Long weekend stay for my wifes birthday. Very attentive staff ,comfortable and welcoming, good pud (George) and restaraunt (1901) (we only used these 2 but there were others). Only annoying thing was they did not have a phone charger.

Excellent staff, Excellent service, Excellent location, Rooms are clean and useful, Everything is as it should be.

The hotel is excellent quality and has a quirkiness about it that I liked, but the check in and check out process with no reception desk is ok but not very efficient. You can sit down and enjoy a refreshment ( no wine as it stated on the webpage) or just sit and wait, you can easily get jumped on the non existent queue as someone isn't paying attention […] to who is the next guest! 더 보기

This hotel surprised me. The staff were attentative, but not too 'in your face', quality of food and service was excellent and the room was comfortable, spacious (king room) and clean. Would recommend for both business and leisure as it is conveniently located close to Spitafields Market.

Wifi, water and snacks included, which made it feel like a generous stay

stayed here as wedding venue also held at the hotel. Great location, close to One New change for shopping and conveniently located next to train / tube station.

Best hotel I've stayed in in London. Lovely room but excellent service. The free mini bar and free refreshments in the lobby were a nice touch. Quite a few quiet public spaces to relax in or meet with friends too. Just a great hotel.

Rooms good and comfortable. rates fine. Excellent location for anyone working partying n the east end. Great way to avoid the center altogether. Only thing that lest it down ae the bars and restaurat are a bit cheesy.

The hotel is a a little strange in that it doesn't really have a reception, just staff with laptops - which took some getting used too! there are no signs for reception or concierge so if the staff don't make it to you, you could assume there isn't any... the lobby is a bit dark and foreboding, and whilst you might sit in other hotel lobbies and watch […] the world go by, this doesn't happen here... the rooms were nice, but not overly fabulous - the remote didn't work (twice), but was replace, and sink was blocked (but again sorted out quickly)... the plumbing is very noisy (that couldn't be changed..) overall it was nice, but a bit sterile and austere... not sure i would stay again, unless i got a really good deal, as location is excellent! 더 보기

A chic modern hotel with spacious well equipped rooms. Attentive staff from check in until departure. This is a 5 star hotel so its not cheap to eat and drink there. First impressions were good, I was offered a complimentary drink and the service was exceptional. Overall, an excellent hotel at a reasonable cost.

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is well located and has good restuarants. My only gripes are that the views from the windows are mainly of other buildings currently being built and that the waterworks/plumbing are very noisy. Would use the hotel again, mainly because of the good quality and great location.

This hotel ticks all the boxes for quality, service and style. Only drawback , check in tiime is 3pm and for our stay it was nearly 4pm by the time our room was ready. Otherwise we cant fault it.

This s a good hotel, decent bars, friendly staff and good bedrooms. The one thing which I assume is supposed to look swanky and different as well as state of the art is the odd check-in with a few people at a table with laptops! It seemed to have the opposite effect whilst I was there waiting with other guests.....took bleedin' ages and almost irrtated […] me before I'd got to my room. Really enjoyed this hotel as our base for a family break, convenient for sights and safe, would ,and hope to return!

Amazed to be greeted personally, very nice large room, slightly old bathroom but very comfortable. LCD tv, complimentary small minibar, excellent restaurant. Went for a drink in the adjoining British Pub, very clean and friendly. Amazing furnishings all around, and very personal decor, not your run of the mill. Will definiately stay again.

Excellent hotel with service minded staff, nicely decorated rooms, good location and reasonable prices.

Hotellet var kjempebra. Servicen var upåklagelig og rommene var komfortable og store. Det var ingen støy fra gatene og sengene var behagelige. Undertegnende var der i to netter i forbindelse med fotballkamper, og beliggenheten til hotellet gjorde det enkelt å reise rundt, pluss at toget til Stansted går fra Liverpool Street Station. Anbefaler hotellet […] på det sterkeste til folk som skal på fotballtur, shopping eller som skal nyte London på andre måter. Vil helt klart benytte hotellet igjen. 더 보기

外観はレトロな感じですが1歩入るとぜんぜんイメージとは異なります。モダンな空間がなかなかおしゃれです。泊まった部屋もモダンでした。朝のビュッフェのお部屋が天井が高くとても素敵です。ゆったりとできます。また夕方からはフロント付近でワインやデザートのサービスがあります。

Muy moderno y espacioso. Atención excelente por el personal. Me consiguieron entradas para ver al Arsenal en el propio día, así como las tarjetas de embarque de la vuelta. A pesar de no estar en en centro más turistico, tiene la linea de metro a 1 minuto,

Dés que vous arrivez, ils vous proposent des boissons, des fruits. Chambre super grande, très belle salle de bain. Petit plus : une enceinte Bose recevant iPod. Enfin, très bien placé : 3 lignes dispos sur Liverpool Street.

Ayant eu l'opportunité d'avoir un tarif exceptionnel en période de week-end estival (la City est vide à ce moment là), j'ai choisi de séjourné à l'Andaz hôtel. L'hôtel est réellement superbe, très moderne, pas spécialement romantique, plutôt "design" et fonctionnel. Les chambres sont très propres, le lit extrèmement confortable. La salle de bain également […] super design. Le mini bar contient des jus de fruits, snacks et eau minérale gratuits (sympa). Belle tv lcd. Bureau prêt à accueillir un ordi... Quelques remarques cependant : attention aux frais liés aux appels téléphoniques internationaux, c'est 10 livres mini, même si vous appelez 1 minute vers un fixe en France. Le bruit des sanitaires est également génant : les chasses d'eau fonctionnent par aspiration, genre avion, ce qui génère d'importants bruits à tout heure du jour... et de la nuit. Petite anecdote : l'équipe de l'Atletico de Madrid était également présente dans l'hôtel pour disputer un tournoi de foot... 더 보기
