Tres bien passe a Pullman Bercy. The service, hotel, people, neighborhood, etc were excellent and what to expect from a 4-star establishment.

very clean hotel ,well kept and very friendly staff not to say extremly friendly not bad at all concerning the location ,room are spacious and clean but my only drawback is the mattress and bed are not of a very good quality standard ....

We stayed at this hotel as a couple for 5 nights from end of Dec to first week of Jan. The staff at check-in was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is very good. We got a good deal on hotels.com. Since we were in Paris on NYE, We asked the concierge for suggestions on parties and they took their time to help us. […] Bercy is a little far from the main attractions but the metro station Cour Saint Emillion is a 2 min walk from the hotel, which makes it very easy to get to the sights. The hotel is near Bercy Village which is a very nice place with lots of restaurants. And we could walk the streets well after dark because it is a very safe area. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit. 더 보기

Pullmam Paris Bercy was a good experience. Confortable rooms, serviceable and polite staff (from welcome desk to room minders), superb breakfast. No disturbances from outside noice though the hotel is located in a trafficated area. The wireless internett was a bit slow, but there was a fast desktop service for customers in the lobby. And hey, there […] was 'life' close to the vicinity of the hotel: Bercy Village with its string of restaurants, specialized shops, and an unending stream of people was a delight to experience. Finally, if you like to use the public transport (to see Paris or to reach the airports), a metro station (Cour St-Emilion) is just a walking distance from the hotel. My who works in a hotel in Norway thought her hotel could gain some useful tips from Pullman!!! We will definitely recommend PPB to our friends, and we will definitely want to stay there whernever we are in Paris. 더 보기

The hotel is a genuine 4 star hotel. Very friendly staff and extremely comfortable with the metro close by. Highly recommended.

A funny mix of perfection and incompetance. Though only average size for a US hotel, by Paris standards that makes it huge. Very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and competant, and happy to speak English (which is never guarranteed in France). However, the room was so badly lit we had to use a torch sometimes - all fancy mood lighting […] and no central or bright lights. The airconditioning was a disaster, and the controls fell off the wall! We moved rooms because of this and had exactly the same problem in the second room. While there's tea/coffee stuff in the room, you're rationed to 2 tea bags and 2 coffee sachets, and given terrible paper cups which flavour your drink. At the price they charge it would be nice to have decent lighting, working airconditioning and a proper cup. There are signs everywhere about how environmental they are, but they burn trees like crazy using paper cups! Because this is a business hotel, the restaraunt only offers the room service menu on the weekend (nice but absurdly expensive). The location is great - Bercy Village is safe at night (which is rare in Paris), with good shops and eating. It's 2 min to the metro, which is 30-min from all the central Paris sights, or about €25 to the Eiffel Tour by taxi. Taxi to CDG airport from the hotel around €50. Would definately stay there again, but bring a torch. 더 보기

Nice business hotel. Contemporary design and feel. not alot of Paris influence. Lots of resturants close in Bercy village and good internet connection. Mens sauna was not working when I got there and I called to have someone come take a look but they neer came. That was the only bad thing.

Great modern hotel, good sized rooms, very comfortable, very easy to get in to central Paris with the Metro a short walk 2-3 minutes away. Great also having Bercy village on the doorstep if you didn't want to go into Paris after a long day of sightseeing. I'd recommend for business or sightseeing. Only downside was no porter to help with the bags, […] but thats a pretty minor complaint! Unless you have a lot of cases and a two year old!! 더 보기

excellent location! very old style interior of the room. unbelievable that the mini bar is empty, ie, you need to phone for what you want. but, the bed is good though.

Everything is perfect, except the Concierge services. Less than helpful, or maybe not knowledgeble enough. The breakfast is splendid. Close to Metro. Room is large and spacious. Nice shower. Would go there again.

Suites are great and hotel is lovely. Resturant is average at best and business center is always tied up.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. With the complimentary Services ( wifi, breakfast, bewerages in the Room) and the surrounding (metro Station, Bercy Park and Bercy Village with Restaurants and Shops in Short Walking Eisgangs everything was in Place we Meeres. String recommendation

I booked this hotel for a short two night trip to Paris with my two sons as they offered triple rooms with single beds. We got a very good deal through Hotels.com which included breakfast which was excellent. The hotel is large and primarily geared for business clients which leaves it quite characterless but in other respects it meets its 4* rating. […] Worth mentioning that it is aproximately a 10euro taxi ride to the city centre which is worth considering if staying longer. 더 보기

Was in Pullman Paris Bercy for 2 nights and its a really nice hotel with very friendly staff, very comfortable rooms and tasty breakfast, also very close to metro station, so u can get to the city center fat. recommended.

I am impress of the hotel business facilities, with free internet access & easy airline check in.. Rooms are comfortable, clean and cozy. Only set back was I have to call every single day the housekeeping dept. for still water, we are 3 in the room, and only 1 bottle of still water and 1 with gas...1 suggestion is a weighing scale probably on the lobby […] for excess baggage check before leaving for the airport, that way it will be hazzle free upon arrival to the airport...I would love to be back in this hotel.... 더 보기

This hotel is located is a quiet part of Paris but next ot a really cute Village with lots of restaurants and a movie theater. It is close to a metro station and only a couple of blocks to the closest hop on and hop off bus stop. The walk to the bus stop is through a really nice park. This was a GREAT hotel for the price! Great neighborhood just steps away for shopping, restaurants and atmosphere. Very close to Metro ( Cour St. Emillionion stop). We easily made the trip to the hotel from Charles De Gaulle Airpot using only RER train and Metro for a very small fraction of the cost of a taxi or transfer company.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The amenities at this hotel are exceptional, the rooms are fantastic...and above all...the staff is absolutely amazing. You would be hard pressed to find as comfortable and welcome a stay in the city. Also, the hotel is RIGHT by the metro! Great hotel, a little far but the metro stop very close to it is very fast.

