hotel is pretty old. not the money worth.

only decaf coffee and stale tea bags in room and no improvement after several remarks to service woman. can put also an english newspaper in breakfast room.

We loved the hotel and the location

Very nice hotel and a very good location. A cab takes five to ten dollars to most places. The wifi was a downer because it would only work in the lobby and not in the rooms. We asked for an iron it took us to call three times to get it. Other than that very clean nice hotel and nice staff. I would stay there again for sure.

First of all, the room was larger than expected, the bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. All the staff was extremely helpful, and the location was perfect. The early booking discount was also a plus!

very happy with services and location of the hotel. Staff was nice and helpful and the location is great everything withing walking distance. I will stay in the same hotel when i visit spain again.

Good service. Nice room. But the best of this hotel is the convenience of the location. In the middle of Madrid. Close to restaurants, night life, metro, buses. Good pick

It's pretty difficult to find the hotel. There was another couple who also couldn't find the hotel because the entrance is on a side street. We went to the wrong hotel and had to then backtrack to this place. It's also often confused with Tryp Gran Via, which is right on the main road. The location is fairly central to everything. This helps to minimize […] use of the Metro. Most of the sites are about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The downside though is that the main entrance to the hotel is half a block from the "Red Light" area. Literally walking to the end of the block, I saw some seedy characters on the street. Even my guidebook suggested to stay away from there. I was not happy about the location and quality of the room. It may be due to the fact that the pipes are old but anytime someone above the room used the water system, we heard it because it sounded like something was flooding. Our room was also right by the kitchen so we were awakened every morning by the kitchen preparations, which were quite loud. 더 보기

This is a very nice hotel with clean modern rooms and in a great location to shopping and key attractions. We had a 6th floor room facing the Grand Via with great views and high enough up so street noise was no issue. The staff was very helpful and prompt.

Great location! Got a room (608) in the corner of Gran Via with an excellent view. A little bit noisy, but the view is worth the noise!

The hotel was fantastic, great room, very clean and the staff were really helpful. Only one thing the hotel is on the small part of Mesonero Romanos on the other side of the Gran Via, not on the main part as the map shows!

The Hotel was not convenient for a first time visitor to Barcelona, we had to always take the subway....other than that it was fine.

during my visit there was construction and painting going on. the location was great, though a lot of street-walkers around the hotel entrance. the services at the hotel were limited; a pool or gym would have been fantastic or free internet in the hotel lobby, but they offered none of these things. next time i would choose a different hotel brand since […] there were many in this immediate area 더 보기

We enjoyed our stay - especially the location was ideal. The rooms were clean and the front desk was helpful. Just note that the directions to the hotel (off the hotel's webpage) are incorrect - it has the hotel on the wrong side of the Gran Via.

I organised a group trip to Madrid for the weekend with 10 friends. Tryp Cibeles was a great hotel. The rooms were large, the beds king size and comfy and the hotel is very central. For the price we paid, it exceeded expectations.

not worth the money .

the hotel location was great which is a walking distance from puerta del sol. there were metro station close by. the hotel is nice and for the price is a good deal.

チェックイン時刻前の朝の9時にもかかわらず、チェックインできました。それだけでかなり満足です。 7階に宿泊しましたが、廊下の窓からの眺めがよかったです。 私の部屋は内向きで残念でしたが、眺めのよい部屋もあるのではないでしょうか。

Da vi sjekket inn, fikk vi to minste enkeltrommene på hotellet. Det var utrolig lite isolert, mye slamring med dører fra kl 7 om morgenen. Klaget dagen etterpå og fikk to større rom. Litt bedre vedr. støy, men det er utrolig at veldig mange hotel i Spania ikke har vanlige gummilister rundt dørene. PANG PANG

Vi (4 tjejkompisar) åkte till Madrid över en långhelg och bodde på det här hotellet. Rummet var helt ok med ett bra badrum. Vi bodde i ett s.k. familjerum med 2 sängar som man fäller ned från väggen så att det blir som en våningssäng och två vanliga enkelsängar. Alla sängar var OERHÖRT hårda. Frukosten var en klart godkänd buffe med färsk, uppskuren […] frukt, äggröra, korv, potatistortilla, yoghurt, flingor, rostat bröd, pålägg, etc. Läget på hotellet är mycket bra. Gångavstånd till restauranger och shoppingstråk. ca 40 meter från ingången till hotellet finns en hållplats till sightseeingbuss. Hotellet säljer internetuppkoppling per timme som funkar bra. 더 보기

Hotel carino e pulito, la posizione è centrale e vicina alle attrazioni turistiche e alla metro, perfetta per visitare la città. Unico neo le camere che affaciano sulla Gran Via non sono, ovviamente, molto silenziose.

Otimo hotel, localizaçao perfeita..adorei, recomendo!!

Die Einzelzimmer sind winzig klein mit Blick in ruhigen, dunklen Innenhof. Hotel allgemein ist nett.
