일단서역과 매우가까운위치에있어서 저녘11시에도착한저로써는 좋았습니다. 시설면에서 부족한것은 없으나 한국과같은 호텔을생각 하시면 안되고 아주작은 깨끗한 여인숙정도 라고 생각하시면됩니다. 유럽어딜가나 마찬가지지만 방크기가 매우작더라구요. 직원들친절하시고 자판기에 음료 간단한간식거리 맥주 판매하고있습니다. 조식은 일반적인 호텔기본부페이고요 괜찮았습니다. 인터라켄에서 알프스올라가려고 일박하실분들에게 추천합니다. 서역에서 바로앞 그리고 서비스로 동역까지가는 기차표줍니다. 패스없는분참고하셔요.

스위스 호텔의 전기사용 콘센트가 우리가 사용하는 플러그와 맞지 않아 콘넥터가 필요하다는 사실을 몰라 무리하게 힘으로 플러그를 벽에 있는 콘센트에 카메라 밧데리 충전을 위해 전원연결을 하여 충전을 하였습니다. 아침에 융프라웅을 가기위해 플러그를 뽑으려고 하였는데 너무 꽉 물려있어 포기를 하고 그냥 나둔체로 여행을 다녀왔습니다. 오후에 걱정을 하며 호텔에 들어왔는데 카운터의 직원이 밝은 미소로 맞이하며 카메라 밧데리 충전용 기기와 연결선을 전달해 주는 것이었습니다. 벽에 있는 콘센트를 해체하고 플러그를 뽑는데 30분이 소요되었다고 하면서 다음부터는 주의하라는 당부까지 하였습니다. 조그마한 사례를 하려고 하였으나 극구 사양하여 […] 고맙다는 말로 감사의 표현을 하였습니다. 스위스에 대한 느낌으로 융프라웅도 좋았지만 베스트 웨스턴의 스위스 직원들 친절한 서비스는 잊을수 없는 추억으로 남았습니다. 다시한번 친절한 서비스에 감사드립니다. 더 보기

This hotel is FAR from a "Best Western" and certainly does not deserve such a rating! If our reservations had not been prepaid I would not have stayed here. What we paid per night for our rooms was excessive if not ridiculous!!! We could have stayed at the Downtown Marriott in Washington D.C. for the price we paid and at least had sheets on our bed […] s. 더 보기

access to local sites is ideal. and don't forget the balcony views.

Good stay and quality hotel. Not as close to main station as claimed and hotels name is not on the outside of the Hotel. Very clean and updated.

Very good advice was received and used by us.

We had an issue with our three year old who was confirmed on the reservation but the hotel charged us during check in. Also they did not even bother to help us out by talking to the travel agency which shows a bad sign that they just want money. So in case you run into an issue, don't be surprised that the service will be horrible.

The Hotel Bernerhof is located within minutes of the Interlaken West railway station. The rooms are of a standard size but comfortable and have a balcony. The bathroom / WC is sufficient and clean.

We spent three nights at the Bernerhof in January - we were very happy with the hotel. The room was spacious as was the bathroom which had a full bath and a great shower. The breakfast was fine and there was the bonus of BBC entertainment channel on the TV. Excellent location close to Railway station, Bus Terminus, markets, restaurants.

The hotel was conveniently located to the train station (across the street) and situated on the main drag of Interlaken. The hotel has no A/C and it was hot for this time of year in Switzerland. The buffet had a couple of cereals, ham (cold) and cheese, a couple of breads and a couple of juices. It was extremely limited. 地點：由因特拉肯火車站西站，步行約3~5可達 服務：人員都很和善、沒有免費wifi、浴室暖氣很足夠 缺點：飯店外觀有點老舊，與網上的照片有些出入、客房算蠻大的，還有小陽台，但是裝潢很老舊而且有很重的霉味

Waren wegen dem Skirennen in Wengen in diesem Hotel. Dafür sehr gute Lage, sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Receptionist war sehr hilfsbereit, durften auch das Auto den Tag hindurch dort lassen, trotz Abreise nach dem Rennen.

Ótima localização para quem quer conhecer Berlim pelo lado oriental. Quartos confortáveis, tem estação de metro na porta e alugam bicicletas (excelente pedida para Berlim!). Atendimento super cordial com excelente inglês. Região tem diversas opções de fast food, embora poucos restaurantes. Existem também alguns mercados / mini mercados na região.

Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Zimmer sind OK, aber sehr klein. Schranktüre lässt sich nicht vollständig öffnen, da der Nachttisch zu nahe drann ist. Frühstücksbüffet war enttäuschend. Zum regulären Preis stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht, Interlaken ist halt eine Touristenhochburg.

In general the hotel is quite ok. The toilet is newly renovated. The room is small. Breakfast is quite disappointing, there is no many things to choose, some hams, egg, sausage, small variations of musli, and apples (the only fruit).

Erwartungen entsprechend. Ältere, aber gepflegtes Haus. Etwas ringhörig.

On the good side the hotel is conveniently located in central Interlaken. Also the room was spacious with a small balcony. However considering it is fairly expensive (on the same trip we stayed at a 5 star hotel at lower rate!) the standard seems to low. The linen seemed worned and old and the beds were uncomfortable. The time is overdue for redecoration […] of this hotel and the general impression was rather shabby. Breakfast buffet had limited selection and was of rather poor quality.
