[장점] 1. 잊을 수 없는 조식 뷔페 - 전망 Good(80층에서 조식, 전망은 두말하면 잔소리) - 실로 다양한 메뉴 2. TV에서 KBS-WORLD가 나옴. [단점] 1. 4성급 호텔 답지 않은 로비(최악) - 골목에 있는 일반 건물 입구와 다를바 없음. - 택시 콜 서비스 기대하기 어려움. - 항상 많은 사람들이 모여서 담배 피우고, 잡담하고 있음. 2. 고층이다보니, 여러번 엘리베이터를 갈아타야함. - 호텔 프런트가 17층임. - 본인의 경우 24층 투숙. 아침식사를 위해 80층에 가려면 24층에서 E/V타고 17층 로비로 내려와, 다른(고층 전용) E/V로 갈아타고 78층에 내려 계단을 또 올라가야함. 3. […] 공실이 있었는지, 무료로 룸 업그레이드를 해 주었으나, 크기만 하고 텅빈 방이 오히려 불편함. 침대에서 화장실까지 상당히 멀어서 보통 목소리로는 불러도 들리지 않음. 4. 룸 냉장고에는 달랑 생수 2병 끝. 5. 한없이 작은 TV(삼성) 더 보기

The fee of internet service, 400 B per day is too much expensive. Also 200B per hour is extremely high compare to tax basic pare 35B.

투숙하고 룸카드를 꽂았는데 작동이 되지 않아 한참동안 조명등과 에어컨이 돌지 않았어요. 데스크에 얘기하고 나니 한참있다 직원을 보내 고쳐주었는데 이에 대한 아무런 말이 없네요. 조식은 훌륭한 편이였으며 어떤 분 후기에 웰컴드링크가 78층 정도의 높은 곳에서 근사하게 마셨다고 하던데 우리는 18층 골프장 앞카페라 좀 실망했슴다. 화장실에 바퀴벌레가 있어 직접 잡았네여 기대하고 갔는데 담번엔 다른 곳에 가야할 듯 합니다

정말 불친절합니다. 러시아와 일본 전담 직원들을 두고 있으면서도 한국어는 켜녕 영어도 못하고... 장점이라면 전망이 좋아요. 호텔 주변 마카산역등등 해서 오후 7시까지 호텔 1층에서부터 데려다주는 셔틀이 있긴한데, 이걸 이용하는 고객이 많습니다. 그리고 78층인가 에서 뷔페를 먹을 수 있는데, 투숙고객의 경우 500 바트 중반/명이구요. 맛은 뭐 그럭저럭이지만 경치는 좋습니다. 일단 여기 묵으실 거면, 돈을 조금 더 내더라도 무조건 높은 층으로 가세요. 사용하는 엘레베이터부터 서비스의 수준까지도 달라진답니다.

They used a strongest fragnance.. smelly.. The bottom of the swimming pool was slippery.. Probably not cleaned..

My wife and I really enjoyed throughout our 4 days stay at the Baiyoke Sky. We stayed on the 74th floor with a spectacular view of the Metropolis. The staff were very hospitable and warm. Buffet breakfast was just great with cuisines from all over the world to satisfy our palate. The hotel is centrally located with shopping malls like The Platinum, […] just a few metres walk from the hotel. Bargains of all kinds are available nearby at the Pratunum Market. Try your taste buds at the open food stalls and restaurants in the nearby surroundings. Tuk Tuks and Taxis are found aplenty just nearby. Hotel service was great but only downside was the spa service, was told by reception that the spa service closes at midnight, so went up to the spa at 9pm and asked if it was possible for a Thai massage. Disappointed to be told they were closing soon and could only manage a half hour foot massage.

All in all a good hotel, the elevator set-up takes some getting used to. Nice and close to the street markets and shopping centers

I booked 2 rooms and stayed for 1 night at this hotel on 6 Apr 2012 and leaving the next day for home. Booked this hotel because I wanted to stay near the Airport link station but find it Ridiculous, as they require me to put a deposit of THB6000 in cash or by charging to my credit card. This is their new policy starting in the year 2012. If I have […] deposit by cash, then upon my checking out, I would have left Bangkok to return home so why should I leave so much money behind? Worst if deposit using my credit card, as they would process the charge to my card on the spot and it refund would only be done in one month time. Asked to lower the amount but was rejected and as I have booked online and paid for the room charges there was nothing I could, and the manager even asked me to check the surrounding hotels and challenge me that the others would require a deposit as well. The new Novotel Platinum hotel only charges a deposit of THB1000, why this old hotel? not to mention that my family of 4 were already in BKK for the past 6 nights and staying at another hotel which didnt even require a deposit. 더 보기

