게스트하우스 호텔 & 스위트 포트랜드 (GuestHouse Hotel & Suites Portland) - 포틀랜드

이 정도 가격에 아침식사와 수영장이 딸린 호텔을 찾기는 쉽지 않을 듯 하다. Staff 가 매우 친절했다. 아침식사는 그저 그랬으나 가격을 고려해야 한다. 방은 매우 넓어서 편안했다. 콜럼비아 강을 보기에는 매우 좋은 장소의 호텔이다.

This is a hotel that is starting to show some wear, but it was obvious new management was giving their best effort to clean, paint, landscape, etc. My room had a new comfortable bed & bedding. The wi-fi never failed, but my key cards wouldn't keep charged. I was disappointed that the hot tub was out of order. In addition to coffee/juice the breakfast […] only offered biscuits & gravy, cold cereal, white bread & bagels for toasting along with generic strawberry jam..only.... No butter, cream cheese. Staff was great as always. We stay here everytime we are in town. Sharris and Safeway right across the street.

We were on our way to the coast of Oregon & stayed at GuestHouse & Suites on our way there. We were happily surprised by the quality & size of the room. It was a huge room, and the bedding was soft with lots of pillows. We also were thrilled that it had a free breakfast. My daughter and I had a great time. We were only there for a day, but she remembered to bring her swimming suit and got to enjoy the pool. She had a laugh at the sign that said "Lifeguard not on Duty" as she is a Lifeguard here in Las Vegas. She just said "Guess they didn't know!" We were excited to get a good deal, but were disappointed in the quality of the hotel. The deadbolt was broken for our door, the fridge still had leftovers from a previous guest, sink didn't drain well, pillows were small & uncomfortable, etc. The TV had only basic channels, breakfast was bare bones, & worst of all the hot tub was broken, but still […] full of stagnant, gross water!! Good hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was a little be desired, however. Overall, if you're a family of 5 or less looking for an affordable stay for a couple days it's a decent place as I've seen; I'd say 4 out of 5 staff members were hospitable, and there were close and walkable choices for groceries and food.

2 reasons I booked this hotel were the hot tub and the continental breakfast with a waffle maker. Hot tub was broken and the continental breakfast was decent but there was no waffle maker like I saw on the website. Overall, a bit disappointed... but very happy with the cleanliness of the room. I had pre paid Online for a suite. When we get there they charge us extra $20 for a pull out couch which comes with the room. On top of that, they charged us $20 more for the third person that came with us. Ridiculous. Next time I will be booking a more expensive hotel. After all the charges, it was not worth the stay there at all!

With our son going to college close by here we've been looking for a hotel to stay at when we visit, well we found it. I will however ask to have a room on the top floor since the people overhead had small children and their running around the room was loud and quite early. Had no problems.

Staff was polite and efficient. Toilet ran all night . Price was very good and the recommendation to the Italian restaurant on 181 and Stark was appreciated.

The hot tub was not working but everything else was great. Melinda that works the counter was very nice.

Wanted to have one night outside of the center of the city. Not only was this hotel a great price, but it was also very clean and of great value. My only criticism would be that we could tell our hotel had been a smoking room. It was very faint and not a big deal. Just wasn't expecting it.

The hot tub filthy and the jets didnt even work. The front desk clerk was to inconvenienced to give customer service, when they cant find my reservations, but as the customer u have your confirmation number, and already been there for half a week. the person just e stands there doing nothing, while your there on business and need to get to your meeting. […] nice customer service. This hotel was a little further away from Core of Downtown Portland; however, it is only about 10 minutes drive away. Nearby have 24 hr 7-11 shops and MacDonalds. The hotel had free WiFi and swimming pool inside. Really cannot complain at all. Will be using this hotel again if going to Portland next time!

Generally, it was fine. However, the advertised 'free wi-fi' was anything but useful...I was never able to actually get online in my room. The staff was nice and pleasant...the breakfast was adequate. Scary neighborhood...too many emergency vehicles racing in the night. Close to I-84...

I did not think this hotel was going to be as nice as it was the room was big and huge! The pool was really nice although at the time of my stay the hot tub was not working. The only big problem I found here was the neighborhood a lot of un-friendly activity going on so I would suggest staying in the hotel. Good clean place. Decent breakfast and comfortable beds. Right off the highway, and had a little freeway sound in my room.

our room had ants in it and the hot tub didn't work that well. Every time we went outside there were people just standing around. There was no hot breakfast also.

The hot breakfast was cold cereal, bagels and the warmed biscuits and gravy, or another day it was sausage links. No yogurt, waffles ect. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast.

Stayed with three kids while in town for a family event. Booked room based on location and two queens & a sofabed. When we arrived and opened the sofabed, found it had no sheets. Went down to the front desk and was told that "management" requires $20 additional for sheets (young girl whom I didn't really blame - just being the messenger). Offered a […] blanket for free, but firm about having to charge for sheets. Ended up sharing a queen w/ my 9 year old which wasn't the end of the world, but really - charging extra for sheets??? Location was very convenient, though the neighborhood was a little dicey. Room was clean. Breakfast was meager, with only cold cereal, bread/pastry, juice/coffee/tea/milk and a few saran-wrapped apples. THERE WAS BLACK MOLD FALLING OFF IN CHUNKS OFF THE WALL ABOVE THE SHOWER!! WHEN WE CALLED THE FRONT DESK, SHE MADE LIGHT OF IT AND SAID "OH HON JUST DEAL WITH IT ,YOU GOT THE ROOM FOR CHEAP" WOW... Big, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok but nothing great but for the overall price it was a great deal. Neighborhood was not great but again for the price it was a great deal.

Only two things that suffered during my stay. First, the breakfast was sorely lacking... it definitely needed a burst of life and change. Second, my room needed a working television... a flat panel would have been great!

As other reviewers stated the breakfast was not great. The "hot food" was biscuits and gravy". The pool was nice, but neither the hot tub nor sauna were working. There were five of us so we needed the pull out couch. When we pulled it out there were no sheets, blanket, or pillows. The front desk informed us that there was a $20 linen fee! We only stayed one night but it was a good experience. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was in a good location. I would gladly stay there again.

Great hotel, huge room, microwave, fridge, couch... loads of space and comfy beds. Stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was clean and had an upscale-looking lobby. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling a little, but that didn't affect our stay at all. The only real complaints we had were that the sauna was out of order during our stay and the bathroom had no fan. Fan-less bathrooms seem to be pretty common in hotels, though. […] I always wonder what they are thinking?! Also, breakfast and coffee were sad, but there is a Shari's right across the street and they make great breakfasts. :) All in all, this was totally worth what we paid and we would stay here again. 더 보기

Front counter was friendly and helpful where able. Room did not have remote for TV and one could not be provided.

Very impressive! It's worth more than they actually charged for a night rate. Rooms are contents of 2 queen bed, a sofa bed, and a refrigerator. It's so spacious for a family with kids.

Great hotel for the price!!! Rooms are huge and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and immediately took care of our needs. It's technically in Gresham, but is very close to the freeway and not far from downtown. I would definitely stay here again, the next time I visit Portland!

Neighborhood is somewhat rough, but this gem is worth the stay.
