I was told that wireless did not exist in the hotel rooms. I would have to use wireless in the lobby. A DSL line in the room was available, but two laptops would have to share. Why just one? I called corporate and they were nice and all, but HAMPTON's reputation is not this kind of highway motel style. Even Motel 6 has wireless in the rooms. The bed […] was very comfortable. On the 4th floor, a squeaky vent on the roof echoed the wind and squeaked all night long! The pool was quiet, not full of people. The location was close to a fried food restaurant, a big factory (ugly casino?) and the loud highway. I paid top dollar for this room and have had a better experience paying HALF as much. I expected more from Hampton. For breakfast, there was strange french toast made to look like little omelettes. No sign to tell me I was eating a piece of bread basted with egg mix. Ick. 더 보기

exlant place to stay

The Wi-fi was not working in the room and I had to wait several hours to get a cord so I could plug in my netbook to the wall, otherwise everything was fine. Room was either too hot or too cold, no inbetween. Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was great.

We booked our rooms at the last minute due to an illness in the family. We were greeted, always, with professional friendliness. The continental breakfast was excellent, the room was clean and spacious, the hotel was quiet and relaxing. The lobby was inviting, with a fire going at all times in the fireplace. We asked for a quiet room and had a peaceful stay. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

My husband and I reserved a king Jacuzzi suite for one night. We arrived around 2:30 pm on Friday, and the room was available. The entrance to the hotel is very welcoming, as was the desk clerk. We checked in and took our luggage to our room, only to find an employee in our room who said he was working on the TV. Don't know if that was the case, but […] he left after "finishing up". Once that little surprise was out of the way, our stay was very peaceful. We learned that the hotel was in the process of renovating. The 2nd & 3rd floors were completed, while the 1st floor was still in the process. Our suite was on the 3rd floor and was wonderful :) Very clean and the bed was super cozy. The jacuzzi tub was incredibly relaxing. Breakfast on Saturday morning seemed to look delicious, however we just grabbed some things to go as we needed to get on the road. The spread included biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, yogurt and several flavors of muffins and bagels. The hotel is close to several restaurants and shopping. Also a short drive to the casino. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Anderson. The extra money is well worth it. 더 보기

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The lobby area is very welcoming and inviting. The pool/hot tub and fitness area was well maintained. The beds were a little firm. Overall a great experience though.

The hotel is at a great location to drive down to indy. the breakfast is hit and miss depending on the day.

We loved everything, stayed 3 nights and the beds were the best ever.

We arrived to get our room, the manager allowed us to pick which floor we wanted, we had 3 children so we asked for the 1st floor and it was great. The pool was awesome, the breakfast was really good too. Close to Anderson University which is great for us. I would stay again and again...

Had a very good stay, The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was not too loud. I didn't try the pool so can't comment on that. The breakfast was fine, what you usually get.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the pillows were wimpy; a variety of firmness of pillows would be a good idea. The comforter/bed spread was a bit hot for summer. when hotels are purchased through Hotel.com we are given 2nd class citizenship. Hampton Hotel put us on 3rd floor and where no wireless was available. So only my wife could use her lap top. We also stayed at Hilton Garden last week theough Hotels.com and got the same 2nd class treatment. Old furniture and TV and top floor. Both rooms were very nice and clean .... I knew in advance that I could not rent any cots for the rooms, I had to take two cots of my own with me on my trip which took up 2 seats in my vehicle.... Please check into getting cots for people to rent once they get there...

The room was nice but even though our hallway was all non-smoking rooms the people next door were smoking and the smoke was coming under the connecting door between our rooms. We placed a towel down to help block the smell but it didn't work. Really nice breakfast in the morning!!!!!! Toilet in our room didn't flush right either.

Room was nice, whirlpool was nice! The problem was when the room above us decided to use their whirlpool at 3AM.. Sounded like it was in our room and they kept running the water.. very, very noisy!! I suggested to the clerk at checkout that most places we stay with a whirlpool state that it is not to be used after 10PM.. This hotel was extremely nice and worth the price. i was pleasantly surprised. we will definately go back.

Hotel was ok but not overly great. Breakfast fare had many choices, but eggs only lukewarm.
