It is what you pay for, not a brand new on any way, but well maintained, clean room, pretty good for a road side hotel. it seem older than what is shown on the pictures though, we saw and kill a small roach (small so do not panic) and everything else checked out ok. right next to the IHOP and right by the freeway exit, so a snap to get in and out. […] Room had a microwave and fridge that we did not use at all, but is there for your convenience. Just stopped at around 2am to be out around 9am so we were expecting anything fancy anyway for the price (around $50ish) nothing fancy, just a regular road side hotel. 더 보기

The hotel had everything we would expect for the price. The room was comfortable. Everything was in good working order. We had a good nights sleep and a sufficient breakfast in the morning as we had another day of travel. We will probably stay there again as long as the price is right.

I would not stay here again, even if it was free.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast served was yummy and filling. The pool was clean and well maintained as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the area. I would probably even stay there again.

We were supposedly given a non-smoking room but as we walked down the hall towards our room it reaked of old smoke. The room was heavily perfumed to cover up the smoke smell. The bathroom had mold in all of the crevices, the vent fan did not work and the bathtub drain was so slow you ended up standing in a couple inches of water after a very quick shower. […] The air vents in the room, including the airconditioning vent, had very thick dust/dirt on them which made it hard to use. Bad, bad, bad. The room had a bad mold mildew smell. The commode hade been used by staff, and never flushed. The dust was thick behind the bed, dresser, and all corners. Window poured water in when it started to rain. BREAKFAST was cakes from a little debbie assortment. Can not advise anyone to stay here. I will not.

Upon arriving to my room, iI found along black hair hanging from my hand towel in restroom. Bathtub felt like it was falling through the floor. We woke up to banging sounds around the outside of the hotel. It was more of a convenience place for the truck driving community. It is located right next to I-10. It was not quiet. There was an abundance of restaurants, mall, stores, in area. The room was extra large, we quite enjoyed ourselves visitin Stephen Foster museum and the Swannee River.

I was absolutely disappointed. Photos were not current on website. Had to be moved to another room because I requested a refigerator and there was not one in room. TV didnt work then did. Remote control didnt work. Service from hotel was unfriendly when called about issues. Was only provided two bath towels in room. Requested more and hotel brought […] up one towel. Bathtub in shower was unstable had water underneath tub and it was difficult to keep balance. Would never stay there again. Two nights was enough. 더 보기

This hotel is very clean and the room with 2 queen sized beds very spacious. We had a large refrigerator, microwave, coffeepot in the room. The pool area had two wooden decks with tables and chairs. Right off I-75. Good location. Next to many restaurants. Only bad thing was absolutely no elevator which can be difficult.

Room smelled strongly of disenfectant, no shower curtain, hair dryer holder, but no dryer, very run down place, would not return

Hotel staff was very friendly, room clean. Only needed for one night and staff let us check in early and asked if everything was ok when we left, Overall a good experience.

The quality of this hotel is clearly not what you expect, I will not be using it ever again.

Location was very convenient and price was good. Hotel was very dated, though they could have done more to make it up-to-date. The staff was nice, but breakfast was not very good. We just needed a place to stop on a long trip, so we did no more than sleep there. Beds were not very comfortable. I have never stayed in Lake City before so I was unsure […] what the best hotel was. stayed here once before and wasn't bad but this time not so good. i think it has gone down hill since last stay. had booked two rooms to be side by side and were in two different sections. a/c didn't work all that well.

NASTY. ROACHES. Had 2 rooms neither were nice.

I arrived after a long day in Jacksonville. The bed and room was a comfortable sight. The front desk staff were friendly. Although I had requested a king bed, there were none available when I arrived. I was given a double room instead. But I was so tired, I took whatever they had to offer. The restaurant next door gives a discount to Ramada guests.

We had the misfortune to be assigned to Bldg B which should have been updated about 10 years ago. Corridors filthy with worn and wrinkled carpet. Ice machine was in the middle of a moat. On the plus side, our room did have a working refrigerator and microwave. Other rooms we noticed in Bldg A were much nicer. Breakfast skimpy but adequate. Good rates. Adequate for my overnight needs. Tho close to the interstate (75), the room was quiet. Continental breakfast (free) was a nice plus. The place is surrounded by many eateries. The staff was very helpful. Would stay here again.

Check in LATE PM - Walked in and had to wait for the desk clerk to "briefly pause" his PERSONAL telephone conversation. This was irritating. The room was clean, however, structurally, it was not well maintained. - primarily, the bathroom. The many coats of painted wallpaper was separating from the walls and the caulking was either sloppily applied or […] missing. The shower head did not work properly but is did work. The pillows need replacing. The room had a half wall dividing it into two sections. The problem was the air conditioner is in the blocked off section - not close to the bed. It took a very, very long time for the room to become comfortable. I was on a business trip - arriving late and leaving early so I just needed a place to sleep. It is an older hotel and for the money it was just okay. If the rates had been more, it would not have been acceptable. I think next trip to the area, I will try another hotel. We were very satisfied with our experience. Staff was very friendly, rooms were very clean, and great location. (Easily accessible to variety of resturants by foot) I was also pleased with all the extras such as iron, refrigerator, micro., ect. provided. True, it is an older motel and has a few cosmetic flaws, but for the price, we think it was a great […] value! We would stay again, without hesitation. Das Hotel liegt an der Autobahn ist aber trotzdem war unser Zimmer sehr ruhig. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen und man hat alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ein paar Min. erreicht. Leider ist die Pool area etwas desolat. Sonst immer wieder.
