It's a nice clean hotel in walkable distance to casino and downtowns. Casino operates shuttle to and from area hotels. Internet connectivity is good. Haven't tried breakfast tho. Spacious rooms with sofa, coffee table. Bathroom is spacious, new tubs. However, bed looked like sagging in the middle.

Price is right! Hotel shows age. Our bed needed to be replaced! Breakfast was bare minimum. Staff was wonderful.

The hotel was clean and bright. The staff was very nice. The continental breakfast was very good. Would stay there again.

The service was top rate. The night manager went out of his way to help with the vending machine that got our money but gave us no beverage. He tried several times and when he could not get the machine to cooperate, he went into the storage area and got me a diet coke. He also gave us great directions to help us locate a specific restuarant we were […] looking for. the only downside was it is a ittle hard to find the hotel. We stopped in the information center and got a map and directions but the gentleman in the vistor center was a bit off in his directions. Enjoyed the morning breakfast! 더 보기

On the whole, it was pleasant. The first room we had the air conditioner didn't work. He didn't have another room that was the same to replace it. So, he gave us two single rooms. One of the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. So then he gave us another single room to replace that one. I believe he accommodated us the best that he could. He was very […] kind. Loved this roomy suite! No noise issues and just a short walk to the concert at Windsor's casino. The staff were great. They told us where to find the Italian restaurant area.

The hotel was nice with very clean and comfortable room.

A clean and comfortable room, staff was very pleasant and helpful. The neighbourhood is not great but if you want to go to the casino there is a shuttle. An easy walk in the daytime to any downtown place you need to go to.

the hotel staff was wonderfull in helping us with stuff to do in the area and giving us info.

The hotel provided a shuttle to other hotels that were near restaurants, bars and the casino.

The Comfort Suites provided exactly what I was looking for on my trip to Windsor. I wanted to be near the heart of the action. It was a very walk friendly 4 blocks from the casino, bars, clubs, food, shops, experiance. The hotel also offersa timely shuttle service which was free and easy. The hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood area with ample […] parking other important essencials close by. (beer store, tim hortons, border tunel. The only slight knock on the hotel was the minimal breakfast spread (needs to offer a couple more hot items) and the lack of a arcade/game room which the hotel description said it offered. nice hotel, but suite was a little more than a room with 4 feet added on. The picture was a little deceiving.

Our room was so cold that we had to sleep with our jackets on. The room heater had been off all day in sub zero temp's. Photo's weren't accurate. Front desk staff in the morning were short tempered, rude, and not helpful.

The hotel is a standard hotel. Breakfast is standard continental. Coffee was suprisingly good. Plenty of free parking. The room was clean and spacious. Ask the front desk for dining options. The Greek Pita restaurant around the corner has A+ Gyros! Plenty of Italian restaurants in walking distance.

The hotel experience was fine except for at check-in when I had booked for 2 rooms and was charged for 2 rooms, but only 1 room was showing up on their computer. This caused my group to have to wait in the lobby for 2 hours as we tried to call a hotels.com rep and figure out what the problem was (the problem was never solved, they ended up letting us […] check-in as if we already paid, which we did). I would use this hotel again, but I will use a different means to book the rooms. 더 보기

Not worth the time. Hotel in a less than comforting neighborhood. The Room(s), yes we changed rooms!, were musty and had a distinct odor indicating old, musty and possibly smoking in non-smoking rooms.
