The hotel staff is friendly but the facility is showing its age. One wall in our room looks like someone spilled a soda or something on the wall paper and no attempt to clean it was ever made. The Beds are in bad shape and the pillows are as lumpy as I have ever seen. We also had the misfortune of being placed in a room close to the elevators. The hotel […] Ice makers are not in a seprate room but right in the hall accross from guest rooms. We had the lovely sound of Ice buckets being filled at all hours of the night. It is a great location for Hershey but at the rate they charged I would look elsewhere next time. 더 보기

Great place, great people! Clean, nice rooms. The only thing I didn't like was the location of my room - it was way too close to the reception desk, and I could hear everything going on! A bit more privacy would have been nice.

You cant beat the price and location if you want to take your family on an overnight trip to Hersheypark. Perks of the hotel are a great pool/hot tub and good continental breakfast. will definately stay here again

Good value hotel. Nice breakfast options. Nothinig spectacular about the room furnishings or building construction, but room was clean and service good.

Room was ready when we arrived after 3 (checkin time). Busy over the holiday week. Beds were very worn down and need to be replaced. Heating for the room was hard to maintain (too hot or too cold, no thermostat just vague controls and fan settings). Breakfast was good as were the staff members. Fitness center had mostly broken equipment.

rooms were geneorusly large in space and clean. however, information on the hotel's proximity to Hershey theme park was not clearly stated. The hotel has no shuttle service to Hershey and taxi services within the town requires alot of patience. the hotel is only value for money if you are driving.

Most of things are good. Only bed is little bent.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express at Hershey. The room was newly renovated and very clean. The breakfast buffet was definitely a big plus!

It was a great experience for the five of us. Everything worked like clockwork. We had a little problem with a towel rack coming off its hanger. Called the desk and it was fixed within minutes. Everything was fine--clean and comfortable, Breakfast was very good, and we had lots of fun in the pool. Keep up the good work. Thank you!

Very nice staff but way over priced

The hotel was nearby and offered a great breakfast especially when traveling with kids. The picture of the amusement park on the website was deceiving because I expected that to be activities at the hotel. Other than that, everything else was very nice.

I've stayed at other hotels in the past and will now only stay at this hotel in the future. It is 3-4 minutes from hershey park and 10-15 minutes from some a nice mall and more restaurants. Overall very good and I recommend it. I suggest on crowded days that someone should monitor and clean the breakfast area.

the location is great the hotel staff was also good was very happy with the size of the room was not happy with the cleanliness of the room the bathroom curtins have mold one of the light fixture had a damaged lightbulb the clock was unplug.the dinning area is very small for so many people other then that the overall rating was ok.thank you

This hotel is perfectly located. Its write inthe middle of almost a dozen places to eat. KMART across the road for all the things you forgot to pack. Most importantly its 5 min from hershey park

Great location for all Hershey attractions. Hotel was very clean and had all amenities, and also had a nice breakfast buffet. Main entrance was under construction or something so that made loading my stuff in and out of room on check in and check out very difficult, but other than that I had no complaints!

This hotel was clean, convenient to Hershey Park, near restaurants/shopping and the staff was very friendly.

This Hotel was pretty good but the staff put the stay over the top! Location is close to an Applebees, and fast food places. Close to outlets and other shopping, and had a very safe feel. Definately staying there again!

For the amount of money this was not worth it. It was very close to Hershey which was a plus, but our smoke alarm beeped all day and night for the entire stay. Also, someone had a dog in their room next door that barked everytime you made a sound. Rooms were just okay. Expected more.

Stayed 2 nites with 2 grandchildren to go to Hershey Park. Less than an easy to find 5 minutes away.. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than we expected. The indoor pool was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a decent price and location and only plan to sleep at the hotel during your stay, then this hotel is fine. It is clean and very close to Hershey Attractions. The breakfast was adequate and free, which was a plus. However, the staff definitely did not go out of their way to be accomodating. They would not let us check in a moment […] before the 3 o'clock check-in. When asked questions about the area, they were either not knowledgable or just did not care to share what they knew; we were not sure which. We did not get a welcoming feeling from any of them at all. The bed was not comfortable. If you share a bed, you will be aware of every movement your partner makes. The pillows were uncomfotable as well. You would definitely need to ask for more towels if there are more than 2 people staying in the room. One other note: the hotel is very close to an active railroad track. I heard trains each night. I am not sure I would return to this hotel; I would seek other chains first, but ultimately price would determine choice, which was the main reason for choosing this hotel in the first place. Disappointed that we had reserved a king bed and instead received 2 queens. Other than that, the location is very convenient and close to the Hershey attractions, the front desk staff were extremely helpful, and we enjoyed the room.

Holiday Inn Express in Hershey was great. It was the cleanest hotel that I think I have ever stayed in. We had a problem with the pull out bed but it was fixed as soon as we reported it. We arrived late and the kids wanted to swim. They kept the pool open a little late for us... nice! Perfect location for Hershey. Lots of dining & entertainment choices in the area. Breafast was good.

The hotel was very accomidating to our needs. It was a very nice place to stay and the continental breakfast was great!! Highly recomended.

We liked the hotel. It was conveniently located near Hershey Park and we would probably plan to stay there again.

We selected this particular hotel because breakfast was included; however, we were surprised to discover that breakfast is only served from 6-9:30 (vs. 10:30/11:00 in other hotels in which we have stayed).

Great location if visiting Hershey Park. Less than 1 mile from main attractions. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance.

Along with getting a great value for your hard earned dollars, this hotel is located minutes away from the heart of Hershey and easy access to roads leading to other great places of interest.

The room was very clean and attractive. It looked like it had been renovated recently. The hotel is across the street from restaurants and a gas station. It is about 5 minutes from Hersheypark and Chocolate World.

The Holiday Inn Express in Hummelstown, PA was extremely comfortable. With 2 queen beds we had a choice of mattress firmness as well as a variety of pillows with varying firmness. We were minutes away from dining and area attractions. Easy in easy out. Pool and hot tub were clean and warm. Will definately stay here again when in the area.
