Rooms were not cleaned well. The manager did a good job of trying to give good customer service by moving me to a different room. The thing is though I ended up getting moved to 3 different rooms within the first 24 hours of being there due to cleanliness issues found within the rooms. The manager did upgrade the third room and had the cleaning crew […] do a thorough clean of it, but after some of the things I seen and experienced, I honestly couldn't wait to leave. 더 보기

The hotel is a little run down but for the price and the convenience of having a mini kitchen, I was very pleased. It was a slight hassle to find but with my GPS, I managed. The bed was ok and the room was mostly clean, just not as clean as I am.

Have stayed here many times, A good upgrade from Studio Plus and Extended Stay. Security from the neighboring police department is a plus. Very pet friendly and amenities (fridge, stove area, utensils, etc.) are always clean. Drawback - Unsecured' wireless access. I had to travel outside the hotel to get a secured network.

The hotel was nice but I think my room had a plumbing problem...it smelled like a someone was in the bathroom with a bad stomach ache....would have liked a different room

I unknowingly booked this hotel while streetwork is being done. Its a complete construction zone surrounding the hotel. I also was not informed that the hotel was being repainted on the outside and the painters begin their work at 8:00 am outside of my window. Literally outside of my window. I looked out and they were scraping old paint away from my […] window. So forget about sleeping in which my family had wanted to do. We had arrived after a long day at Six Flags and wanted to take showers and dress for dinner. The room did not have shampoo or soap nor did it have an ironing board w/ iron. Thankfully the young lady at the front desk quickly remedied the problem for us. I also found the the room to be outdated. The carpet was very industrial and somewhat worn as well as the bedspreads. No ice machines are available, you have to use the two ice trays supplied with the in-room fridge. I'll probably seek out the Staybridge down the street next time I bring my family into town for a little fun. 더 보기

I tried to get a room IN Westport plaza but they were booked. So we stayed at Homestead. I was a little wary because of the bad reviews. The lobby could have used a vaccum. The room wasn't dirty though. My husband asked for extra pillows. The girl at the desk said they were out, but they were far from full. Everything seemed to be clean. The furniture is very cheap and the mattress is hard and cheap but so are the hotel rates. If you are not staying over a couple nights. And don't need plush this a very good value.

This hotel was very much a low end stay. While it had all the ammenities you expect from a "Studio", the service was horrible. I spent at least 10 minutes simply trying to check in. Also, the bed should have been retired years ago. It was very bad and left me with a back ache that lasted two days. There was only enough coffee for one 4-cup pot. There was absolutely nothing hot about homestead hotel in Westport. It was antiquated and at best less medicore.

This suite was nice for the price, Myself and 2 others stayed in the room which was quite comfortable. We will choose this place again if we decide to come back to St Louis, but a little closer to the event possibly.

The room was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was extremely helpful. It was about 10-20 mins away from anything I wanted to go to. Perfect place :D

We went to check in early and there was no one at counter. We asked for a smoke free room and it stunk of smoke so bad. They put us in room 328 which is RIGHT next to the elevator. the remote didnt work and they knew it. said sorry. our phone kept ringing with a message and saying to contact the front desk, but no one was ever there. they left open […] soap from the last guest on the counter. no shampoo bottle. upon check out the counter lady was very rude. refused to give us a receipt. not many restaurants in the area. a wendys and a mcdonalds. i would never stay here again 더 보기

Not bad but not great. The good: Excellent location not too far from the airport, major malls, casinos, and other attractions. It is a good 20-30 minutes from downtown St. Louis. Great staff. Rooms were good size. The kitchen with a full sized fridge was really nice to have. Climate controls worked well. No strange rattles or odors. Flat screen TV […] and guest laundry facilities. Good weekend rates! The bad: Small parking lot and hard to get in and out of. A bit noisy from other guests at times The ugly: Room cleanliness was really sub-par. We had to Lysol most of the bathroom and kitchen before it was usable. There were food crumbs on the carpet and hairs and mold (Eww!) in the tub. They really need to step up the housekeeping. For the hotel the price was decent but it was an extended stay hotel so there's no daily room service until after 7 days. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and the toilet was extremely loud. Also, there was no shampoo/conditioner in the room and the hallway smelled at night because of someone's cooking. The hotel was nice. Our room was clean, however the room was very warm at first which was understandable. The maintenance man was very accomadating. No other problems and the rate for our stay was very reasonable.
