I woiuld highly recommend the hotel. Breakfast was good, room was spacious and comfortable. Could use larger parking area, though.

No parking hotel would not make truck with trailer move so there would be parking

The attendant was very polite and explained all the rule and regulation very well.

Great hotel, great location.

Hotel is a very comfortable stay. I recommend staying here and will do so myself in the future.

My room was neat and clean, but the hotel was being renovated or having some sort of construction done that was not pleasing. I didn't have any noise problems or have to deal with loud construction noises at night, but it was obvious that work was being done and the hotel staff warned me about the potential to hear unusual construction noises. My family loves staying at the Holiday Inn Express Hotels, normaly. This was the worst Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed in. Where do I start? The room had a stale smell, and lots of mold in the bathroom, around the sank, the bathtub faucet and lots of hard warter mold comming out of the shower head. If its not mold it was green just like it. […] The bathroom door had no lock just a hole where my daughter cut her finger. The slide lock on the entrence door was missing a screw, Now with all that do you think I would have paid what I did, per nite? If I had not pre-paid I would not have stayed there. I am very unhappy, Oh, I almost forgot it was near nothing, We had to drive across town for any type of enterament for the kids my husband is a solider and will soon be deploying and this was our last famiy hoorah before he leaves! Reconsider staying here...unless you want to be greeted by a rude clerk and a smelly hotel.

We were welcomed into the hotel by a very large RUDE young man acting like we were annoying him by checking in. The bathtub was dirty and the air conditioner was broken in our room. The hotel was being painted and smelled awful. Only good thing was a very sweet lady working in the breakfast area.

When booking online I was specifically looking for a hotel that had a shuttle to/from the Aiport. Something went wrong in the procedure and I ended up at the North AIRPORT hotel that was a 15 min and $20.00 taxi ride away from the airport. Hardly fits the definition and expectations of an 'airport' hotel. Because of this confusion I would encourage […] friends to look for a different hotel chain so as to avoid this confusion. 더 보기

I booked the room since it had a sofa sleeper for the kids. When we checked in (late at night & tired) we found there were no sheets or pillows on the sofa sleeper and when we called the front desk, no one answered. We had to go track down an employee to get the sheets/pillows ourselves. In the bathroom, there were a couple of broken/loose tiles. If using a GPS to find hotel, use San Pedro Avenue in place of N Us Highway 281. Good location. Plenty of restaurants and grocery in immediate area. Hot breakfast is a big plus over continental style. Well maintained hotel.

What is it with the northern parts of San Antonio and their aversion to sidewalks?! To get to anywhere, you either have to drive the block or two to the closest restaurants or walk in the road or on the grass. The hotel was a nice place to stay but the location leaves a little to be desired.

Only stayed one night as was in town for One Wat Street's Summer Festival and it was close to the Church the Festival was located at. Was a bit pricey but shared the room so it cut the cost down. The staff at the desk was very polite and helpfull. The Hotel is not actually located on San Pedro Ave but a side street off of it. You can see it from San […] Pedro so it is not that hard to find. Only stayed one night and was very costly but shared the room so it knocked the cost down. Was in town for puppet training, chose this Hotel because it was close to the Church where the training was at. The Hotel is not actually on San Pedro Ave, it is off a side street from there. Had a very good variety of breakfast and drinks.
