Only issue was parking in certain areas other than that great value for descent place to stay.

I apologize but I thought this came with a continental breakfast. Maybe not. In any event didn't see a continental breakfast because the lobby is too small to accommodate such a thing. ?

Trash....everywhere. The lot is dirty. The hot water went out. It's very noisy. I wont stay there again.

The room smelled like dirty laundry or an uncleaned bathroom. The room looked clean so I don't know where the smell was coming from. I stayed for 12 days and supposedly the stay included room service if staying for 7 days or more. On the 8th day I had to ask for it and it still didn't happen until day 10. First I reserved a smoking room when booking. They had none when checking in. No ice machine and no ice in freezer. Called front desk to ask about this and he referred me to a nearby liquor store. Never again!

very good overall experience

This hotel was ok - cheap price. The only issue - the bed was too small. It was not queen size - the size I paid for.

This was the worst stay I have had in years . I had booked two rooms .Normally one assumes that the rooms would be close to each other but they were not.. In my room the TV remote did not work. They gave me a replacement but it only partially worked.I The closet doors were off the tracks and did not work., The chair by the bed was stained and dirty.In […] the other room the TV did not work at all. As indicated above, I felt the experience to be a very positive one.

This place just does not feel right. The staff is not helpful. At the end of my trip I decided that there is balance between price and comfort. This hotel is very affordable but it does not deliver with comfort and convenience.

I had a wonderful time in Denver and my hotel room was very close and convienent to the highway.The best part of my stay was the ability to prepare dinner on a stove in my room, instead of having to "go out" to eat.

I didn't realize it was the kind of place where I needed to bring my own shampoo. There was trash left in my room. And the furniture wasn't in GREAT shape. However, there were flowering bushes outside my room which made everything smell glorious.

great value, don't expect more and note that they charge extra for Internet

I am giving this hotel a 1, but would give a rating zero if I could. I booked a hotel online for a queen non-smoking room. When I went to check in, the rude woman, Vera, said they didn't have any non-smoking rooms and only smoking rooms. I said I booked this online and displayed that you had non-smoking rooms availale. Stayed there 1 night. Had small blood stains on the sheets right where your face would be. UCK ! Gross out ! Not a clean place

This "studo suite" is more a glorified flea bag motel. The bed had that lunmpy mattress look and feel. The pillows were a tiny and flimsy square nto suitable for sleep. The full size friedge and stove was nice ..but overall, it was not comfortable for the purpose of resting. Resting is the main purpose.

bad, cheap, dirty, rooms don't waste your money.

Must rent or have access to a car, the rate was good but the hotel seemed older and could use some improvements.

When I arrived to my room I noticed there was no remote for the TV. Then the girl from the front desk called to ask if my room was acceptable. I told her about the missing remote and she brought it to me immediately.

Mediocre hotel.We booked a deluxe room but slightly disappointed. Not super clean. We preferred this because it has a kitchenette. Otherwise I would prefer another place.

Certainly a decent value and location is convenient to all of Tech Center and Park Meadows. Restaurants are a short drive and plentiful. Bed was not so good. Cheap and functional.

It's hard to believe, but they run DSL to this hotel for Internet and keep the main routers in the guest's rooms! So if they have to reset a router, they have to wait until the guest isn't there. The Internet is so slow it is useless.

Great stay if you are looking for a place near south denver!!

though it is located right by a major freeway, Surrounding area is quiet and safe. you can keep the curtain open and you don't even get bothered. In many hotels with kitchen I have stayed (four hotels), this is actually the first one to have plates, pots, pan, silvers; everything you need for cooking came with. Pictures are deceiving, corporate pictures. Rundowned and dirty, Bedding ???. No cheap for a pit. Stayed at other Homestead's so I have comparisons.

Our room was FILTHY!!! There was dog/cat hair covering the carpet. The Blanket on the bed was covered with dog/cat hair and we were told that they could not issue another room and new bed linen until the morning cause housekeeping was gone. I carried the blanket to the office, and got covered with dog/cat hair to the point I had to immediately shower. […] The following morning I spoke to the manager and he did have them change the bed linen and shampoo the carpet, however never offered any sort of compensation, even though one was asked for. We wend out and bought a blanket and pillows to get through the night. There were three big baseball/softball tournaments in town, so rooms were hard to find. 더 보기

My new husband and I were on our honeymoon and opted to find a lesser expensive hotel so that we could spend our money on better food and events. Our room had no towels, and when we asked they gave us one saying that was all they had. The 2 pillows that were on the bed were about as thick as the sheets, and when we called to get a couple of more, we […] were told they were all out of those too. The hair dryer broke after about 30 seconds of use and the tv remote after about 5 minutes. There is very limited parking around the building and had to park 2 buildings away from our room. The room I was rented had a horrible smell. It had a very musty smell, like sheets that were left in a wet washer for a month. The hotel staff was aware of the odor in the room, yet they continue to rent this room. The staff person told me that they tried to get the odor out of the room, but they were not successful. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were courteous and efficient. This hotel provides basic lodging, not luxury - but it is an excellent value. I would be glad to stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel approximately 1 month ago, and it seemed cleaner in that room. But, the service was impeccable...great people working there.

The room was comfortable and clean, everything I needed was there, and I had no complaints whatsoever. The person at the desk was polite and efficient. Close freeway access; can't really say anything bad. For the small amount of money paid, the room was a great deal.

I guess it is because it is a long term hotel but the noise level (parties) was awful! If you don't have a car then plan to walk a long ways as this hotel is in the middle of the Tech Center (No Food close by). But for the price it was OK.
