I had a King Suite, but unfortunately the living room furniture was so dirty and uncomfortable I never used the front room at all. Housekeeping was also lacking -- they never replenished the soap or shampoos each day and the bed was hardly made up at all. The pool and fitness center were both closed. Very nice place to stay the staff was great!

My son and I recently visited UW-EC. This hotel is just a few minutes from campus, but not so close that you'll be disturbed by "campus activities." The room was clean and comfortable. This is definitely the place I'll stay should my son choose UW-EC as his school.

This hotel was very people friendly. The bed was comfortable. The pool area was nice. Would stay here again.

This hotel needs a capital investment both outside and inside if it intends to compete with the level of newer hotels in the area.

This hotel had rooms that were good and clean. Indoor pool area with whirlpool was good; could use some updating. Breakfast was the standard freebie hotel breakfast. Hotel did allow pets, but fortunately we were not bothered by barking dogs. We usually look for a hotel that does not allow pets. I think the price was a little high for this hotel but […] it was located near the relative we were visiting. In the immediate 2 mile range it seemed to be the best choice. 더 보기

Newer facility and well maintained. Very clean and comfortable. Have stayed there several times and will again.

I went for a (me) vacation, the whirl pool suite was great. Enjoyed it very much. My friend came the next day and we were expecting to sit in the hot tub but it was taped off for some reason, repairs? The pool when looking at the water from the pool entrance it did not look clean. The area below the blue tile looked green as if it were caused by algae […] or something. We did not go in the water though there some people in the water. TV in suite was an old one and picture was fuzzy, my friend had a regular room and it had a nice flat screen digital TV. I think it should have been the other way around. 더 보기

Everything was good at the hotel. The only complaint was that the hot tub was broken down and that was a comfort that I was looking forward to.

Nice to see everything in the room was clean great breakfast choices, pleased with stay. Only thing wish 1 pillow was a little less thick!

This is a good place to stay. The continental breakfast is just average. Sometimes items would run out and not refilled promptly (up to 10 minutes).

The city was inundated with snow rendering the parking almost inaccessible but they had help available and were friendly and accommodating. The only real negative is that even with signs up in the elevators, kids and others were still quite noisy avter 10PM. The Best Western Trail Lodge Hotel was completely acceptable for a travel hoiliday stop. It is not within easy walking distance to restraunts or shopping, but both shopping and restraunts are a short drive away.

I booked this hotel because it was close to chippewa falls where we were going on a brewery tour. AND it wasn't overpriced. Hotel was not at all busy and was pretty quiet. The Bar/Lounge is kind of a joke, but the gal was helpful when we were looking for a place to have dinner. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

My room was clean and spacious. AC worked awesomely. Plenty of clean towels, clean fridge for my drinks.... only one suggestion- don't keep coffee maker in bathroom- eeuw! Didn't use it and you couldn't pay me to!

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in!!!! We checked in on Friday and were never told anything about the pool not being open, despite having young kids with us as we checked in at the front desk. We discovered on our own that the pool was not working, and not been working all week. The front desk promised it would be open on Friday, but it wasn't […] open by the time we checked out on Saturday. I had to beg the front desk to use the fitness center all week, since it was accessed through the pool area. The fitness center, by the way, consisted of 1 bike and 2 treadmills. The floor hallways were dirty. There were dust bunnies in our room all week. The ice machines on the 2nd and 3rd floor were empty during our entire stay, despite telling the front desk about them twice. When I asked the front desk what we could do with our kids (since there was no pool), the front desk person told us to take them swimming in the river. The river, it turned out, was the last place anyone should take kids. It was incredibly high and when we got to the suggested beach, the Fire Department was there as they had just found a drowned man! They were appalled that the hotel had suggested taking kids there! We were able to get into a room before the 3pm check in. However, the nonsmoking room smelled strongly of smoke. Breakfast had many choices.

We recently went to Country Jam in Eau Claire Wisconsin. We came up the night before the festival started and stayed at the Best Western Trail Lodge Hotel and Suites. We had a great experience. The front desk was very pleasant and helpful when we arrived and the room was very clean and very comfortable. The next morning there was a breakfast that had […] something for I feel everyone and checkout was a reasonable time. We will for sure be staying here again when we come back next year for Country Jam. 더 보기

Clean, Comfortable, very good value for the price. Easy access from main roads but still quiet

Extremely quiet and peaceful. Far enough away for a secluded environment, but literally blocks away from businesses.

When we checked in they didn't have our paperwork from hotels.com but they said it was ok cause I was in the computer system. Once we got to our room we realized that it was not a king jacuzzi suite like we paid for. I went back and thank goodness I had a recepit for the booking conformation to prove what room I got so they fixed it. Of course once […] we got to that room we noticed the wallpaper was peeling off and there was mold under it, and there were large yellow spots all over the walls. It looked like massive water damage. I again went back to the desk and got a different room. Once we got the room it seemed ok. Of course we could not figure out how to unplug the drain for the jacuzzi tub so we had to leave it full of water which was somewhat embarassing, but it was not really our fault anyway. 더 보기

The hotel was very clean and quiet. It is located off the busy roads, so we enjoyed a good night's sleep. The staff was pleasant and helpful with directions and suggestions for dinner. The breakfast area, lobby, pool area, halls, and rooms were neat and clean. Price was good; well worth the good night's sleep.

A large room with 2 queen size beds was perfect for traveling with a coworker. Nice big bathroom and an excellent breakfast.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable room with great service. The desk people were very friendly. The pool area was very nice also. Easy location to find.

The hotel was convenient, clean, well managed, with a friendly staff. In meeting our needs, it was convenient to the interstate, with comfortable beds and a good breakfast to boot.
