호텔 직원들이 친절하고 상냥 했음. 호텔 주위에 편의 시설이 없는 것이 단점이고, 택시 이용도 불편 했으나 숙박에는 문제 없고, 식사도 무료도 제공되었음.

학회 장소가 Hilton 호텔이라 가까운 곳으로 잡았다. 힐튼과 걸어서 2분거리, 생각보다 넓은 객실, 전자렌지 및 취사용 수도가 따로 있어 간단한 음식도 직접 먹을 수 있고, 매우 편리한 곳. 가격 대비 만족스러운 곳으로, 특히 힐튼에 행사가 있는데 가격이 부담스러울 경우 이용 강추~~!!

처음 갔을때는 아담한 규모에 놀랐습니다. 그래서 너무 작은 곳이라서 좀 별로이지 않을까 걱정이 되었는데, 역시나... 이 호텔의 높은 평점답게 만족도가 아주 높은 곳이었습니다. 제시되어있는 그림과 똑같은 시설을 갖추고 있었고, 가격대비해서 서비스나 제공된 환경이 좋았습니다.

"Convenient location but less comfortable rooms"
Very convenient location and good neighborhood. They provide shuttles to and from medical center. Metro Rail station is quite near and a bus route to William Hobby airport is near. We booked Deluxe studio 1 queen non smoking. It is really a suite: 2 rooms, 2 TV sets, 2 bathrooms and with a kitchen. Just the facilities are a little old and not very clear. "Great location"
We were there to watch volleyball games so the location could not have been better. The price allowed us to come for three nights, instead of two. The hotel is not new and not large rooms, but comfortable. We enjoyed the frig. and mike. We would stay there again.
"Convenient to Reliant Center"
I didn't expect the suite to be so conveniently located near Reliant Center. It was just walking distance from the Center. I didn't have to park at Reliant Center for our tournament. So we saved on Hotel and parking.
It is the perfect place to stay if you plan on activities around Reliannt Stadium or Arena.

"Homestead Houston"
Close to Reliant center, easy to book, passed the entrance because sign is hidden by tree branches, parking inadequate and crowded. The room was fine, extra towels and large bathroom.
"creepy and hard to find"
Extremely hard to find, we were not told that since we were going to medical center we should have qualified for a discount (overall price was not that bad but it's the principal). As we came down the next morning to check out, we saw a handy-man peeping through the curtains of another room. Will NOT go back.

I was not expecting the hotel to be nice because of how cheap the rate was when I made my reservation on Hotels.com (Expedia). The pricing was very reasonable but it was on a weekday that I stayed so that may be the reason. I really liked how cozy the entire property looked with the balconies. I was upset that when I walked into my room that there was […] two beds when I specifically said one adult would be staying in the room. I only needed one bed. But the room was pleasing because I was not expecting an entire little kitchen area with a little bar. I really liked that. The bathroom appeared clean but the bathtub was ok. I cant stand stained bathtubs but it was not that bad at all. I slept very good! I liked the fact that the hotel was very nice and comforting. I will stay again. 더 보기

We stayed twice due to bookings, we requested a bottom floor both times, never got a bottom floor room. The dresser had trash on it from the people before us and the toilet was not clean. the room had an odd odor about it.

Great free shuttle service to the medical center. Shuttle runs every hour during the day. Fenced in property, across the street from Reliant Stadium. Exterior neat and tidy. Interior adequate. Overall economical rates, good location with all necessary amenities. As expected for the money!

"Incredible staff"
We were a last minute check-in after a long and late (11:00 p.m.) day at MD Anderson. The lovely lady who was on night duty jumped through hoops to get us a downstairs room and was ever so kind.. The room was just fine (except for lumpy pillows, no pots and the rock and roll bed. We are not complaining; the night helper made up for any minor inconveniences. "No Internet"
I like staying at the Homestead but I wish internet was included with the room charge. It cost extra to have internet service. The only other thing is the sign in front of the hotel is blocked by trees and hard to see until you get right to it.

"good location- next to reliant center"
could be a little cleaner though and they should really check the water lines. my wife went to get a cup of water and and some black and brown stuff came out of the faucet.

Most terrible hotel ever! This place should be an hourly motel and I wouldn't be surprised if it was. There are plenty of other options in the area that are 100x better and only a bit more expensive. "Houston Med Ctr Homestead"
Pleasant stay. Convenient location. Good shuttle service and near Houston Metro. Good customer service. Rooms fair. Coffee machine didn't work and no ironing board.
"Not so Suite!"
This is sold as a suite and there was not sofa or sitting chairs. They only had bar stools. This is an older motel and could really use some updates.

"Motel at Fanin"
This hotel is at a great location if you need to be near the medical center and the train station. Though it is in need of remodeling and the associates needs some customer service training as well. Also, if you leave early and expect a receipt for your stay you have to wait at least till 6:30am, no one is there before hand.

Stayed at homestead two nights and was very convenient for us since we went to the texans game and was walking distance away. I felt lk my belongings and vehicle was safe and watched w the hotels surveillance and patrolling security.

The location was good, the room was clean, very close to the stadium but the hotel smelled. Seems as tho they were ER doing it on fragrance in order to cove the smell of mildew or smoke.

I will be honest...after I purchased the room, I read reviews on the Hotel and was mortified. But it was too late to cancel the reservation. Upon my arrival, I realized the people that had written their reviews were either upset because they did not get what they wanted or were just writing a bad review to write a bad review. Not to take away from their […] experience, but I just didn't experience the same events. The staff was very friendly. The room was quite clean and comfortable and spacious. I was within walking distance to where I needed to be. The staff was very accommodating to my needs and even made suggestions for alternatives. I am sure, if I truly put alot of effort into finding something wrong with the place I could find it. But for the most part, I would absolutely recommend The Homestead Inn and will probably stay there again without blinking an eye. I saved myself a considerable amount of money and felt I received if not better treatment, at least equal too as if I would've stayed at another place. I felt completely safe there.
