Clean comfortable room at a reasonable price. Friendly staff.

Everything about my stay was enjoyable. Comfy beds, adult size bath towels. Snacks, drinks, and fresh cookies in reception area, general decor and ambiance, all good. I did not take advantage of the breakfast buffet or made to order breakfasts as I felt they were over-priced.

This is the second time we'd stayed here. It's very comfortable and clean. Would come back again if we are in the Portland, Oregon area.

A lovely, comfortable hotel with all the amenities including very courteous and helpful staff. It was a very pleasant stay.

THIS HOTEL IS ONE OF OUR FAVORITES. THE STAFF IS SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, THE ROOMS ARE VERY NICE, AND IT IS IN QUITE A CONVENIENT LOCATION. THERE ARE NUMEROUS RESTAURANTS AROUND AND WE GOT A FREE DELUXE BREAKFAST EACH MORNING WITH OUR RESERVATION. COMPLIMENTARY COOKIES, NICE POOL AND SPA AND A WORKOUT ROOM. JUST A VERY PLEASANT STAY.

Very clean and comfortable. Staffs are all very nice and polite.

Location was perfect for spending time with family who live within walking distance. Comfortable, bright and quiet room. Pool and jacuzzi area well maintained.

This is the type of hotel that you expect from Hilton - gerat service, comfortable rooms. It's location is quite a bit further south than I thought, however, it was very close to a European-style mall, with great restaurants, shopping and a theatre. We were very happy.

good price, good location you just gotta take the freeway to town, which is good because portland is crazy. unless you can afford a place in town this place was great.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Helpful and fun staff. Great location to down town Oswego, commercial business parks, freeways, shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Adjustable beds . . . not quite my sleep number at home - but hey, nice! Nice pillows. Nice shower head. Lots of little things that others don't have. I will definitely stay again. Pleasantly surprised.

Hotel pool was small carpets were in need of replacement in hallways & entry. phone in room not connected had to make repair myself. All in all hotel was ok but don't plan on going back.

If you must be in this spot a good choice.

Breakfasts are very good - but one of us hardly eats anything. It would have been good if we could have purchased a single yogurt for an a la carte price. We also came in late one evening, one of us feeling sick. We would have liked to have access to a sandwich shop or evening burger grill, instead of the frozen offerings - but this was ok.

checked into this waiting to audition for the Amazing Race. hotel was nice and clean. but before you order room service, read the fine print... 19% service charge on all food, plus $2.00 delivery charge... so just go down stairs... or order pizza. other than that it was nice!

Was a great room and Hotel. Has all the services you need for a Conveint Stay when in Portland. Staff is always great and easy to access the Hotel from the freeway.

Everything was pretty great. We stayed in the King with whirlpool. The room was small and the bed was not comfortable. The heater was pretty load every time it turned on I woke up. They don't have whole lot to watch on tv and can't buy movies. Probably not stay there again, wasn't too impressed.

I was expecting more from this hotel and was somewhat disappointed in certain aspects of my stay here. Specifically, I found the beds to be very uncomfortable. Perhaps it was the room we stayed in but our "adjustable" bed was hard as a rock. We thought that by adjusting the comfort level from firm to soft would help but it appeared to make absolutely […] no difference. My wife and I each attempted to find a comfortable setting but nothing seemed to work and we each had to settle for sleeping on a much firmer bed than we prefer. Furthermore, we booked a room with an "upgraded" room with an in-room jacuzzi. We were expecting a separate, dedicated jacuzzi in the room. We arrived to find a hybrid shower/jacuzzi which was essentially a slightly larger than average shower. The jacuzzi was a joke. Who wants to soak in a glorified shower basin? I did not have breakfast at the hotel but my wife reported that the $10 breakfast was not very good. She stated that we would have been better off stopping at any fast-food establishment and each have breakfast rather than waste our money on the hotel's breakfast other than for the convenience of having breakfast at the hotel. The above being said we did find the room to be very clean and quiet. The location was not bad if you have business in the Tigard area. If you have to go to Portland expect a 20 minute drive to get to downtown and perhaps longer if traffic is slow. We would consider staying here again if they improved the comfort of the beds in the rooms although we would not waste our money booking a "jacuzzi" room. 더 보기

Comfortable, quiet. Nice amenities. Easy to get to.

Upon check in at night it seemed like a secluded hotel but there are actually many restaurants nearby (walking distance). It only seems that way because there are many trees in the area which make it seem "woodsy". One complaint would have been a security lady who seemed too serious... i was not allowed to eat a cookie in the pool area (was not listed […] in the pool rules) and she stopped me as if i was a thief (not very friendly). But I saw kids diving into the pool which was clearly listed as "not allowed' in the pool rules. Rooms were a bit on the small side (closet doors, entry door, and washroom door all open to the same area). Breakfast should really be free. Cookies were usually gone by late evening. Wifi was good, plenty of free parking, close to washington square mall and bridgeport village mall. 더 보기

See above. The stay was a huge disappointment.

They did not have on demand movies like most Hotels to rent - that would be a nice addition. They did have free HBO which was nice (though I'm not personally a fan of HBO and it's content) - on demand movies would be nice.

My wife, newborn and I stayed here for 3 days and had an incredible time. From the compfortable and clean rooms to the freshly baked cookies in the lobby every evening, we loved it. It was a very refreshing and relaxing trip, thanks to the Hilton!!!

Enjoyed the 3 day discounted rate.

We spent a Friday night in the Hilton. We wanted to check out the Washington Square Mall and Woodburn outlets and this location was great, just off the I-5 and a special rate was offered. There are no parks near by but the location is quite green and tree lined. The hotel rooms are business oriented so, whilst lacking some character, are comfortable, […] spacious, clean and cleverly designed. Breakfast was an additional charge but was well worth it. Check-in and check-out was easy. Vehicle parking is free within their own garaged or external car park. The is a small swimming pool, hot tub and gym. They were clean and pleasant. No changing rooms so change before you go down. The hotel was quite busy, being used for a wedding party and some track and field teams for a national student competition. 더 보기

This was our second year staying at the HGI, and once again we loved it! For the price, you get way more than a place to rest your head. You get a comfy bed, fridge, microwave, and the king size bed room was extremely roomy. Lake Oswego is right close to anything you may want to get into during your trip to Oregon. Exceeded my expectations, very clean and updated. Wireless was a little slow but overall was great. I will stay there again.

I booked this hotel for my father and his wife while they were visiting the area. They were very happy and comfortable. Great staff!
