최근에 수리를 하였는지, 실내가 아주 산뜻하고 깨끗했습니다. 아침도 맛이 있고, 교통도 편리하고(버스 노선이 많음), 가격대비 추천하고 싶습니다.

All in all the hotel is very pleasant and reasonably well situated for city centre break. We arrived during the second week of the easter break. There was plenty of parking and despite arriving a little early at 1pm we were given a room straight away. There are a couple of bars & restaurants close to the hotel and a small supermarket in the Ibis hotel next door. Although it is not truly in the City Centre, it is close to the University where I was visiting. There places to eat within a short walk and the City Centre is a brisk walk or a short taxi ride. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean. A good hotel at a reasonable price.

Very clean, polite and helpful staff. Decent breakfast - wouldn't win a Michelin Star, but ample and fair enough. Short walk to the Headrow and the City Centre. One or two pubs and restaurants very nearby. Car Park on site. Very happy to stay again.

Excellent budget hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. Car parking ideal. We always stay at this hotel when we visit Leeds. Ideal for our needs as we have 2 young children - rooms have a double bed and a double sofabed. The rooms are clean and comfortable and we are never let down on each visit. The check-in was efficient and smooth. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cozy, but fit us family w/ 12 yrs old child. Small & old TV in room. Toilet was clean w/ shower, no toiletry, noise from extractor fan. Very convenient to student accommodation (Opal 1 & 2) the main purpose of our visit, our daughter study at Uni. Breakfast was a bonus […] at nice Great room, were you can have free WiFi. Car parking was useful, cost GBP 5 per day, but we paid GBP 3 w/ membership card. Clean hotel , friendly staff, and a great breakfast for a reasonable price

Standard Holiday Inn Express. Poor check in as receptionist chatted on the phone for ages. Room a bit dated, very poor TV and picture. Not really in city centre, on a long industrial road about a mile to walk to the centre. Extra charge for car parking

It has you could want I suppose. Friendly staff, fairly comfortable room and it serves breakfast but... Parking is VERY difficult with no where near enough spaces. Breakfast is disorganised and confused with people queueing in the way of the staff and everything seems to be in the wrong order. TV old and flickered and remote so worn you couldn't see […] what the buttons did. Tea and Coffee not restocked after previkous people. Welcoming staff, great size room ideal for family stay, bathroom perfectly functional - breakfast buffet included, everything you need for a city centre budget hotel, would definitely stay again

We only needed a bed (and some breakfast) as a base for a university visit and it did everything we needed. Reception & bar staff very friendly & helpful. Breakfast room possibly not quite big enough as gets rather crowded + the coffee is pretty poor.

Good value for money. The staff were helpful, the free breakfast was an added bonus! Within walking distance of the city centre.

Really good hotel, comfy, better than the average holiday inn.

Did what it said on the box. Clean, comfortable and cheap ( apart from the brandy in the bar). Nice man chatted to us and found us coffee at 2 in the morning.

Paying for parking, paying for cable and paying for internet acess is something customers do not want to do now. Booking a room and having to pay for assentials is old fashioned and needs to change. Nice hotel - wrong management structure,

We enjoyed our stay here and the staff were excellent, walking distance to good restaurants and short taxi ride to main shopping and sites. Pillows were hard and lumpy. We tried 7 different pillows and they were all the same.

A good value for money option for an overnight stay. Unpretentious and with good parking facilities, unlike other more central hotels.

Th hotel ıs a little bit of a walk from the city centre, but if you are staying in Leeds for business or would like to be away from city bustle it is perfect. Good prices, excellent service and spotless rooms. Would go again.

Very pleasant stay, hotel room clean and cared for. Reception staff helpful and welcoming. Not exactly city centre, 15 min reasonable walk to centre, although very good for visiting Leeds University.

Close enough yet far away from busy city centre. Convenient for access to areas outside city centre

Positives: the hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was quick and easy to help yourself (the hotel provided soya milk for me which was good). The location was useful for getting to work on the bus but not for going into Leeds city centre - a messy walk of about 15 minutes . Free wi-fi downstairs (for 6 hours) was useful and a […] free quality newspaper in the morning was also welcome. Negatives: Heating system in the bedroom was noisy and inefficient. The bedroom windows, although double glazed, did not fit properly, thereby allowing a lot of noise and cold air in. The area the hotel is located in is very noisy part of the city (noisy neighbours/emergency vehicle sirens/traffic). There was a limited choice of menu when eating in the hotel at night for an evening meal. I ate on one night and was disappointed. The drinks were very expensive and the meal I had, beef casserole, had very little meat in it! In my opinion the meal was overpriced for what was received, as well. Overall, considering the rate charged it wasn't that bad but there were a number of irritants which made me book another hotel in Leeds for the rest of my work visit there (a further 6 days). 더 보기

Great low cost hotel and convenient for Leeds city centre and motorways. Breakfast now includes some hot food but as a vegetarian and for hygiene reasons there should be separate implements for the scrambled egg and sausages. Some cheese would be welcome. Hotel about a 20 minute walk from Leeds centre. When we got to the hotel it was very clean and well maintained. Check in was quick and the room was spotless. Breakfast was excellent, with something for everyone. It was help yourself and you could go back for more if you wanted. Staff were very pleasant. There was three of us in our room and we were impressed with the size of the room and bathroom and the extra sofabed was better than expected. There were only two things that let our stay down, the smell of cigarette smoke coming into our room and the noise of a very loud group coming in at 4am. i was impressed by the cleanliness and freshness of this hotel. although check in was quick and easy, when i asked the directions to the city centre, the response was if i should have known the answer! there was a good book in the room with facts and information about leeds, but a little hand held map would have been expremely useful as we had never […] been to leeds before. 더 보기

As with all Holiday Inns, room was comfortable and clean. Reception were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is described as being in the city centre, but it is more like the outskirts. It's not very walkable to the main shopping and going out areas because of the busy roads and traffic. It's surrounded by student accomodation, so is more of a university […] area. We had to keep paying for taxis in and out of the centre whicjh were only between £3-5 each way, but this soon mounted up, and on reflection, we would have prefereed to pay the extra to stay in a city centre hotel, rather than pay for taxis all the time, so it was false economy. Lots of football fans staying in the hotel when we were there as it's very close to Elland rd, but not great for a romantic city break, which was what we were hoping for. 더 보기

la verdad, nos gusto mucho, muy tranquilo y buen desayuno

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber gut ausgestattet und sauber. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, v.a. sehr guten Kaffee resp. eine grosse Auswahl an verschiedenen Kaffees. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Bra hotell i forhold til prisen. Noe usentralt, 15 min. gange til sentrum eller 4 pund i taxi. Helt grei standard og frukost inkludert. Vil bruke dette flere ganger.

The hotel is conveniently located near the centre and the motorway. The parking is closed. The reception staff is most helpful.

This is a very pleasant stay for me, my husband and teenager son. The room was a bit tiny but everything was clean and tidy. The hotel is maintained in a good condition and its location is ideal if you have got your own car. Because we did not hire a car when we arrived at Leeds, it was a bit inconvenient for us to find the hotel with our luggage. The […] reception service was friendly and efficient. When we discovered the shower in the room was not working, the hotel staff immediately changed another room for us and was very apologetic. The breakfast was good enough.