Baiyoke Sky is a great hotel, its close to the train station so you can actually walk quite easy to there as you arrive fro the airport. The breakfast buffet is the best i had so far, although somewhat expensive for being Thailand. But its worth every bath! The only thing negative at the hotel is that we wanted to check in early as we arrived from the […] airport at about 8 am. We had had a 10 h flight from Norway but the staff claimed that our room wasnt ready before 11 am. We checked 1055 and it wasnt ready, but right after 11 it finally was. We were exhausted. On our way back we hadn't made a reservation and was told that the hotel was full... and also the neighboring sister hotel. But we hatched a plan and found available rooms at hotels.com. Lets just say that the staff was quite surprised when we come back with a reservation. In a mysterious way the managed to find us two rooms almost at the top floor. Credits to hotels.com who really saved us there. Overall Baiyoke offers a comfortable, delightful oasis in the midst of Bangkok and the view is just amazing. The room we stay in sky zone is really old style, you need to pay for everything, no free wifi, no free bottle water, don't take the map, it will cost you 250B. Just cold shower in swimming pool. Don't trust the taxi driver whom the hotel stuff suggest, they are not honest.

house keeping very bad,i stay in this hotel 3 nights.my room ashtray never changed until i check out.the tea bag n coffee also didn't top up for me.also got small cockroach.

Expect nothing special, max 3* hotel. It is huge and the tallest, however don't expext luxury. The view on top is good, but no outside skybar. Location is good, next to sky train. Paying for wifi is outdated to my opinion.

cheap,comfy n near shopping district

Most staff were unhelpful or unfriendly or both. On arrival my bag was taken by staff. I checked into my room and waited more then 1.5hrs and still didn't have my bag brought to my room. I inquired as to where it was, I was told it would be with the concierge and it would be bought unto my room shortly. I found it sitting unattained along with a number […] of other bags in the foyer I took it up to the room myself. I was never contacted by the staff about the where a bouts of my bag for all they new anyone could have taken it. It took a number of request to get anything fixed. I asked for the bathroom scales to be fixed and was told house keeping would be sent straight up to my room. I waited more then 3hrs before going to bed. The next morning I found a women vacuuming outside my door and asked her if she could fix. Which she promptly did. The room was not clean black stains in the bath, soap scum all over the shower. Carpet in room and in corridors were dirty needing steam cleaning. The room had no sound proofing and the people in the room next door were noise with children running up and down the corridors @ 6am and yelling out & knocking on the adjoining wall after 9pm. I requested the hotel staff to do something about the situation but nothing was done. I saw a number of staff not practising safe food handling skills with food being handled with bear hands. The floor in the buffet breakfast floor is absolutely filthy. Overall the staff don't have the right attitude to work in the hotel industry. There was one standout staff member of staff (the assistant manger for the buffet breakfast service on the 78th floor his name started with a 'C') who was very helpful and pleasant who seem to be only to happy to help I was pleasantly greeted by him each morning with an smile on his face. Good Location, clean and spacious well kept rooms and courteous staff. Best part of the hotel is that it is itself a landmark and sighsighseeing spot with the 83 floor and and fantastic sklyine view of Bangkok. Surrounding areas a little congested and crouded Surely recommend it !!

This hotel is the real deal. We had a 2-room suite on the 25th floor and it was wonderful. It was very clean, very comfortable and had all that we needed. Breakfast buffet was excellent esp. for the value; the 84th floor revolving deck was amazing; and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Bangkok.

Have been to this hotel no less than 4 times in the past 2 years .Needless to say i like the place. Rooms are big and spacious (i got upgrades twice). Quite clean as well .Biggest plus?. You get fascinating views of Bangkok (stayed on 50th floor twice and 30 plus the other 2 times) .If you are shopping for clothes , this is an an ideal location as Pratunam […] is full of shops doing wholesale/retail of clothes.The rail link from the airport is also very convenient (stops at Rajprasrop) which is a 15 minute walk to the hotel . I have also a weakness for Indian/Pakistani food and there at least 6/7 restaurants serving good quality food.. Areas for improvement?. Service at front desk and restaurants could be a bit smoother and attentive .Front desk staff broadly from two nationalities , Thai and Russian.The Russian ladies checking me in on two occasions seemed more interested in chatting with fellow nationals tahn attending to me.Major problem ? Great place to stay, near to Train service to Airport and many shopping areas around the vicinity. Great for Family Trips too.

I'd give it a 3 star hotel. Nothing too fancy. Food at the 81st story was just OK but not fantastic, however good view and service. If you're looking to save cost, this hotel is pretty good. It's a very crowded hotel. At anytime, the lift is packed with people. I didn't appreciate that much crowd.

