What a great hotel for a family get-away right in the the Rocky Mountains! They have lots of scheduled family activities and there's an outfitter that rents bikes, canoes, x-country skis and more right in the hotel complex. Lots of restaurants and hiking trails. The view is amazing - you're surrounded by massive peaks jutting up into the sky all around […] you which I'm sure would be equally impressive if you're here for a winter ski holiday or a summer trip - I was there during a more grey-ish early spring April weekend. I wouldn't recommend this time of year as the hiking/biking trails still have a bit of snow on them and the ski hill had just closed (but does look quite good for most ski levels). And it was just past X-country skiing season. The staff was excellent - friendly and accommodating. Had a problem with the internet connection in my room, and after realizing the issue couldn't be resolved they upgraded me to of their signature suites, and comped me a voucher for a future one night stay (as this one had already been paid in full through this site. I'll definitely come back with my family to make use of that and extend it into a longer stay. Great value and great location and scenery. 더 보기

What a beautiful place. We would highly recommend this as a stop while visiting the Rockies! We were treated royalty while visiting the hotel with all staff being extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel was busy with and dogs running all over every part of the hotel. The dogs were near the dining areas barking in the halls.It was so over dogged it smelled like dog. It seemed there was no policing of either kids or dogs which seemed chaotic. At the open buffet kids were grabbing food with their hands off of the buffet tables...again more policing […] needed as parents did not seem to care.The staff were great however with more rules in place by management I feel they would not have to chase kids or police dogs running around.It was very expensive which we knew but very dirty and dated.Our biggest concern was the anything goes atmosphere. I did phone in a comp[laint and when I spoke to someone at high management level they simply took my concerns but no compensation for anything.Very dissappointed.I will not be going back there on my dime and would not recommed it. They lost our business as a couple and our business for staff functions as well. 더 보기

We were at the Lodge for the Family Day weekend and it was great to see all the families taking advantage of the hotel and all the great things going on for kids and families. The only thing was the restaurants - they needed to have all the restaurants open for breakfast as it was difficult to get in for a quick bite before you leave. It was my first time there. I was very impressed. The location is beautiful. It feels like a resort, lots to do, great food, family events and evening options for kids and adults. Nakiska Mountain is only 5 minutes away. I wish I'd known of this place sooner. We will definitely be going back. Price- a bit high, especially when dining at Seasons..but […] it is good. 더 보기

The Delta Kananaskis did an awesome job of making the whole family comfortable, including our dog... a first experience for us and the dog. So many fun things to do indoors and outdoors. The food and restaurant service was great. Perfect for our family.

Hotel and dining room were very nice and would return anytime. Definitely will NOT return to the spa, quality of service was below average and extremily high priced.

This hotel was extremely comfortable, the picturesque view of the mountains is indescribable. The hotel staff treated us with much kindness, and smiles. Thank you! Amazing hotel, wake up every morning and walk along a nicely paved path with terrific views of the mountains and a river. Food was a bit expensive, but very tasty. I brought my dog with me and the Hotel staff were very pleasant and accepting, they even gave me a plastic dish, a tennis ball and treats for him. This hotel was beautiful, clean and very […] relaxing with it's lovely fireplace in the main lobby being regularily stocked up, and it's indoor pool and steam room and its indoor/outdoor hot tub. Great staff and unbelievable dinning. We brought our dog and it truly is a dog friendly hotel.

Fireweed Grille was a huge dissapointment. Only option through the day and both times we ate there, the menu description was totally different than what they delivered. apart from that we had a great time P.S. rooms have no air conditioning so watch the time of year you go

One of the most family (and pet) friendly places that we've been to! The pool/hottub was a great way to burn off energy for the kids. We loved the way our dog was welcomed.....the front desk staff wanted to know his name when we registered and anytime we were in the lobby after that, they always said "hello ____". So friendly and welcoming.....even […] the resident dog Charlie was welcoming. Restaurants served awesome food......but be sure when ordering that you mention that you want the 50% off for kids on the regular menu.....just in case b/c they may forget. We ordered room service a couple of times.....both times the food arrived before the allotted time and there was never an error in the order.....always served with a smile as well. Housekeeping was very accommodating and we even got a couple of extra bars of soap that my daughters asked for to take home (they liked the bumpy soap style!) Again, so nice and friendly. The front desk asked you to please let them know when you will be leaving your pet alone in the room just so they know not to send housekeeping in. again, not alot of places do that as most will specifically state that you are not allowed to leave your pet unattended during your stay. Shopping was great fun with some great deals as well. The only issue that we had was when we wanted to do some family biking and many of the trails were closed due to bear sightings. Of course none of this is the responsiblity of the resort, we understand that. We did try to do a bike trip a short distance away from the resort and came face to face with a bear! This was the end of our bike trip. That same evening, my husband was taking our dog out for his nightime walk in the parking lot of the resort and he saw and mama/baby combo right in the parking lot of the resort!! Kinda freaked us out a bit. We loved the resort but are unsure if we would come back b/c of the bears. Part of the allure is taking part in some outside activities in the mountains and we're 더 보기

Wonderful pool that was enjoyed by all the family. Late check-out was provided which really helped with out stay. The hotel room litself was hot and rather uncomfortable to sleep. Restaurant serve was VERY SLOW, but food good and waiter very personable and friendly.

We loved this place! It was my family's second time coming here because they have such great activities for the kids and it is in such a beautiful location. Great walking trails, great pool, awesome biking trails, great staff and food. We will definitely return!