The hotel was excellent, very friendly helpful staff, bed very comfortable, room clean, buffet breakfast was very good with lots of choice. We asked for a late check out (15.00) no problem and no charge, we asked if our friends could park their car at the hotel again no problem and no charge. Common areas of the hotel were comfortable and spacious. […] The room size was average for this type of hotel, bathroom was very clean and spacious. The only negative I can think of was that only paper cups were provided for in room tea and coffee and plastic beakers not glasses were provided. There was an in room fridge with complementary water. We were worried that the hotel was too far from the centre of Paris but this was not the case, it is only 6 min by metro to central Paris on modern air conditioned trains. The nearest metro station to the hotel is Cour St. Emillion, 2 min walk. We also walked into Paris along the left bank of the river which was very interesting. The local area is safe and clean, there are lots of restaurant and shops near by, there is also a park near by with a wooden foot bridge across the river to the left bank. 더 보기

フロントのに対応も良く、快適でした。　ベルシービレッジに隣接しており、何かと便利です。　パリの中心街へは地下鉄で乗り換え無しでアクセスできます（地下鉄駅は徒歩約5分）。モールへはバスで１停留所です。　　朝食の内容も良く満足しました。

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans un quartier très agréable, parc de Bercy à deux pas, calme et métro à 100 mètres. En quelques minutes, grâce à la ligne 14, on se retrouve dans n'importe quel quartier de Paris. L'accueil, les chambres, la déco, le service, la disponibilité du personnel, les délicieux petits déj, et la bonne humeur du personnel font […] de cet hôtel un must pour Paris. 더 보기

Bra service av personalen fint område med många fina restauranger,nära till citykärnan 4 min med t-banan, restaurangen serverar bra mat om än något dyr.

La reservation ne correspondait pas .Nous avons du attendre jusqu'à 16h notre chambre car prise electrique arrachée dans celle ci.Le petit dejeuner a du etre pris dans une salle attenante à la salle de restaurant,je suis sur car je l ai constaté nous sommes placés dans l'une ou l'autre salle d'aprés un listing ou apparait certainement le mode de réservation,le […] pire étant que les nappes dans cette salle ne sont pas changés entre les clients meme si tache il y a et cette piece était dégradée au niveau des peintures et de la moquette alors non cela a gaché en partie notre séjour .J'ai répondu au questionnaire de satisfaction de pullman bien sur soi disant beaucoup de monde,pas de placement selon réservation.Non je ne reserverais plus dans cet hotel et ne le recommanderais pas dans ce cas 더 보기

Dejligt hotel med en høj standard til prisen. Ligger lidt udenfor Paris, men metro findes 3 min. gang fra hotellet og du er i centrum i løbet af 5-8 min. Området byder ikke på meget udover Bercy Village, som ligger lige foran hotellet. Det er til gengæld et meget hyggeligt område med flere restauranter og så har man en dejlig park lige ved siden af. […] Morgenmaden var perfekt. Stort og varieret udvalg. Vi havde bestilt et superior værelse, men blev upgraderet til et De-Luxe da vi tjekkede ind. Dette blev vi dog ikke gjort opmærksom på, så den fri minibar blev ikke benyttet. Kun positivt at sige om dette hotel, dog kunne de godt lære at den information der bliver givet til gæsterne på skrift, ikke kun er på fransk men som et min. på engelsk. Excellent rapport qualité prix pour cet hotel au coeur du quartier de bercy Village. Metro (ligne 14) à 100m. Chambre familiale 3 personnes impeccable ! douche spacieuse et très propre ! Personnel serviable et de qualité. Pdj excellent avec un grand choix. En deux mots "Allez-y"

Dans l'ensemble nous avons été contents de notre séjour, si ce n'est que les instructions ou services que nous demandions devaient être répétés chaque jour, en résumé une remarque ne porte pas ses fruits, exemple : 3 jours pour que le coffre de notre chambre fonctionne et après 4 rappels. La liste pour commander le petit déjeuner n'était jamais disponible […] dans notre chambre. Les capsules pour le Nespresso mis à notre disposition n'étaient jamais renouvelées même si la boîte vide était bien en évidence. 더 보기

Allikevel er det et kjempefint område rundt hotellet, med små butikker og brosten.

Hotellet var av god standard och personalen var mycket hjälpsamma. Prisvärt eftersom vi var där över en helg och vi fick intrycket av att det är mer uppbokat på vardagarna än helgerna... Hjälpsam personal som bar upp bagage etc. utan att vara dryga och kräva dricks. Hotellet ligger dock lite utanför men nära en metrostation. 2 minuter gång från hotellet […] (påväg till metron) ligger ett mysigt område med massa barer och små trevliga butiker. Taxi till mitt i city kostar ca €20 men det var svårt att få taxi på kvällen i stan så vi ringde hotellet. En kvart senare kom en taxi och hämtade oss... Mycket tacksamt! 더 보기
