호텔에서 공항에서 우리를 마중하기 위한 자가용을 배정해 줬다. 이게 운전기사가 공항에서 차까지 우리 짐을 들어줬기에 택시보다 더 나았다. 체크인에서 체크아웃까지 모든 직원들이 예의발랐다. 길을 물어볼 때 도로 밖까지 걸어가 직접 옳은 방향을 가리켜 줬다. 객실이 중앙 마당을 마주보고 있다는 사실 때문에 객실들이 정말 조용했다 - 로마에서는 장점임. 매일 아침 먹을 수 있는 완전한 아침식사도 좋았다. 호텔이 Colosseum과 버스를 타고 내리는 정류장에 가깝다. 지하철역은 정문 바로 앞에 있다. 이곳에 다시 숙박할 의향이 있다.

Napoleon에서의 숙박이 좋았다. 괜찮은 크기의 객실들과 욕실은 깨끗하고 충분히 넓었으며 수건도 좋았다. 아침식사는 종류도 많고 정말 맛있어서 최고였다. 프론트 데스크에서 저녁 예약하는 것과 공항에 가는 밴을 예약하는 것을 도와줬다. 로마로 다시 여행할 수 있었으면 좋겠고 이곳에 다시 숙박할 의향이 있다.

상당히 별난 작은 호텔 - 객실이 있는 층에 가기 위해 엘리베이터를 바꿔 타야 한다. 호텔은 기본적인 아침식사와 함께 정말 좋다. 교통수단에 가까운 좋은 위치에 있을 뿐 아니라 많은 관광지들이 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에 있다. 호텔 직원들은 정말 협조적이고(매우 이른 아침에 도착했는데도 직원이 아침식사 먹는 곳으로 데려가 차를 대접해 줬다) 이러한 서비스가 이탈리아에서는 특별한 것이라는 걸 알게 됐다. 이 호텔에 다시 숙박할 의향이 있다.

This hotel was our home away from home. It was our first time in Europe and the staff was just amazing. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay that much more special. They answered many of the questions we had and even called a local restaraunt to make reservations for us (arguably our best meal we had in Italy). Everything about this hotel was top notch, it's location, condition of the rooms, breakfast, etc., but it was the staff that made my stay so enjoyable. Everyone on the hotel staff was eager to help,but it was the two concierges Roberto and Franco who really went above and beyond and made my stay so memorable. Within 100 feet of the hotel entrance is the entry to the subway, which is one stop away from the Termini Station, a main subway stop serving both of Rome's subway lines. There are numerous restaurants in the area. The room size and the bathroom size were decent. Like most European hotels the shower was a bit small, but very modern and clean. The hotel staff was very helpful. The location was great- near to a subway stop so that you could move about Rome easily. The breakfast was great. Clean room. The shower was small, hard to move around but that was the only fault I could find. Great value.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very comfortable and the rooms well serviced. not a chain hotel but very nice indeed. Lounge area was very tastefully done. Right opposite the metro and easy walk to colloseum.

Tough one to rate. Interesting location in a more diverse neighborhood, which let to more interesting dining experience. If you request a single bed, you will get one...Interesting upstairs reception room. Rooms are small. I would stay there again. Good bargain.

Nice Hotel. Rooms were a bit small but we were out and about most of the time so it did not matter. Mattress was very hard but we found this to be true throughout European Hotels. There was a pigeon nesting on the AC unit just outside of the window which proved to be very noisy. All in all a good place from which to see Rome.

Hotel was clean and had a convenient location right next to the subway and a couple blocks from Roma termini. It was also fairly close to the colosseum. Breakfast was decent and wifi was reasonably fast.

Very clean and spacious room, extra pillows as requested, free safe and fridge. Very quiet at night - no traffic noise. Excellent shower pressure and water always hot except on our last day when we were up early at 0615. Breakfast a good variety of ham, cheese, bread, cake, yoghurt, cereal, eggs, bacon and fruit. The concierge were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful - so do ask them anything you want to know; in fact all the staff are most courteous. Metro is right on the doorstep; easy and cheap to use for when you have had enough walking because believe me that day will come. Well, first - it shud not be rated as 4 star for any reason. It is at the most 2 star for its room, services, food, and interiors. Weird smell in the entire hotel. Rooms are pigeon holes with no view at all. Service is extremely average, breakfast buffet is very very average, unaccomodating and unhelpful staff. We stayed at this hotel for four nights to celebrate my 50th birthday. There were six of us. From the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble. We were invited to a free wine tasting on the Friday evening which was excellent with free wine and lots of nibbles. The hotel was wonderful, with an extremely helpful staff. Our room and bathroom were good sized and very clean. It was the end of Oct. and the AC was still an option. Friday evening there was a free wine event where we were greeted by an owner of this family owned hotel. It gave visitors a chance to meet other travelers and feel very welcomed to this […] city. There was a large lobby area with a tv with more channels than in the rooms and several computers. Every evening there was a half price happy hour. We ate dinner in the bar one night for pizza and the dining room another night. The food was good and reasonable. A breakfast buffet with a wide variety of food was included with the room. The subway stop was right in front of the hotel. We used it to get to the Vatican. We walked to the Colusseum area, the Panthenon, and from the train station. We ate at a restaurant a block to the right of the hotel but the one to the left a few blocks had very slow service. Overall we loved this hotel.
