very disappointed

We enjoyed our stay at Days Inn, for the time we were there the staff was very accomodating. We received extra help with our airline boarding pass, directions to nearby sites and places with no hasstle. The manager went above and beyond to make our stay such a great one. We would definately stay there again and/or recomend it to friends. The price was […] great for our budget and really have nothing negative to say about out stay in AZ.Good job. 더 보기

We do this every six months or so as we winter in Arizona and then go to the North for the summer and then return in the fall.

I understand you get what you pay for... However, this hotel is completely horrific, the front desk was nice enough at check in, but... That all changes when you get settled in... The thermostat knob was broken, and the AC blew stinky moldy air into the room, I got sick as did my husband... The fridge was broken, the microwave worked... TV had no HBO, […] no real channels, mostly sports, and news... The Wall Plug Outlets had no covers on them at the floor level, so I had to puppy proof it, the light switches were busted and broken, and if your lucky, you might hear the joyous noise of small arms gun fire late on the weekends... Had two strange people knock on our door looking to party as well... Laundry facilities were out in open, no security, and as far as perks... Hot water was nice... and bed didn't suck... But I am pretty sure someone entered the room and milled through our belongings when we were out working... 더 보기

This hotel was a great value, I was expecting something less then perfect based on age and other reviews. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived and found my room very clean and very comfortable. I will stay here again!

The man that took care of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. While the bedsheets and towels were clean, the room itself left much to be desired in cleanliness. My feet became black after walking across the room once with bare feet. While the location was very convenient for where I needed to be, the area is not the best... notably not the worst, […] either. I wasn't impressed with the hotel overall, but it was very inexpensive, and worked fine for what I was looking for. 더 보기

Like the title says....! This place was nothing less than a dumpy little "Motel". The area was very ghetto like, and a little run-down. What was advertised was totally false about this place. There wasn't even a clock in the room. The fridge was dumpy and wobbly, the bathroom was literally the size of a closet and the door would swing open to hit […] someone if they were at the sink. If you walked from the sink to the main room, you'd slam your toes on the bed platform. Was glad to leave there, and will never stay there again. Very low quality. But I don't blame hotels.com for it. They have always come through in the past. A few of days in that place was horrible. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS PLACES' ADVERTISEMENT ABOUT THEMSELVES. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Slept with 1 eye open all night. Shadey part of town. Comforter ripped and didn't want to touch floor with feet. I will never stay here again because of room. Breakfast ok.

I was put in the room with not working shower. The shower faucet handle was broken and hanging loose, so it cought me by surprise when I could not take a shower in the morning just before checking out.

Rooms were as clean as they could be for the average condition they were in. The exhaust fan, and the A/C were very noisey, and need to be replaced. Also the shower/tub faucet needs work. They staff was very friendly and accommadating. Breakfast was very good for what we wanted.

Clean, reasonable rates, coffee in room, and close to the interstates. Would recommend to family and friends. Next time I travel to Mesa, I will book with this hotel.

Good breakfast area and fun to meet other guests. Average condition and age of hotel. Convenient for locations in Mesa, Apache Jct., and whole Phoenix area.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Had to check out the first night.

Reserved a non smoking room for 2, was rudely told I reserved a smoking room when i didnt as shown in my reservation, then was told i could get a refund but that would take several weeks. The rooms are filthy, had to buy air freshner and leave the door open just to be able to have some sort of fresh air. First of all the bathroom shower was stop up and the neighbor was very loud I report it at the front desk when I was checking out early than I was supposed to and his respond was I should have made a phone call to the front desk what different should it make.

This looks to be a older facility that has undergone an extensive referb. recently. Good beds, tile bath floor, fancy showerhead, iron & hair dryer all look new. Fussy travelers might nit-pick the TV remote that had some functions that didn't work or the rather sparse breakfast buffett. The wifi doesn't extend to the back rooms at this hotel. They need to place it more centered instead of at the front in the lobby. The room I had, the chair was broken, and the maid service wasn't very good. Not terrible just not top-notch.

For a one night stay it was adequate and med our need at the time. When talking with them about pets they didn't say it would be a $15.00 additional fee for a cat until we showed up at the Hotel.

I searched for a week before booking our hotels. We just wanted a decent hotel for the night. Finally got out of Tucson without the kids. We rented 3 rooms. 1 was suppose to be a king room smoking, 1 was suppose to be a king room no smoking and 1 double queen room non smoking. They gave us all non smoking rooms and said they over booked. Pool was broken […] the day before we arrived ( a floating light) it was suppose to be fixed the morning before we checked in. It wasn't so the pool we wanted so badly to swim in we weren't able to. They gave us 2 double queen rooms and 1 king. Got that switched back. All rooms said no smoking yet in one of the rooms there was an ash tray and no No smoking sign and it reeked of smoke. Moved the night stand to plug in my phone it was covered in trash behind the night stand including wash rags and bags. No alarm clock in one room. Half the lights didn't work in the rooms. No batteries in our remote. The tiny little couch pillows we got to sleep on were horribly uncomfortable. The comforters on the beds had huge holes in them. I dont believe whatsoever this hotel is up holding the Days Inn and Suites name. I will be going to corporate as well. 더 보기

Very friendly and helpful staff - I'd stay there again just for that. Quiet room - far enough from N. Main St. that vehicle noise was not a problem. Room was very clean. I didn't spend much time in the room itself, so the price/quality ratio was exactly right.

For the price that we paid for this hotel it was not too bad. The room was clean and came with a fridge and a microwave which we were unaware of. The air conditoner took a while to really work but after a few hours the room finally cooled down. The bathroom was horrible. A complete sauna, you took a shower and were sweating by the time you left the […] bathroom. Not impressed. There were not many guests at the hotel so it was quiet and we were able to have the pool all to ourself all morning, cant complain about that! There could have been a better breakfast selection but again, we got what we paid for. Not bad for a trip on the whim. Like the location, on main street close to alot of stuff. 더 보기
