Would not have booked reservation if we had known hotel was being remodeled and the pool was not available.

I was surprised to find most of the hotel was under construction! Not only was the pool closed (My granddaughter was not happy camper) but also the Fitness center (which didn't make my daughter-in-law very happy either. It would have been nice to know this information before we checked in.

This hotel is no longer a Comfort Suites hotel but has re-branded as a Comfort Inn. They are also currently undergoing renovations, so I would avoid for a few weeks (renovations ongoing on my 12-18-2011 trip). While the renovations should make the hotel acceptable, it is not as advertized so I cannot recommend it.

Comfort Suites was very affordable, considering I requested the room same day. I'd much rather have had a Flat Screen in our room - but overall, it was a nice stay for us.

The hotel was under construction. My only hope is they renovate the entire hotel and not just parts. The pool was in need of cleaning and the rooms were worn. Hotel staff was wonderful and breakfast was not bad. It was great for the quick stay but for a couple days I would not recommend it. This hotel was disgusting and I didn't feel safe staying here. The shower had mold and part of the wall was pealing back. The walls had holes and the corners were badly beaten up. The deadbolt lock was broken and the door was crooked so I couldn't lock the door completely. The front lobby looked like it might be under construction. Although this hotel is close to the interstate and was convienent for this reason, the hotel room had been badly treated in the past and not repaired. The furniture was banged up and broken,the couch was dirty looking and sagged as if the springs were broken, the phone by the bed was broken,and although the room was probably clean, it left one with […] the impression that it wasn't clean and for the first time in a Comfort Inn, I was worried that bed bugs might be an issue. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until I knew that it had been repaired and upgraded 더 보기

This hotel was perfect in all ways. It was very close to the First Midwest Bank Ampitheater, it was clean and the staff was very polite. Would definitely stay here again!!

I attended a conference at the Tinley Park Convention Center. Because I registered late for the conference, there were no rooms available at the connecting Holiday Inn. Therefore, I made other arrangements...the Comfort Suites. What a disaster. Upon arrival, it was immediately apparent that the hotel was under construction. However, when I reserved […] the room, I never saw any notes alerting guests to that fact. The room I was put in was adequate...about what I expected. Plain. Old. Fairly clean. Nice sized. The problem was the construction. At about 9p, I became aware of pounding hammer sounds. At 11p, I finally called the front desk and asked the person who answered if the construction was going to last all night. The woman said she had just walked in the door and didn't know and promptly hung up on me. She never called back. In the morning, I was prepared to speak w/the manager. Unfortunately, they had torn up the entire main area and roped it off so that no one could get to the reception desk. I yelled across the room to the woman behind the desk ... how do I check out? She yelled back that I should be all set. I hollered that I'd like to speak to the manager. She shouted back that I should email the manager. She then told a housekeeper to bring me a card for the hotel. Seriously???? So unimpressed. 더 보기

For the money/location, this was a reasonable deal.

The receptionist was rude at check-in. None of the outside doors locked, anyone could've used a side door to gain access to any area of the hotel. The chlorine in the pool was so potent, your eyes burn as soon as you open the door. We like to sleep in a little, so when we requested a late checkout they said there were no more available. It was a nice clean motel with good-size rooms. It seems to be fairly new, not too fancy. It had a pool, but not a hot tub. Breakfast was pretty good with two kinds of waffles, scrambled eggs, and other items. The neighborhood looks something like an industrial park, with nearby law offices, a couple other motels, and some kind of light industrial firm. […] Within walking distance are an oriental restarant, a strip mall, and a gas station. Extra pull-out bed made for good sleeping. Free movies without commercials were a welcome change from other hotels we've stayed in. Hot breakfast offering was a little weak (cheap egg things and bland sausage, no biscuits and gravy) but waffles were excellent with the rest pretty standard. Staff was nice and efficient.

They did a very nice job

Ours was a short stay, but we were very satisfied. The staff was extremely helpful.

This hotel was convenient to visit our family. It was clean, rooms were small. Couch was saggy, and furniture worn. It just needs an update, flat screen tvs, new counters in bathroom and some new furniture. It appeared the carpet was newer, as was the bedding. We stayed there because it was the cheapest hotel in that vacinity, of which there are plenty. […] Not sure we would stay there again. 더 보기

Not too bad, not outstanding. Enough room for my family of 5. My son liked having two TVs in the room although one was older and didn't have good color. Breakfast was just OK. Neighborhood was fine with services near the hotel.

Nice hotel, but front desk, with the exception of what appeared to be a manager, were beyond bad.

This is a great hotel for the price. The room was nice size. The breakfast in the morning was very nice. It offered hot items as well as the typical continental breakfast food . The only disappointment was the pool area. They do not have a hot tub. The pool water was very cold. We would stay here again.

Hotel is showing its age. Rugs, sheets, and furniture are showing signs of wear. The walls are "thin". It was far too easy to hear the actiities/movement of people across the hall, in the floor above us, and moving up and down the stairs.

I WOULD NOT GO BACK TO ANY COMFORT SUITES. THEY WOULD NOT EVEN LET YOU STAY AND EXTRA 1/2 HOUR ALSO THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT AN ADDITIONAL $50 FOR INCENDENTIALS WHICH I DO NOT AGREE WITH. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE

The king size bed provided the best night's sleep we've had in a long time. It has been ages since we did NOT have to call the desk for more towels and wash clothes. The room was impeccable each day.

This has been my 2nd stay at this hotel with my children. Initailly didn't really like the room we were given because it was right across from the pool so there was alot of noise and traffic. They did allow us to change rooms which did help some and since this was a holiday weekend I expected more traffic and noise but it was tolerable. They kept the […] room very clean and the kids were really liked the pool. Would probably book with this hotel again in the future because of the location and the fact that the room had a microwave and refrigerator. 더 보기

Got a mysterious $50 charge on my credit card from this hotel. Still trying to get answers!

house cleaning needs to be improved as far as keeping the room supplied with amenities.

Attending the Proud Lady Beauty Show . Used this hotel for my stay. I am from Duluth Ga. and did not expect such class from a moderately priced facility. Great place. S Hayes
