Fabulous location and a warm and welcoming staff come standard at this marvelous gem of a hotel. It is about a five minute walk from the train station and two minutes from Cologne's cathedral. We used this Hotel as a base to see the Christmas Markets, we have stayed here before and once again it met our expectations, an excellent Hotel for a short stay to Koln. Very pleasant staff and helpful. Cologne is a lovely city and well worth a visit any time of the year. :)

Stayed in Cologne for 3 nights to visit the Christmas markets. The Koenigshof is in a fantastic position 5 minutes walk from the railway station and 3 minutes from the Cathedral. Rooms are very small (what city centre rooms aren't!) but beds are comfortable and the ensuite bathroom well-equipped.....plenty of hot water and a great shower. Our room overlooked […] the street, but we were undisturbed by any passing traffic - it's a backstreet so carries no heavy traffic.. The breakfast buffet was a real strength, largely cooked meats and cheese, but with cereals and limited cooked too. 더 보기

Apart from booking non - smoking and being allocated a smoking room which upon arrival was immediately changed upon request, the hotel had all you required: clean, quiet, centrally located and really good breakfast selection. Would stay there again. Thanks

I would highly recommend this Hotel if you are looking for somewhere that is in a quiet area at Night but is close to The Train Station, The Cathedral, The Shops and the River.

This is a very European hotel, so the rooms are TINY. However the location -- 1 minute to the Cathedral, a 20 minute walk to the Messe, 2 minutes to the old town and central shopping districts -- is great. It's extremely clean, and the service is very solid. Everyone spoke English very well. I got an iron about 40 seconds after I requested one, and […] the breakfast was very complete -- eggs, bacon and sausage in addition to the euro stand-by's of cold cuts, bread, and nutella! One important note: some but not all of the rooms have AC. To me this was no big deal but it may be a big deal to you. I paid less than half what I would have at the Excelsior or Hilton or Marriot, and my hotel was actually in a better location. Will happily stay here next year during GamesCom as well. Lastly Cologne is a great city, so get out and explore it! This hotel is a great base from which to explore. 더 보기

Great location, right near all the sights and the Dom. Be sure to close window at night to avoid the street noise. Breakfast included many diverse dishes. Brought my 6 and 8 year old and they were very impressed with the room and the elevator!

I was disappointed the first two days here. The location is amazing, right next to the Cathedral and GREAT shopping, but it was a basic hotel- the presentation was worn, the yellow walls were drab, the carpet was outdated, and TV was small. One of the guys at reception was really unhelpful but the others were fantastic. I chose the hotel on the basis of location (close to the station for an early train the next day) and price. The room was small but quiet during the night - it had been quite noisy outside during the early evening when I arrived as it is in the city centre. Het hotel is prima voor kortsrondig verblijf. Wij verbleven er i.v.m. het bezoeken van enkele kerstmarkten. Hiervoor was het prima. We hebben de auto buiten Keulen geparkeerd en met de trein naar HBf. Daarna 5 minuten lopen. De ontbijtzaal was niet echt ingericht op wat grotere gezelschappen. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam.

Tämän paremmalla paikalla ei hotelli enää voi sijaita, domille käveli minuutissa ja joulumarkkinoille puolessatoista minuutissa. Hotellin palvelu oli erinomaista ja aamiainen tosi hyvä. Kokonaisuutena aivan erinomainen hotellikokemus.

Très bon hôtel, pas de bruit et proche du centre de Cologne. Très bon petit déjeuner copieux avec du choix, le personnel est très sympathique. Je le recommande.

Een perfecte locatie om alle bezienswaardigheden in Keulen te bezoeken. Compact hotel met alle service die je daar mag verwachten voor een zeer redelijke prijs. Aanrader

Mycket bra hotell och trevlig personal samt en mycket god frukost buffé. Kaffet var toppen.

Das Hotel ist klein aber fein. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Das Einzelzimmer war schön eingerichtet, sauber und komfortabel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich.

Hela vår upplevelse under vistelsen är bara positivt. Mycket trevlig personal, god frukost och sercice.

Hotel liegt sehr zentral und nahe am Bahnhof. Freundlicher Service und gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Första men inte sista gången på detta hotell. Har bott iKöln på hotell i 30 år och inte hittat detta centralt belägna hotell. Vänlig personal och en bra frukostbuffe. Kan rekommenderas.

离火车站和大教堂步行距离，毗邻步行街购物中心，位置极佳。服务人员态度也不错，早餐该有的都有，应当算丰盛。网上有人评论有服务人员态度不好，可能是白天当班的一位比较严肃的男接待员，不太喜欢笑脸，但是如果有要求还是会回答的，只是没有其他服务员那样笑脸相迎而已。总之，对科隆不熟，不想颠簸，小住一日，顺便看看教堂，逛逛街，座火车旅行的，应当是不错的选择。

Top location! Very close to the Dome and the railwaystation, and also to the shopping streets. Friendly staff and good breakfast buffé. Our room had a view into a wall basically, but we weren't there to stare outside the window so it didn't matter much. The bathroom smelled like a kitchen when we had the window open, I assume the restaurant next door […] has it's kitchen nearby, with windows open. Minibar had reasonable prices, the beds were comfy. The tv only had German channels which is ok for us who know German but might be tedious for those who don't. I would definitely stay here again, best location I've ever had for this price range. 더 보기

Hotellet har en helt grei standard på rommene, rimelig pris og en veldig god beliggenhet. Kort vei til severdigheter og serveringssteder. Grei gangavstand til messeområdet.

Hotellilla on hyvä sijainti. Huoneet perusvarustuksella. Myöhäinen yöelämä saattaa kuulua huoneisiin. Hyvä palvelu aamiaisella, joka normaalia tasoa. Voin palata uudestaan.

Trevligt centralt hotell i Köln med fantastisk frukost.

Godt hotel til prisen. God beliggenhed tæt ved banegården, domkiren og shoppinggader. Pænt, rent og roligt. Fin morgenmad. Kan klart anbefales.

Met de ICE vanuit Amsterdam is Keulen snel te bereiken. Vanaf het centraal station in Keulen is het hotel op loopafstand. Onvoorstelbaar dichtbij en centraal gelegen. Gevoel van een klein familie hotel. Persoonlijk en vriendelijk. Ontspannen sfeer, heerlijk ontbijt.

Perfekt läge - nära till Domen, shoppinggatan, den trevliga puben. Fint rum, perfekt städat varje dag. Enkelrummet hade det man behöver, bra utymme i garderob, toalett med dusch med div krämer schampo mm.God frukostbuffé- frukostrummet kunde vara lite större.

God og effektiv service - flott beliggenhet. Billig og trygg parkering rundt hjørnet. Meget god verdi for pengene!
