Hotel was clean and nice staff was also nice, but I wouldnt expect the front desk to go out of their way for you. I had the 'do not desturb' on the door, and security called me every night- disturbing me. I could hear and see the airplanes landing when in my room and at the pool. I enjoyed my stay, the staff were amazing! I will definitely be back!!!

Check In was very easy and quick. Room was super clean and spacious. Same goes for Bathroom, except that shower pressure was non existent. I don't remember having any negative thought about the hotel and I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

My room had no small refridgerator. very poor. I could not even put some juices to cool or even chill. poor. then we had to pay for internet in the room and this is available free to a number of other hotels in Doral free of charge.

Thiis is not a four star hotel! We had booked a room for 3 adults with the assurance we could get a roll away bed, but when we got there they said it was a fire hazard to put a roll away in our room. The front desk clerks were not helpful at all! The free shuttle from the airport ends at 10pm, so we had to pay a cab &30

Great Place to stay in Miami!!!

We've stayed at this hotel once before and were very satisfied with it at that time. However, the one issue we had with our stay this time was the bed. I don't remember it being this uncomfortable the first time, but this go around I found it to be a nightmare on my back. It kind of sagged in the middle and had some sort of plastic covering under the […] sheets that made noise. It also seemed to cause the sheets to slip into an uncomforable mess on top. Stayed at the intercontinental at Doral for one night. Hotel staff were extremely friendly - especially Nohara at the front desk. Beds were comfortable and the hotel was extremely clean. They provide all the extras if you happen to forget something...toothpaste and brush, q-tips, etc. Only downside was Internet wasn't free. The hotel is close to the airport, and the Doral Country Club and Resort.

very pleasant stay. surrounded by decent restaurants and a timely transport to the airport at 6am was everything I needed. the room was comfortable and clean.

This hotel is nice enough but really lacks in personal touches. The restaurant is very poor quality and the wait staff is very inferior compared to other intercontinental hotels that I have stayed at. The other thing is that this hotel doesn't even offer guests a complimentary coffee in the morning which is ridiculous considering it is right by the […] airport, and thus many travelers are on the go. Absolutely beautiful hotel

The staff at this hotel are wonderful. They work hard to take care of their customers. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone. Great for business or personal pleasure.

The second night I stayed here, I pulled out the sheets from the bed and I found a cockroach crawling under the sheets. It was gross, unfortunately it was 2:00 am, so I had to sleep in the other bed along with mu husband and my kids. The comfort of the bed and bedding was excellent

We were very pleasantly surprised at how luxurious the room was especially the bathroom for the price. It is conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Visited the hotel on a business trip. Great service; beautifully appointed room; and a superior fitness room. You can use the valet service and if you want to park your own car they won't charge you and there were plenty of parking. Did not get a chance to use the outside pool. From the moment I walked into the door until the next morning when I checked out, I was pleased by this great hotel. Close in proximity to Airport and nearby offices. The concierge was attentive and helpful with luggage and advice on local dining options while the front desk was checking in other guests. We loved staying at the hotel. Even though our trip was short, this time, it met all of our needs -- location to shopping, dining and the airport. The staff was quite accommodating with any of our needs even though we did not book directly with the hotel. We will stay again. Thank you.

This was great value for money! Staff friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable, neat and clean and the sheets were divine! The bar's a bit pricey but overal - GREAT VALUE for your money! Would definitely return.

Except they had no dvd players in room.
