Hotel located convenient over I-5...Very good for rest after a day driving and take the highway the next day. High Speed Internet..,..spacious rooms and continental breakfast is a plus...

We stayed here for a family event in Bakersfield, all of the hotels in town were either booked or very expensive. This place filled in nicely for the price. Main drawback is that it seems that a lot of oilfield roughnecks stay here, and they are a bit noisy when they leave early in the morning, plus it is right next to I-5, and the passing trucks on […] the freeway created a lot of noise as well. Otherwise, the room was clean and up-to-date. Didn't do the breakfast, but saw it when I was checking out and it looked serviceable. There is an IHOP next door as well as a Jack-in-the Box, otherwise you're about 15 miles from the nearest establishments in town. 더 보기

I only stayed one night to split the time spent in the car on my way up to the Bay area from LA. The hotel was clean and the gentleman at the front desk was very nice. Unfortunately, the hotel is very close to a truck stop and the highway. I spent all night listening to trucks rattling by by on a bed that was too hard for words. The only room available […] was a handicapped accessible room which I thought wouldn't be a problem. However, the shower floor was flat and had no lip/edge to keep the water from running across the whole bathroom. It would have been better if the angle to the drain have been steeper so I wouldn't have to spend the next 20 minutes drying the floor with my towel. I cannot see how the bathroom would be a safe environment for anyone who actually needed the wheelchair accessibility due to the slickness of the tile once wet. 더 보기

This hotel is located "on" an I-5 freeway off-ramp. You will hear noise from the semi-trucks passing by. If you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend that you stay at this hotel. HOWEVER, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and modern with flat screen TVs and high-speed WI-FI. I would stay here again.

Bakersfield is an awful hot dusty dirty place full of bugs and flies. But I had to travel through it to get to my destination and I stopped there at the Best Western Heritage Inn to stay the night. It was great! Clean, friendly staff, large frig and ceiling fan and AC in the room. Very comfy and clean. For us it was really great beause it was so close to where we needed to go. The room was excellent. Very clean and comfortable, plus.

This hotel is nice. I have nothing to complain about.

We were very happy with our stay here. The room was very comfortable, large, and spotlessly clean. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was great for the kids. We will definitely stay here again on our way from SF to LA.

The room was clean and had clean fluffy towels. Through the night there was an occational mild shaking from large trucks speeding past the hotel but nothing earth shattering. The family was able to get a good nights sleep. The continental breakfast was suprisingly tasty. The food was fresh and displayed neetly. I would stay there again.

This hotel is everything you hope for in a good Best Western. Big rooms with all the standard features - plus a microwave oven! Everything was clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff very friendly and helpful.
