location, location, location. just perfect for bond st, regent st, oxford st and close to big ben, london eye, and buckingham palace. all within walking distance. The bar is nice but expensive - £5 for a cup of tea! Nice hotel in every aspect but a big minus is that you must pay for WI-FI which is not up-todate and affects the overall judgement negatively.

The only negative was the size of the room and the restaurant. Breakfast was outrageously expensive. Service for breakfast was adequate, but not great.

The staff were extremely helpful, the rooms were well kept, and it was in the perfect location for shopping.

Great location; nice service; only beef is that my bathroom was too small and I couldn't stand infront of the sink due to the toilet occupying that space. I got a very good rate and should have upgraded for only 20 sterling more when offered at check-in. Then, all would be fine.

This hotel is superbly located. Small room but clean, comfortable and does the job. Great shops and restaurants located nearby....Bond St ,Regent St, Burlington Arcade, Piccadiliy and Circus, etc etc. Not a wow 5* factor and looks and feels more like a 4*. The staff are very accommodating and valet parking at £30 a day is cheap! If you can great […] a good rate.........book it! We arrived on Friday 25th March for 3 nights and had pre-booked the hotel's restaurant for the first night. Unusually, we chose the Menu du Jour over the A la Carte menu and were very satisfied with the quality, value for money, and level of service from the staff. We were initially shown to a table in a corner behind a pillar and no fuss was made when […] we asked to be moved to a better table. We ordered a delicate Puligny Montrachet Burgundy with our meal which was, unfortunately, ruined by being chilled to near zero. If the hotel is charging top price for a fine wine, then they should know how to serve it. I have stayed at the hotel before although I had forgotten how pokey and small the bathrooms can be. We were placed in a room with an adjoining door to another room and were woken at 5am by the couple next door as it was possible to hear every syllable of their conversation. I mentioned this to Reception and we were moved to an alternative room without fuss. The room was the same specification as before but, this time, the shower head over the bath was clogged with lime scale and did not work properly. Having already asked for pillows to be changed (they were polyester and somewhat smelly), I could not be bothered to ask for the shower head to be cleaned. I rather wish I had upon reflection. The staff were polite, charming and helpful but I will not be staying again as it is overpriced for what it is. 더 보기

Overall a pleasant stay. Great location and the staff was friendly. The room was surprisingly small, but this is London so probably about the same size you will get anywhere in the city. I would recommend this hotel - no complaints.

We enjoyed the services and qualiies of hotel service during our staying i hotel.

Superb beliggenhet og veldig bra service. Vi spiste ikke på hotellet men det så ut til å være godt besøk i begge hotellets restauranter. Det eneste minus var at sengen var altfor hard. Anbefales!

Bra läge, Små, rum, oisolerat, man hörde grannrummettydligt Dålig internetkoppling. bra service men dyra frukostar etc

Localização e conforto!

Vi har været på juleindkøb i london i nogle år, en fantastisk by,men må nok sige at service nievu på hotellet overstiger andre hoteller vi har boet på. Meget venlig og i møde kommende mennesker.

Et av de beste London Hoteller i Mayfair. Flott beliggenhet i forhold til shopping, restauranter og teater. Kun en klage - frokosten. Dyr og dårlig. Svært lang tid med servering. Continental breakfast er for dårlig.

Desværre endte jeg på første sal. Det viser sig at på de 2 øverste etager er "Standard superior rooms" langt bedre og det får man ikke at vide selvom man beder om et godt værelse. Først da jeg beklagede mig ved udtjekningen bev det oplyst. Jeg havde udsigt til en affaldskontainer med et udsmidt toilet på toppen af bunken. Jeg bestilte et Superior med ekstra stor seng, men fik en queen size med ét dynetæppe. Jeg måtte bede om, at få et ekstra dynetæppe og fik det. Badeværelset var så lille, at vi to mennesker ikke kunne være der på samme tid. Jeg mener, at værelset (nr. 305) er mindre end de andre, da det ligger i et indhak. Vi har flere gange tidligere boet på Westbury […] og har haft større badeværelser under samme kategori. 더 보기

Hotellet ligger utrolig sentralt til, og rommene er fine. Vi bestillte et queen bed rom- 150cm bred seng og ikke så stort men rent og pent. Det store minuset var at det var skrekkelig lytt man kunne høre alt som ble sagt i naborom og på gangen, kunne nesten tro at de satt inne hos oss - veldig forstyrrende. Dessuten måtte vi betale 6 pund for vannkoker […] på rommet, noe vi trodde var standard utstyr. Frokost kostet 22 pund pr person så det spiste vi ute. Vi vil velge et annet hotell neste gang pga av at dette var så lytt. Kan ikke skjønne at det kan være slik på et 5 stjerners hotell, har aldri opplevd det så ille noen sted før. 더 보기

Het htoel heeft my aangenaam verrast, een leuke welkom met een kamer die direct klaar was en goed onderhouden. Misschien is het bed ietsje klein voor grote mensen maar voor mij (1.70m) perfect. Alles werkte, was onderhouden en werd proper gemaakt. Een perfect hotel voor een leuke shopping trip. De leukste winkels binnen een 10 minuten wandelen, top […] shop, hamley's, h&m, ....... Mycket välbeläget hotell nära Regent Street. Hög standard på både rum och service.

OK location, but nowhere close to meeting expectations for a 5 star hotel. Small room, poor internet connection, needs an upgrade

Et godt valg. Vennlig og profesjonell service, både når det gjaldt restaurantvalg og transport til vårt neste reisemål. Gode senger og stille rom gjorde det mulig å sove uforstyrret i kjernen av London, trass rom langt ned. God plassering i forhold til shopping: både high end New Bond street og mer avslappede Carnaby street like utenfor døra.
