I had a wonderful room, very clean and tidy. One slight problem with room service as they did not come when I ordered milk. The Asian security man was very rude to my brother. The receptionists veena and Lilly were very friendly and very helpful. Overall a good stay will defiantly book holiday inn again.

Very convenient hotel. Within a 5 minute walk of town centre. We were on the eigth floor which was relatively quite. The bed and furnishing were a little tired looking but overall quite good value for money.

Bathroom decor shabby, shower pipe splitting and almost unreachable. Towels and bathrobe lovely and clean. Make sure you have hair conditioner; this was not provided. Mini bar non functional. Bed very comfortable and clean, with clean linen, room in good order. Aircon worked and was fairly unobtrusive. Good location , friendly staff and large comfortable room.

Our recent stay was smooth, comforatble and without any problems. The service was excellent, very welcoming and helpful reception staff. NCP car park virtually on the hotel premises proved very useful though the parking can be bit tight for larger cars such BMW 5 series upwards or the equivalent but I did see few cars parked neatly on the ground floor.You […] can park for 24 hours for a fee and move in and out as many times as you need to. Leicester Holiday INN. We were in room 215. I have already complained to Holiday Inn. We do not know why We we were allocated a disabled room. The room was very cold and so was the bath room. Very basic with no doors on the wardrobe. The heating system was noisy so we had to turn it off and went to bed. No tissue box near the bed. floor covering substandard. […] The room did not smell fresh. The shower in the morning did not work We have stayed at Holiday Inn before and never come across such a room. And it is a 4* hotel.!!!! 더 보기

I really enjoyed my stay and would go there again. I felt really comfortable there and the pool and spa facilities where very good. The staff were friendly and made me feel really comfortable there with my young son around the pool area.

We stayed here for the weekend as we were going to the rugby and It was easy to get to from the M1. The rooms were clean and a good size, but being on the ring road, you can hear some of the traffic. It is very close to the centre of Leicester, and there are loads of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. There is a nice bar/restaurant at the […] hotel but it is very expensive (even for hotel prices)! We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as it was £14.95 per person. We didn’t use the gym, but the swimming pool was nice although it needed to be warmer. The steam and sauna rooms were very basic and the Jacuzzi wasn’t working. The hotels car park is part of the NCP car park and they said they would validate the ticket and add it to our room bill. There is a sign at the car park that states how much it is for the whole day. so we weren’t happy when we were charged three times this amount every day! It is a basic hotel in a good location, although by the time you have added on your parking, you could probably get a nicer place for the same price. 더 보기

too much traffic around the hotel

The hotel was nice, clean and in a good location My only problem was the room was freezing The heater was blowing in cold air, which left For an uncomfortable night. I would stay here Again, but I'd check to make sure the heating Was working first.

Stayed overnight at the Holiday Inn Leicester City while going to see Jason Byrne (fantastic Irish comedian - must see!). The hotel stood out as a budget option with very positive reviews and I can confirm it is a great place to base a short trip. Hotel check-in is at 2pm so, after turning up at 12pm, we weren't surprised to be asked politely to come […] back later but they held our bags while we explored. Something I felt was an odd quirk was that they took £50 from my account upon checking in to cover any expenses to the room. This was refunded upon checking out but I have no idea why did this and have not experienced it at any other hotels. Something to be aware of! The room was very spacious with a large bed, choice of pillows, tea & coffee, a hairdryer, a large tv with freeview HD channels, immaculate bathroom, iron/ironing board and the all-important trouser press. A lot of boxes ticked here. NCP car park is directly outside the hotel entrance which is fairly convenient but they charge for parking. There is also a taxi rank across the road or it is a 5 minute slow walk to the centre of Leicester and all its shops, restaurants and amenities. The train station is roughly 20-30 mins walk. For the price we paid, we were very happy with our stay and would happily stay again! 더 보기

The staff a the Holiday Inn we're very helpful and accomodating particularly the front desk staff. We stayed as a family for one night and we're made to feel very welcome. The quality of decor is very good and the location convenient

Accomadation was fine . The pool was very good . Parking was charged at £10 per day , and I didnt like the £100 deposit they took of my credit card on arrival even tho everything was paid for ...But if I need to go to Leicester again I would stay there.

Hotel itself was OK, however room was uncomfortably warm at night, myself and colleagues all passed a wakeful night. Watch out for the Parking/Breakfast trick which will add £££ to your overall cost. Not as great a deal as the headline suggests.

below expactations! although it is a very good location, the room that we stayed in was very dated...furniture also looked dated and used!! bathroom was really in need of a huge TLC!!! plus i had to pay to park!!

