Our coffee pot broke, the TV didn't come right, it took forever and I had to ask the front desk for a shower cap?

I usually stay at Courtyard Marriotts when I stay in Salt Lake City, but this was by far the worst experience I have had. When we checked in the room, first of all the water to the toilet had been shut off, thus the toilet didn't work, next the TV wasn't working. Both were immediately fixed by the service technician, but the biggest problem we encountered […] was that for the amount of money being spent on the room, we still had to pay almost $9.00 for breakfast. Good accomodations I got 14-hr of uninterupted sleep, what more could you want.

My husband went to Layton on business for the week, I joined him for the weekend. Stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Layton for a weekend visit. We had a great time. Staff was outstanding and very friendly and helpful. Great view of the mountains. Easy access to Salt Lake City and close enough to Park City to enjoy it all. We were there for just one night, And that was enough!! The room doors were heavy, but the walls were very thin, and this is a direct quote from our 11 yr old. The small room fridge kept making popping sounds all night, finally unplugged it, then all we heard was the TV from the other rooms. The bathroom light would flicker, so it was like a fun house […] room, and then try to shower NO WAY, the tub was not draining, and yes the stopper was up. Called the front desk requesting a plunger to drain the bathtub, she states we don't have one, she would check to see what she could do. Called the room back in about 10 min. and said someone would be up in about 20 min. NO ONE SHOWED!! We checked out, and at the front desk, she asked Did they get the tub drained for you? I just said "NO", and she did not say anything except for "your all set. " 더 보기

This was a great hotel to stay at. We were there for the Layton City Marathon, and the hotel was very accomodating, and the staff went overboard to make sure our stay was good - they even shuttled us to the starting line of the race at 5:30 am....will definitely stay there again next year for the race.

Our room was directly above the housekeepers SMOKING area.. We couldn't even open our windows because it smelled horrible.. When asked if we could change rooms, the lady at the desk just rolled her eyes at me, so I just said nevermind and walked away.. I bet she was one of the smokers.. BUT my stay was very nice other than that.. The housekeepers were […] VERY nice and my son loved them.. Courtyards are very nice hotels.. They just need to fix that disgusting smoking issue and their staff need to go through some customer service classes.. 더 보기

The service was excellent, the rooms nice, food excellent but the pool area was filthy with dirt debris leaves paper trash. The pool itself was ok but the hot tub was kinda cold and cloudy. too bad they cant hire someone good to care for the pool

the hotel was great my only complaint was that there was 4 of us staying in the same room and they only gave us 2 towels and when i went down and asked them to have the maid put more in when they cleaned the room they didnt

The lady at night was friendly and , but the lady in the, morning was confused avd tried to charge us double for some reason that she could not explain. It took two hours, of good fighting to get out of there, room was good price and big but not worth the hassle. The lady also claimed to be the manager but . Such a, pain for no reason!!

You can tell its been awhile since any money has been put into this hotel. Its just a little worn down. Room was okay, but certainly not great. Linens were worn thin and blankets were raveled on the ends and the thin pocket of air they called pillows should have been replaced years ago. Time for a remodel.

This hotel was a decent place to stay. The only thing we did not like about it was the breakfast. It was comparable to the free breakfasts at cheap hotels but this hotel charged you more than $8.00 for it.

What a surprise! Our two-day stay was just a pleasure. The staff was super-friendly, the room was neat, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was in the midst of several restaurants and was within walking distance of a sizable mall. Hwy. 15 was three blocks away and provided instant access south to Salt Lake City and North as far as you […] want to go. I would have objections whatsoever in staying there again. The staff was wonderful! Very accommodating and kind. The chief brought out chips and salsa to the lobby and made us feel welcome.

Great location great room would stay there again

Shower curtains had mildew odor.

The drain in the bathtub took 15-20 minutes to drain. The price is to much for what the room was. Stayed in other motels that were nicer for less money. Way over rated.
