It reminded me of my college dorm a little, but I wouldn't say that was a bad thing. Comfy bed, super nice staff.

Was an Ok hotel for an overnight visit. Room was clean. beds a little small. Decor was a bit old & mundane. Don't look to stay here for a vacation, but OK to use for a short local trip. Convenient to Rte 80, so the location is good for people traveling across state too.

The heat/AC worked too well, you either froze or sweat the entire night. Other than that the employees were very friendly and made our stay as comfortable as possible.

The only that was good about staying at this hotel was the location.

We booked this hotel for my birthday and easter. I have a special needs childs which needs medicine refridgerated, HOTELS.com would not help me to make sure that I had one in my room after there was so specifics that said it was not in room eventhough pics on website showed one. I stayed in the non smoking room with the king bed hot tub and fireplace. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing i thought was odd was the shower is only separated from the bed by a curtain and i wish the hot tub would had been bigger it is not meant for 2. The staff was very helpful and friendly but the hotel itself is so out of date. Falling ceiling tiles in the bathroom, etc.

Did not live up to our expectations. Our biggest complaint is that the jacuzzi was barely big enough for two people. The hotel needs updated. The carpets looked dirty and horribly outdated. Our money would have been better spent elsewhere. The Days Inn has a better jacuzzi suite for less $$.

Overall the one night stay was fine. It is close to the Outlet Mall and Camelback. I was not happy with the bathroom, the sink was a little dirty and I wore flip flops in the shower because the bathtub was severly stained.

The hotel was easy on-off Rt 80, so close to the Crossings. The hotel is an economy grade hotel, which is all we expected, not really anything more and nothing much less. Breakfast wasn't at the level of a Hampton Inn or Residence Inn, the only hot option was a waffle maker, but again, we didn't mind making instant oatmeal to save money rather than […] staying in NYC for 3X the cost. hotel wasn't bad; bldg & facilities were older so it wasn't newly built nor is it a fancy hotel but, for what we needed, it served the purpose. it wasn't "aesthetically" appealing but it also was NOT run down or unkept, so you felt relatively safe in spite of feeling you are in the middle of nowhere out there in PA. LoL hotel had indoor pool & fireplace […] but no elevators, which made it a pain considering it was 3 stories high and we had kids and lots of winter luggage to haul around. price felt steep for what you get but we went up right after xmas so it was a popular holiday time, making price hike up. we did have some issues w/ mgmt. we had a 1-night rsvp but wanted to stay another day. my husband asked the front desk but guy told him he had to check first; for whatever reason, he was unable to give him a clear answer if there was availability for another night. this is an odd answer considering 1) request was not all that unique or complicated, just wanted an extra night and 2) most hotels are happy to have someone stay longer & made additional revenue but the man never got back to him so, by the morning, our room was already reserved for another customer so we had to check out of the room completely, make another reservation and check back in after 2p. this is a pain when you have a toddler, a baby and several pieces of winter luggage. in short, although staff was nice, they were not looking out for us, the customer, to accommodate us and inconvenienced us as a result, costing them our future patronage. will research that area a bit more now that I've been up there but, it will be probably be our plan D or E should we not find something a bit nicer, w/ elevators or where mgmt actually tries to put us first before profit. 더 보기

I recommend hotel, staff is great and hotel room was very clean. Great place.

great location, nice pool and hot tub, good breakfast.

The hotel is in walking distance of the outlets and a dinner. The breakfast area was clean and very well stcked and offered many options. The room was clean expecially the bathroom. I would stay again, the price was right and the stay was pleasant.

Way overdue for remodeling - carpet and linens took me back to my childhood, but not in a good way. There was no elevator for 3rd floor room access, and we were either burning up or freezing all night long trying to adjust the HVAC. The hotel was perfect for our stay. Room was clean and convenient to the main interstate.

Went to book a room at The Great Wolf Lodge with the kids and they were sold out. Stayed at this hotel for a fraction of the price and got a free breakfast with it. Room was clean, and the staff was nice.

room was not the cleanest room I have every stayed in. close to the dirtyest. the maid made me laugh because she reusues the tip envelope. had i had a choice and time to go to another hotel i would have. i will never stay at this one again. This hotel is located near the highway and has many surrounding attractions for all ages. The pool and spa were nice and the breakfast was a great way to start the day.

Nice accommodations. Clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice pool and hot tub. Free breakfast good. Would stay there again.

The hotel is worn, and the complimentary breakfast was lousy. My room was terrible. The bathroom toilet area was not cleaned. There was feces on the toilet and toliet paper. I informed the front desk, and the toilet was wiped, but the toilet paper roll was not.

This was the worst hotel I ever stay in. The carpet was smell and dirty, the wall paper was come off the wall and the room had a bad odor. I will never, never stay at this hotel again.

the water in the pool is too cold and the Jacuzzi is dirty needs more maintenance. No place for people to get together like a bar.

the hotel needs a good renovation and the bathrooom was very disgusting.

If you just want a place to sleep, this is the perfect place for the price! It is convienent to Pocono Raceway, in a safe area, has plenty of ammenities - and the continental breakfast is the best I've had at any hotel!!

I've been here several times already and can't really complain much about them. The location is fantastic. You're not far from any of the near-by attractions. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable enough to get a good nights sleep. The free wi-fi is a big plus.

Slept like a rock on their beds, room was clean, bathroom was spotless. Would recommend to anyone.

The hotel is in a good location near the Pocono Race Track. Other than the internet service every thing else was great. The internet service was pathedic. Sooooooooooooo slow, I never got on the first night or the next morning. The second night I called for repair service and got on, but every time you went to something new you waited and waited.

Hotel was fine, easy check in and out, breakfast was good, room was a bit musky, but if you know the poconos........ everything is musky and damp anytime theres rain in the area.

My wife and I stayed in this Hotel for two nights . the breakfast was okay. The location is close to major roads and highway. Cooling system works very well for the summer heat. It is very good for the price we paid. Convenient. Older hotel, but maintained ok. Kids enjoyed the pool. Would stay again.