Good location in that it is in the centre of town. The main issue is that you have to pay car parking and park in the NCP car park (right by the hotel), cost is subsidised by the hotel and cost is only £10, worth while baring this in mind when looking at cost per night of hotel. My best friend and live 200 miles apart and we booked this hotel because it is central for us both to meet and have a girlie catch up. A weekend away from the kids where we could relax and unwind, enjoy a couple of nights out and do plenty of shopping! The hotel is only about 5 minutes walk from the town centre which has a great mix of high street stores […] & boutiques and nice places to eat. In the evening there are plenty of pubs and clubs and some lovely restaraunts to choose from. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and our room was really comfortable and spacious. All the staff were friendly & polite. The only one minor complaint I had was with the health spa. Although small, the facilities are clean & the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna are all satisfactory however it does seem quite dark and gloomy in there which gives the pool a sort of murky colour. it put me off swimming in it to be honest. It looked dirty although judging by the rest of the facilities it was probably fine! All in all, a really enjoyable stay in a hotel I would definitely recommend. Holiday inn Leicester is very near the new shopping centre and food area plus the boutique shops of The Lanes. Car park on site, newly decorated room, new furnishings made for a very good experienece

We had really noisy party of girls in the surrounding rooms but on calling reception they immediatly sent up the Manager and a member of staff moved my family and me to a quiet room on a different floor. If you are looking to be near the high street then this is a great location. The staff were courteous and helpful and the breakfast very good. It is however quite noisy and you feel a little like you are sleeping in the middle of a roundabout.

If you're headed to Leicester this is the place to stay. Smack bang at the edge of the high street area and walking distance to everything.

I stayed here to attend a school reunion. My friend brought her daughter along with her at short notice but this was no problem for the hotel. The room had two double beds and was very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Great location for a week end stay close to Leicester town centre with use of leisure facilities. Breakfast - worth choosing the included option when booking

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights for a wedding and the staff were extremely helpful and keen to answer the brides queries and put her at ease. Had a brilliant weekend, very comfy room. Only very small complaint was that the air conditioning was so loud you couldn't sleep with it turned on so room was very hot at night. This is a stone throw from the shopping and dinning. Yet being out of the way enough that you feel you have left the centre behind. The hotel bar was relaxing. For breakfast there was a massive spread to feast on. The room was spacious, crisp clean, and modern.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn for three nights for a pre-wedding party, Indian wedding and evening reception in the city. The hotel is located within a five minute walk of Shires shopping centre and the town centre, which offers a good selection of restaurants and bars. The rooms are comfortable and the service is good. This hotel was centrally located and very convenient. Less than 2 minutes walk from the town centre & about 5 to 10 minutes drive to the space centre. This was our second time staying at this hotel and on both occasions were received excellent customer service from all the hotel staff. El Hotel me parece muy bueno, el lugar está al lado del centro, te sales de la cama y ya está allí. Tan sólo debes cruzar un tramito muy pequeño de carretera y ya está. Yo he ido con un inglés muy justo y con tan sólo decir que no sabías muy bien inglés, el personal de hotel era aún más atento y te lo intentaba explicar todo mucho mejor. Klicka vidare till nästa hotell! Incheckningen tog över 1h och när vi väl kom upp på rummet va det iskallt pga att fönstret inte gick att stänga, runt papperskorgen i badrummet låg en massa papper som städerskan missat. Vi påtalade felen men inget hände! Frukost 14 pund och wifi 16 pund!! Överlag kändes hotellet nergånget.

Hotel ist von der Lage zu den Geschäften,Pub's und Restaurants gut gelegen, das Personal im Hotel ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, 100% Sauberkeit darf man nicht erwarten.

vanskeligheter med å finne veien til sentrum, måtte krysse trafikkertegater uten sebrastriper eller vei overgang for å komme til nærmeste fortau. Hotellpersonalet var imøtekommende alt gikk ok når det gjaldt innsjekking og utsjekking. Hun som hadde mest med oss var litt stresset, men ellers ok med vårt opphold på hotellet.

Etter å ha tilbrakt 2 dager på et knøttlite hotellrom i London, så var det herlig å komme til Holiday Inn. Stort rom med god standard! Hotellbetjeningen var veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom. Bra beliggenhet, i gangavstand til Leicester sentrum. Shopping, restauranter og puber/utesteder like i nærheten! hvis vi skal tilbake til samme område flere ganger så […] vil jeg definitivt bo på Holiday Inn! :o) 더 보기

Etter å ha overnatta fleire plassar i england, er dette det beste hotellet. Store og komfortable rom. Budde i 8. etg og fekk fin utsikt. Veldig bra beliggenhet, 3 min å gå til shopping, resturant og pub. God service på hotellet. Frukosten var det einaste minus, typisk engelsk (og usunn) frukost. Alt i alt så er hotellet å anbefale :)
