Last minute grab (and we regret it!) This place looks nice and clean on the outside, BUT, get inside and you'll have a totally worn out mattress, NO ICE and NO ICE MACHINE on property, NO COFFEE in room or on property (but you do get an old 4 cup coffee maker if you remembered to bring your own), Air conditioner worked, but will wake you up each time […] it starts up (very loud), AND *******the best surprise of all the next morning************brown ticks in the bed with us!!!!!!! Do yourself a big favor and don't even think about this place! You do get semi slow internet so you can fill out your survey if you insist on staying here......... 더 보기

No ice in the feezer.. they have no ice machines! There was no coffee near the coffee maker, I was told by house keeping to go to the front desk for coffee.. yeah right! It just seemed that this was a place that took your money and just gave you a roof over your head. No more, no less.

Not good at all

The room was very comforable and quiet and clean great place to stay if you will stay for a week or more

On the outside the hotel looked great. Having stayed at Homestead Suites before with good experiences I was amazed at how bad this place is! Opening the door to the room I was met with a strong odor of wet dog and cigarettes (it was a non smoking room). Because I was on a business meeting and running a tight schedule I was not able to do anything about […] it. I used room freshener to tolerate the room smell. I found holes in the walls, chipped counters, scuffed up furniture, and holes in the kitchen floors. Patched holes with mismatched paint throughout the room. The bathtub was chipped with mold growing inside the chip, yuck! Although there was a microwave, the glass tray was missing. There was no hair dryer either. Although there was a coffee maker with stirrers and sugar, there was no coffee. When I talked to the front desk at check out I was told that most guests ask for the coffee if they want it. I was also told to call back tomorrow and talk to the manager to report the smell in the room! Overall, not a good experience and I definitely would NOT recommend this place 더 보기

Even though there were some pluses to the Hotel like location to shopping areas, the airport and bus service, the overall condtion of the Hotel leaves alot to be desired. The carpet was very dirty, you could not walk in the room withour someting on your feet and the bed linen all looked like they had come straight from the drier to the bed and the sheets […] were too small for the bed. 더 보기

My stay at this hotel was pleasant enough. There were a few minor issues that could have been dealt with better. The freezer was not cold enough to freeze anything. The tub lacked a stopper which preventing me from taking a bath. Overall the room was clean. The TV had a decent selection of channels. The wireless internet worked without any issues.

There were three couples and three rooms. Each room had different problems. Our room had a chewed off corner of the nightstand and a patch of carpet that was bare. The closet door was missing. We had to go to the front desk for shampoo and to the CVS for a hair dryer. We used a fork to hold the curtains shut. And thank god I did not see a roach until […] the next morning. Apparently one of the other rooms had not be refurbished and did not have kitchen utinsels. Their refridgerator and air conditioner made alot of noise. The crime seen tape in the CVS parking lot next to the hotel was a little disconcerting. 더 보기

EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN, NICK ON THE DESK ARE, BUT BATHROOM ,BED AREA, AIRCONDITION IS GREAT CONDITION. MY FAMILY ALSO RENTED HEAR FROM OUT OF TOWN, NO COMPLAINTS! LOVED IT AND WILL BE BACK SOON ! A- IN MY BOOK! THANK YOU FOR A GREAT STAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That was the worst hotel I ever stayed at BLOODY SHEETS,and also the comforter Noisy neighbors,and ask the front desk to have the manager to give me a call as of today no call. dirty,nasty, smelly...they should have paid me to stay there. i move to a more expensive hotel right away.

The room smelled heavy of urine

The bed was very uncomfortable, there was strange people of questionable character standing outside the hotel when i arrived. The bed spread had cigarette burns in it, and it was a NON SMOKING ROOM!!! I spotted a roach in the bathroom. I was very disatisfied with my stay. I would not stay there again or reccomend it to anyone.

The hotel was actually in good condition compared to some of the other reviews completed by others. I would recommend this to others for sure. The price was very reasonable and for the room provided under that price...it's a steal for the night/weekend!!! I have stayed at this property several times. The rooms are clean and well appointed. It is close to I-95 as well as the Florida Turnpike, and only 10 to 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood airport. My only request to management is that they update the beds to something more comfortable, and replace some of the older furniture.

I arrived after hours and staff was still friendly and nice. I was given the key to the wrong room so another guest had a rude awakening at 1:30am...fortunately they had the safety lock on their door. Had to return to the office for a key to the correct room. Door to the refrigerator would not stay closed which could have been a problem if I had brought […] food as intended. Had to hunt for the only trash can which was left in the cabinet under the bathroom sink. Base of the cabinet in the bathroom looked like it had been sawed off with a hand saw and I think the baseboards were missing in the bathroom...all in all a strange little place for the short time I was there...I was so tired I was just happy to have a bed...bed was not very comfortable, but again for the price all was as expected. 더 보기

Save a few more bucks and stay somewhere else. The office was closed and the night person that had to come barely spoke English. The hotel is in a crummy area only a few doors down from adult book store. The air conditioning worked good, but the room stunk like smoke and had an ashtray in it, even though my reservation was CONFIRMED as a non-smoking […] room. There was also no hair dryer in the room. Bed was lumpy, room had what looked like termite damage in the bathroom and in the kitchen area. The door was hard to shut, the curtains did not close all the way. The shower had mold. The room was once a smoking room and the bathroom had cigarette burns on the countertop. I do a lot of traveling. This is the worst hotel I have ever stay in.

The room was not well maintained--rust on the tub, refrigerator, and microwave, filthy carpet, and rust on the door to the room. Everything worked, and it was quiet and otherwise clean, but it felt like a third world hotel.

I was visiting friends in area and needed a place to base my visit. This motel was suggested and I booked it. Found it to be very neat and orderly. However, I was a little dissappointed in the fact that is set up more for extened stay with kitchenettes but no daily cleaning unless requested. I would not recommend if you are looking for a traditional […] type motel but would if looking for a place to set up for a week or better. front desk personnel got very bad attidude..once you check in they dont care about anything else..I could'nt sleep all night due to loud screaming and fighting from the next room..front desk did'nt care when I called to complain @ 7pm,12am and 5pm..you could'nt pay me to wake up with baggy eyes at this hotel..

For the price it was a great place to stay - especially for a longer stay being that it had a mini kitchen. I would stay there again in the future.

I ENJOYED MY WEEKEND STAY IT WAS COMFORTABLE AFFORDABLE AND LOCATED IN A GREAT SPOT FOR ME

It's not the Ritz but it is clean, comfortable and convenient.

It was very close to my desired location, I got to the front office a little late and had to wait for the attendant to open the office for check in. Nothing to write home about...

One thing that I didn't like is that there was not enough towels in the room. It was very convenient and was at a good location. For the price it was ok. I will probably recommend to other people.

i got the room for a romantic get away and it was everything my spouse and i had anticipated!

do not use the phone in your room beacuse you will be charged us$15 per minute!!!!!!!!!!!!
