In the past 45 days I have stayed at this hotel on 3 separate occasions. Being close to a location I was doing business with it was ideal. I found the staff exceptional in service and accommodating special request. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Since restaurants are non-existent in the area I would suggest the limited continental breakfast […] be expanded so guest leave after an energizing meal. We really liked the no smoking campus. We arrived at the motel one night to find 7-8 people out side at the front door. They were chatting and having a smoke. When done they all went in to their rooms. We did not smell smoke in doors at any time. Thanks!

Walls between rooms PAPER thin - difficult to sleep. When we needed a clean towel (they only provide 2 per room), we were told they didn't have access to towels after cleaning crew leaves - so had to use the little towels from exercise room. Next day asked cleaning crew for additional towel, and all we could get was a wash cloth! ! And that was after […] we were able to locate the maid (hotel desk could not locate her for us - we were on our own). Had troubles with Wi-Fi... it would not load..

This was my second stay at this hotel, so obviously I liked it the first time. Everything was fine except for two things....the hot water was barely just. During my three night stay it was was not hot enough. A word to the front desk was accepted kindly, but the problem was not fixed. The room was great and cleaner than my own house, A minor quibble […] with the satellite tv. The recevier is screwed to the back of the flat screen and the remote did not work from any distance. 더 보기

I have been staying in a few different hotels in Livermore for work over the last few weeks. This was one of the best spots. It is close to the Fwy but for work it is a good location. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helped me find a place to eat for dinner on First Street. TheRoom was big and felt clean. The motion detection lighting was […] weird because I was sitting at the desk on the computer not moving much and the lights went off after a while. The toilet was placed in a location where if you sad down the toilet paper roll was hitting your leg. It was just placed in a weird location. The Direct TV Cable had all the channels like HBO. Even had a breakfast with a waffle maker. I still chose to go to Country Waffles down the street because it is great for breakfast. Overall I enjoyed this place and will be coming back. 더 보기

A nice step up from the bargain basement

Pro: friendly staff that tries to be helpful, clean rooms, refrigerator and microwave in room. Easy access to freeway. Con: bright streetlight shining directly into the room's window. We recently stayed at the Best Western in Livermore on a business trip and definitely exceeded expectation. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Our room and the hotel were very clean and comfortable. Plus, a free continental breakfast that offered more than the typical options. Great, affordable option. Easy access to the 580 freeway and just […] a few miles from some beautiful wineries and countryside. For a budget priced hotel near the highway, the rooms were surprisingly pretty and quiet. Breakfast was a little disappointing, but all in all a very satisfying stay.

I have to say, this was not what I expected from a best western hotel. The customer services was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable, but the gym at the hotel needed some help and other than that ill definitely go back.

Hotel going through remodel. The staff was courteous and will stay again in the future.

The hotel was clean, convenient, but not remarkable. It was being remodeled with plastic wrap on one wing offerring a cacoon-like atmosphere. However, I appreciated the economic cost.

Overall nice hotel and clean room. Beware of the construction. Also, the pictures in Hotel.com shows pool and nice jacuzzi, in reality none of that exist. The hotel is strict about checking in at 3:00 PM don't get there early.

We stayed at this hotel because of its with reasonable rate. The room was spacious, had a fridge and a microwave. The staff were polite and while we did not stay for the breakfast, the lobby, web browsing office area looked very clean. Great hotel for the price and hotel rating. I would definitely stay here if you want a good, clean hotel for a great price compared to the neighboring hotels.

overall my stay was good except the room was super hot and there was a weird smell in the bathroom

We were very happy with the hotel, and feel it was a bargain at the rate paid. Everything was clean. The beds very comfortable. We liked that the window opened, allowing fresh air. It was very quiet and peaceful (we were not on the freeway side, but the freeway is quiet at night anyway). Breakfast was above average for continental breakfast, newspaper […] was offered for free. Desk help was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. We stayed on the weekend, so there were not many other visitors. 더 보기

A very satisfactory hotel. Very empty on a weekend. No restaurants nearby; in a commerical neighborhood.

Highlights: Good continental breakfast with lots of options, warm swimming pool that my daughter enjoyed and friendly hotel staff. Lowlights: The room smelled awful - I think because of the old heating/air system, walls are paper thin and the television was ooold. A little over priced but mostly comfortable. The bed pillows were more like couch pillows, kind of square and hard but over all not bad. I think the room rate is too much for this hotel.

Good hotel, service,cleanliness was all great. people that have given bad reviews expect too much from a cheaper hotel........

This hotel seems to offer a free dinner if you stay on Wednesdays. Everything worked out with this place since its near my company and was walking distance to it. Overall the pool, service, and quality of stay was good. Breakfast was plentlyful too.

Common areas were well maintained. The hotel was quiet. My room was easy to access from stairs or elevator. The hotel is close to the freeway which was what I needed, but is not close to restaurants and other businesses.

I would definitely stay here again. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The non-smoking aspect of this facility is why I chose this one over others. Staff was friendly and helpful. Comes with a continental breakfast and there is an exercise room.

Clean and basic hotel amenities. Floors and walls are thin and you can hear neighbors walk around and talk. Hotel staff (students?) friendly but not knowledgeable about restaurants or special places to visit (e.g. wineries).