Neglected and dirty, staff won't smile even for a million dollars. The amazing view is the only highlight and they charge for internet, maps, adaptors and everything you can thonk of.

we checked in and first surprise they asked for bht3000 security deposit. what if we did not have it, should have been warned about this in advance. check in and check out wait was far too long, waiting for lifts also exhausting. hotel itself and experience absolutely brilliant... highly recommended, breakfast brilliant

If you travelled light, it would be a short 10 mins walk to the hotel from the airport-rail link. The room is big enough for a king-sized and single bed and is still spacious. The toilet is spacious too with a separate bathtub and shower area. The shopping scene outside the hotel is amazing enough for you not to travel too far. The rooms are VERY big with walk in closet. The bathroom is very big wit a shower and bathtub separately from eachother. The location is great if you like cheap shopping. The Baiyoke Sky Hotel in Bangkok is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are nicely furnished and well cleaned. The lobby on the 18th floor hosts a superb fruit buffet. If you're in Bangkok, I would recommend eating there for lunch. The concierge was helpful securing a taxi at a reasonable rate to drive me around Bangkok all day to check out the sites. But […] the negatives outweigh the positives. I would never stay here again, and I recommend guests to Bangkok stay elsewhere. My room was on the 31st floor. The room had 2 windows, near each other, facing the same direction. I had a beautiful view, but only out of one of the windows. The hotel is designed in such a way that I had to leave the curtain drawn on the other window unless I wanted my neighbor watching me dress everyday. The main attraction to this hotel is the impressive views from the rooms. It's unfortunate I had to deny myself half my view. Very poor planning and room layout. Also, because the Baiyoke Sky Hotel is the largest hotel in Bangkok, tourists flock to it every day. I would leave the hotel every morning to explore Bangkok and I would return around 4:00 in the afternoon to get ready for the evening. At the same time, hordes and hordes of non-hotel guests would converge on the Baiyoke Sky Hotel. Some just wanted to see the view of the city from the top of the hotel; others were having dinner at one of the restaurants on the higher floors. In either case, the hotel did not leave an elevator dedicated for use by hotel guests. Everyday I came back to the hotel I had to fight with hundreds of people just to get in to the elevator. More often than not, I used the service elevator. A hotel designed as a tourist destination must have a plan to allow its paying guests access to their rooms without having to compete for elevator space with day-trippers. Nice hotel, close to the rail line linking to main airport. It has potential to be great hotel but condition it is kept in makes it only 'decent'. Nice view from the rotating deck on top floor. Big selection for brunch, although it was not included with room. I stayed in other hotels in Bangkok for half the cost and twice the comfort.

The baiyoke sky is awesome. If you are looking at shopping, it's the place to be in as the traffic in Bangkok is terrible. The breakfast is royal as you can gorge in from a wide spread and also feast your eyes at a breathtaking view of Bangkok from the 82nd floor. All in all, would highly recommend this hotel.

Our large king-sized bed/large room was on the 42nd floor with great views. Room was huge and included sep tub/shower. Room and its furnishings were not kept up very well (dents, scratches, decor that was 15 years old), but this was just fine for us. Pool area is rather small, but it's refreshing from the heat. Got a last-minute deal on hotels.com and […] were very satisfied. Only complaint is that we would have liked free Wi-Fi. Concierge assisted us in getting a one-way cab to Ayutthaya. Market shopping and food stalls on adjacent streets were crowded and full of shoppers, at all times, but that enhanced the Bangkok experience. Couldn't hear a thing from our room. The pros of this hotel is it is quite high. Bad thing is the service of the staff is totally unsatisfied. They need a lot of your information and their service and attitude is not well.

The view was great: from our room, the breakfast floor, the observation deck. Staff were helpful especially the fact that most speak English. There was food for every palate, even picky eaters. But best of all, it's in the midst of the shopping district.

Access to the hotel is very convenient considering the station is a block away. I upgraded my room from standard to deluxe and the room is quite spacious, the bed and pillows are comfortable, the breakfast buffet caters to a wide variety of international cuisines, the location is adjacent to the clothing stalls and finally, the hotel itself is an attraction. […] To view the city line at a rotating 88th floor is spectacular especially during the night where the city lights give character to Bangkok. Good location to various shopping venues such as pratunum mall and train stations. rooms were clean and well maintained. Fruit Buffet was awesome!

We stayed for three days and the overall experience was good. Simple check-in procedure. All the rooms were cleaned regularly and maintained well. There were enough options to eat and ample recreational facilities. Locality provides for a good shopping experience. The staff at the Sky Coffee Shop came on to be too shrewd and unwelcoming.

I thought it would be fun in a very tall hotel, but it was a disappointing stay. It was quite spacious, but the fit-out looked like Ikea furniture, and the fabulous view was somewhat obscured by the wires in the safety glass. The worse thing is that the dirty table clothes at the coffee shop were not changed, and service was very slow there. 200 m to Skytrain station, direct from airport. Good enough rooms and dining. Recommended if you need an overnight stay in Bangkok. Aim for sky/space zone - view of night city is spectacular.

The hotel was nice. Ambiance was good. Buffet Breakfast was excellent. Service was courteous. In general had a nice experience.
