left because we were so disgusted with this hotel, I would never stay there and I would never ever recommend it to any one. they need to try to ony have extended stay guests, not for the overnighter. 더 보기

Had a great stay. Room was clean& freshly painted. The beds were to hard for me. Still would come back again. The staff was very nice.

I enjoyed my visit at this hotel. We checked in at night and Jorge was AWESOME getting our room and a cab for us. The morning clerk was very pleasant as well (don't know her name she wasn't wearing a name tag). The room was cozy and comfortable, nice and clean. No ice machine, computer for airline check in, far away from everything, run down depressed area, noisy, creepy.

Served our purposes very well - able to cook for ourselves and use the free wifi and sleep comfortably. My only concern was the little brown lizard that found his way into the room. Don't know where he went after I screamed.

basic hotel, good if you need to be in the blue laggon area and are on a tihgt budget.

this is an extended stay hotel so keep that in mind while bookin it , place was very clean , the room was small but very comfortable and location is great swell the staff is very helpful would def stay at this place again

The Homestead Airport Hotel needs to be refurbished. The kitchens and bathrooms are outdated. The furniture also leaves a lot to be desired. The customer service was adequate. It's unfortunate that I will never stay there again, nor will I recommend it.

There are people living here. They stand out in the parking lot gazing at women and calling to them as if they are in the hood standing on the street corner drinking a 40. This place should not ask for more than 30/night. The bathroom tub is rusted, the stand to place towels is rusted and rooms are tiny. The entire presentation is bad.

We stayed here for one night prior to a flight out the next morning and the hotel was very convenient for that purpose. The gentlman at reception was very nice and accomodating but the condition of the room was awful. The room had a full kitchen but the refrigerator was unplugged and we had to pull it out from the wall to plug it back in. Overall a good hotel, location not so good but very close to airport. I was looking for a good deal as it was new year. So was a deal, nice hotel, paid housekeeping (which sucks as I stayed there for 5 days). Location 30 minutes away From south beach. Safe parking only suitable if you have a car

only problem I had was a clogged sink

I was looking for a place to stay as cheap as possible without being scary/dangerous, and this place fit the bill. I stayed for 6 nights and didn't have any problems with the place. I did have a car, and I think that was key: the hotel is a little out of the way, but is easy to get to from the highway and there is a grocery store, starbucks, and fast […] food about a mile down the street. You need to use your key card to get into the parking lot, which seemed good for security, and the kitchen had a stove, microwave and fridge that were all nice to have. The hotel is on a parkway with several business buildings but not a ton of traffic-- I went out for walks and a run and it was fine. I basically just needed a place to unwind at the end of long days in Miami-- this place was perfect for that. 더 보기

Room next to ours had at least 7 Hispanics who were loud, constantly on cell phones on the porch (loud), slamming doors, and at least two arguments (which involved more door slamming). Calls to front desk would quiet them down briefly, then they'd start up again. Considered calling cops, didn't feel like filling out a police report. We spent one night at this hotel, principaly for the location, very close to the airport.

I have now stayed at 4 extended stays in the miami area...this one has open hallways, nice landscaping and a gated entry. My AC had a burning smell at 3AM. I called the front desk and the person did not speak english and didn't even try. the room showed some wear and tear but was comfortable. Overall the 4 night stay was just OK. Good value for the money. The bed was OK. Not as comfortable as I would have liked but OK for 1 night.

The best hotel for the price and it's not named blue lagoon it's an extended stay in very good condition

My first thought on entering the room was that this was a smoking room (even though there was a "no smoking" sign on the dresser in plain sight). The next night the smell just hit me so strong, and I realized the smell was coming through the bathroom vent (probably from another room) - I turned on the vent and the strong smell cleared out, but it still […] smelt mildly smoky my entire stay. Fairly small room, but comfortable. The matress was good and hard how I like it. TV was a CRT instead of a panel. Air conditioning worked great. The fridge was turned all the way down when I got there, so glad I didn't need to get items cold fast in there. Ironing board cover was all bunched up - not a good surface to iron on, and iron left black marks on my white shirt. View outside the room was awesome - overlooking a lake - very beautiful. The guy who checked me in at midnight didn't know a lick of English. Overall, I feel like it was a decent place to stay for the budget I was on. 더 보기

My son and I enjoyed our stay in the spacious room. We loved the little food bar and mini kitchen in the room. The bedding was crisp and clean though the bed was extremely firm. We may well return in the future if my son attends the University of Miami as it is an easy drive from there and affordably priced for our budget.

Nothing like my previous experiences - will not stay there ever again.

This is the second time I stayed at this lodge. It is right dab in the middle of anything Miami-Dade. It was very clean, everything worked, grounds well kept, and for being right next to the runway, very quiet! I will be staying here again - no doubt.

I use hotels for two things, sleep and shower. I do not use TV, pool, restaurant, phone ... etc. This hotel is "not bad" for all these things. Please note that this is an "extended stay" kind of place so there is not daily room service going on. I was mildly annoyed that I stayed for three days and no one even came to replace the coffee and bath soap. […] But hey, it was half price of anywhere else. They do not have breakfast buffet, and I wish they did. At the front desk, staff is very very nice and helpful, twice I went there for help, and they did a wonderful job. I definitely will choose this hotel the next time I visit Miami. 더 보기

Good hotel, it was actually more than I expected. BUT the reservation site have to make clear that this EXTENDED STAY HOTEL is cheap because they clean the room once every 7 days. AND if you want clean towels YOU need to look for them at the front desk. Other than that, the hotel was ok, for the purpose of my 5 days visit

Is not a SUITE is a MINI SUITE,also the bathroom was DIRTY,pans,plates and dinnerware were DIRTY. Fridge racks had rust and inside the microwave too.They only clean your room and change your linens ONCE a week and finally they CHARGE INTERNET SERVICE!!!!!!! They don`t change the towels and clean the room before you stay 4 days. Bad experience and I don`t recommend.

After staying in a hotel where I had to press the 'VOL' button on the remote control to change the channel, no mini fridge or microwave.. This was an excellent upgrade Full kitchenette with stove top and they were very accommodating. The only problem I realized everyone one had was there room key. EVERYTHING deactivates it, don't put it here, there, […] anywhere, no where is safe for the room key. I spent a lot of time walking to the office because i kept getting locked out. 더 보기
