No clear signs from Jimmy Carter Blvd., as to where the hotel was, particularly at night. No shampoo, room furnishings about worn out, shower grout cracked and missing in numerous places, stains in bathtub. Not a great feeling about this particular hotel!

Hotel was convenient for price, quiet and peaceful. Staff was very nice and over extended themselves. The problem I have is that they don't have house keeping everyday, but my stay was comfortable.

the homestead atlanta was not a pleasant experience. when i got there to check in at 4:45- the room was not ready, eventhough check in is at 3. i had to wait an additional hour to check in. the room was not of a clean nature at all. horrible experience.

I had to stay here because of repairs being done to my home which required us to leave, and based on the scores for this hotel, my family felt we should give them a shot....HORRIBLE IDEA!!!!!!!!!! I have never stayed in a room so filthy and disgusting! They did not even try to clean. EVERYTHING was dirty, all kitchen items, pubic hairs on the towels, […] thick layers of visable dirt on EVERYTHING. The shower had dark smudges all over it. Do not stay here! This hotel needs to be reported. I have NO IDEA how they had such high scores on this website, because I stayed there personally and never saw any hotel as disgusting as this one. Hotel is in need of a remodel - but, will jack the prices up if they do it. Beds are like a brick; noisey to sit on. Refrigerators are noisey. King rooms are bettter than the Queens, at least you get a place to sit other than on a stool or on a bed. Could be worse...

1) The bathroom vanities are full of mold. Some are rotted through. 2) The beds are horribly hard. 3) The beds are terribly noisey (If you sit on it, the noise of wood against wood is loud). 4) The cable service is sub-standard. To many channel outages. 5) The windows transfer to much nosie from the balconies (people talking loudly at 2 AM). 6) The […] internet is terribly slow unless you are in a room with a modem. Before I even got my room key the manager was very rude to me. I had brought my dog into the lobby room to check in, knowing that it was a pet friendly hotel, and had been TOLD not ASKED to take my dog out of the lobby. I had asked her if there was a sign posted for people not to bring their pets in and the woman said no, but its a lobby and some people […] are scared of dogs. Which is true, but why not put a sign outside the door letting people know that pets arent allowed in the lobby? She continued to argue with me that what I did was wrong and against policy, and I continued to tell her that I DIDNT KNOW YOU COULDNT BRING PETS IN BECAUSE IT ISNT POSTED! SO maybe, you should invest in a SIGN! Other than that, the place was nice. There were one too many noises though. If it wasnt coming from the fridge it was coming from one of the other rooms! I needed information about stores restaurants in the local area and none of the 4 front desk employees were able to offer me any help. They were not familiar with the area the hotel was located.

I was planning to stay at another extended stay hotel which had a cheaper rate but had to wait an extra day to check in. Homestead was clean available and affordable. Just what I needed when I needed it. I have stayed at Homestead Suites before and have always had a good experience. I stayed at this hotel for one night since I didn't want to drive home from the Atlanta area back to Athens since I was planning being out late. I was extremely pleased with my stay with this hotel, and hope to do business with them again in the future. The room was cozy, clean, and came with a full kitchen, which is always a plus. The management was […] prompt, and courteous, and made sure that I made it into my room OK; and for the price that I paid, they went well above and beyond everything that I could have thought of in terms of amenities offered. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Gwinnett/Norcross area, and I will most definitely be staying there again and booking with hotels.com 더 보기

The Homestead was the best hotel for the money I've ever stayed in. I'm not a professional at staying in hotels but I do know if I ever lost my permanent resident I would not hesitate to stay at this location on a monthly basis... It felt like home with its stable necessities and amenities like no other place.

This place was very nice for the price. Great value and the place was super clean.

The refrigerator rattled all night. The bathroom and bedroom need renovating.

I have stayed in several Extended Stay hotels, and this one was by far the worst. The cabinet was missing a door. The bathtub was severely stained. There was black gunk under the soap dish in the shower. The toilet was loose and would bang the wall every time I sat down on it. Two of the lights in the small room did not work. I paid an extra $5 for […] the internet and it did not work for the majority of my stay. The telephone system was down for hours, resulting in busy signals for everyone in the hotel if they tried to call out. There was a 1/2 inch crack under the door, leading to excessive noise. One of the two inside locks on the door would not work. There was very little water pressure in the kitchen sink. The coffee pot had dust and grime on the lid. The television had about 10 channels, including two Showtime, but it did not have Nickelodeon, Food Network, Bravo, or hardly any of the standard cable networks. It claimed to have "expanded basic" programming, but it barely had basic! The bed was very hard. I was very unhappy with this hotel. I don't see myself staying here again unless I honestly have no other choice of hotels available in the area. Upon my arrival, a problem came up with my reservation. The receptionist went well above and beyond her duty to ensure I was taken care of and my stay was comfortable.
