The room was not especially clean especially the bathroom. The carpet is on need of replacement with tears and patches in it. The stay w as adequate but disappointing.

The place needs to be update such as paint, new carpet which is well worn out & cleanliness is not so great-you can see hand print on the wall.

Reasonable rates, considering kitchenette had full-size refrigerator, dishwasher & nice-sized table/snackbar. All employees were pleasant & accommodating.. Continental breakfast was adequate, but hot foods would be a plus. Coffee was available 24/7. An older facility, thus probably accounting for noises easily heard from adjoining & overhead rooms. Pool […] appeared in need of good cleaning, yet strong odor of chlorine was overpowering. Of the 3 exercise machines, only 1 was working correctly. 더 보기

I needed a place to stay in Frederick for about 10 days. I don't require the biggest and the best for short term travel, like some people do. The Hotels.com price was the best for this type of mid-grade facility. The day staff were pleasant, but the night staff were a little complacent. The room was just the right size. Housewares amenities were limited […] and a bit old, but still, the room was fairly clean. The pool was clean and so were the grounds. The biggest problem I had was with the facility maintenance. The side entrance electronic key reader simply did not work for any of my key cards, despite the inept efforts of the staff to "fix" it. They adamantly told me it was fixed when I declared that my cards still would not work after 9 days. That was rather insulting to me, who has worked building maintenance before. The only other problems I encountered were with the fixtures in the room - they kept falling off the walls, including a closet shelf. These items were never repaired while I stayed there. This is a sign of either lack of maintenance staff, limited work hours by management, or just plain ineptitude. The hall carpets looked to need replacing, but other than that, my stay was very comfortable, clean, and quite! This is paramount! I would stay there again. I am generally very unfussy, but this place was not good. Luckily, the room itself was spacious and clean. It had a big kitchen, however, only one frying pan to cook wtih. Several people asked for sauce pans, the answer was no. The common areas were nasty, very torn/worn carpet, wall paper peeling off. Ice machine didnt work, whirlpool didnt work. Pool […] was Ok, but suspciously cloudy. run out of towels once. Breakfast was just apples and bagels and juice., not even yogurt or make yourself oatmeal. we ended up going out to eat... luckily lots of choices near by the proprietor was rude. I had to ask for paper to print my boarding slip, and then he gave me two sheets of used paper and told me to use the back. At one point the pool ladies room was clogged up so I used the mens, which didnt have any papertowels. I told him and he basically yelled at me for using the men's room instead of going up the elevator to use my room, where the rest of my family was still asleep. would not stay here again. For price the rooms were decent. Nice kitchenette area. Only needed 1 night over for family funeral. Needed internet access which they had & was free. Surprised they offered continental breakfast too. We will definitely stay here in future when visiting family. They had other amenities we did not take advantage of : pool, exercise room. this was a really great location and the hotel was clean the only complaint I have was the hottub was not working,. Staff was greAT!

Needed a less expensive place to stay on our way to Washington DC. This hotel is about 45 mins north. Arrived late and left early. Staff was pleasant. Room was an extended stay type with kitchen and desklike area. Two DOUBLE beds which were not that comfortable, but served a purpose to sleep. This is a wonderful hotel. We were disappointed that the hot tub was under repair but there is a pool. We stayed in a suite and were very comfortable. We arrived late and had not eaten. When we asked the front desk personnel he advised that restaurants were beginning to close and than five minutes later he phoned our room and advised us that the restaurant […] across the street was still open. He took the time to phone a restaurant and inquire about hours so we could get dinner. His thoughtfulness went a long way. A bit far from the airport but we would stay there again. 더 보기

I found the Main Stay on hotels.com. I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay while visiting Downtown Frederick. I got a great deal on a suite. It was pretty spacious (bathroom, kichenette with dishwasher and seating, sitting area with TV, sleeping area with Queen-size bed). The location is quite convenient (9 minutes away from downtown). Like […] most hotels, the stay included a continental breakfast, but I didn't get to try it. Pretty good deal. Overall, the time spent at the Main Stay Inn & Suites was a good experience. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a cheaper route while in Frederick. I will most likely stay there again. 더 보기

Adequate hotel. Clean, nice service. Full sized refrigerator and small kitchenette, which was nice. While clean, furniture is worn, could use updating. Nothing in walkable distance. Fine for the low price.
