When I travel with my wife, the first thing that I check is to see if there is a Holiday Inn Express where we are going. All the hotels are new, clean, great price, and the breakfast is amazing. Thanks for another great vacation!

The good: breakfast is better than most, clean, convenient. The bad: tolerate noisy customers (i.e. a hockey team that drank, cursed and made noise past midnight), didn't answer the phone when I called down to complain (or on 3 other occasions regarding other questions or problems).

Stayed at the hotel on a business trip and chose the hotel due to cost. I was looking for a lower cost alternative- many of the hotels in the area are pricey. Everything was good as expected for a Holiday Inn Express. The only knock was that they ran out of shampoo and conditioner to provide in the rooms. I went to the front desk and she gave me some […] to use and bring back. Seems strange that they completely ran out but they provided me with some so I didn't have to make a trip to the store. My room - with 2 queen beds - did not have a writing desk. Most any business traveler would expect a room with a desk to work from. It had a small circular table with 2 upholstered chairs. Pretty useless to me. Otherwise a nice hotel and good amenities.

Nic hotel. Only negative was sink is outside the bathroom, and they gave only one bar of soap. So you had to keep switching between shower and sink. Easy to fix IF you can catch a maid!

Nice hotel at good location. Affordable compared to 10 miles south in season in Naples. Good breakfast.

Stayed 2 nights for a wedding. Room comfort was ok, bed was firm but had a choice of firm and soft pillows. Had to fix the toilet twice because the bowl would not fill, found a empty albuterol nebulizer container in the chair, housekeeping touched and moved many of our items when they came to clean, and don't leave any money on the table because it […] might go missing! Nice hotel, clean rooms... a regular Holiday inn... common breakfast...

Quiet, clean, comfortable and a very good breakfast

My parents live in N. Naples and we stay at this hotel when we visit them. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The free breakfast is adequate. This is a "no frills" hotel. There is no exercise facility except a small outdoor pool. It is in a commercial area. Fitzgeralds restaurant and Mel's Diner as well as a Perkins are very close by. The quality was very good for the price. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The breakfasts (included in the cost of the room) was quite good.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn we are repeat customers and chose this hotel based on price,location,cleanliness the location here in Bonita Springs is wonderful we ended up staying one additional night.

We stay for the 4th of July weekend. Hotel is only miles to the beach. Beautiful area. One of the things I was not happy with was in the morning went to the breakfast and the person in charge of setting the breakfast was watching some boxing in spanish on the TV, in my opinion it should have been on the news or sports. That's what most people do when […] having breakfast. Just in case I do speak Spanish (I'm from Puerto Rico). Also the swimming pool area should be a non-smoking area. Other than that it was great. I would highly recomend this hotel. The front desk staff were very professional and curtious.the breakfast was good. the rooms were spotless and the bed was great

Great place to stay - Need better lighting and signs on Bonita Beach Rd.

This place in between a hardware store and a garage behind a Hampton Inn. It is old and very much used. In my room the wall paper was peeling off. Large room but no comfort. Would not recommend.

The hotel staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Their pet policy of placing pet guests near an outside door on the first floor was so helpful. I would stay there again and would recommend it highly.

Very good breakfast buffet--eggs, cereal, warm cinnamon rolls and biscuits and gravy!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. No problems whatsoever. The room was much larger than most places we've stayed before. The bed, very comfortable and the room very clean. The breakfast bar in the morning, very good. Overall, an excellent experience.

My only complaint was the mattress wasn't as comfortable as it should have been, it kind of tilted to one side.

Very nice clean hotel. Will def stay there again. Should be rated more than 21/2 stars. Friendly staff.

Very clean and quiet. Staff was great and very helpful with getting around the local area. The continetal breakfast was more like going to a restaraunt to eat !!!

Plentiful but the sausage and eggs were not very good at all.
