객실은 청결하고 깔끔했습니다. 객실 크기나 시설에 비해 숙박비가 저렴한 편은 아니었지만 둘이 지내기에 나쁘지 않았습니다. 아침식사도 빵과 음료, 과일이 적절하게 준비되어 있어 여유롭고 배부르게 먹을 수 있었습니다. 시간이 없어서 들르지는 못했지만 바로 옆에 베벌리힐스 쇼핑센터가 있어서 쇼핑하기에 위치도 괜찮아보였습니다. 저희는 렌트카를 이용하였기 때문에 대중교통을 이용하시는 분들에게는 호텔의 위치가 어떨지 잘 모르겠습니다.

이 호텔은 아들을 방문하기 위해 LA에 있는 동안 머물기에 깨끗하고, 편안하고, 편리한 장소였다. 한가지 안좋은것은 아침 6시 30분에 엘란 호텔 옆의 길에서 쓰레기를 픽업하는 것이었다. 하지만 엘란 호텔에서는 그 부분을 통제할 수 없으니까요. :) 이 호텔에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈고 큰 돈을 쓰지 않고 비벌리 힐스에서 머물기를 원하는 사람에게 기꺼이 추천한다.

다른 후기들을 읽어보고 Elan에게 기회를 주어보았어요. 숙박에서 제일 좋았던 부분은 Elan에 훌륭하고 친절하면서도 프로 같은 직원 분들이었어요. 객실이랑 로비 라운지에는 무료 사용할 수 인터넷이 있고 무료 아침식사에 저녁 와인 서비스는 이미 좋은 객실 가격에 가치를 더하네요. 환상적인 가격에는 훌륭한 위치에요. 유일한 작은 실망인 점은 저의 일층 객실이 어두웠어요. 정말로 까다롭게 군다면 침구가 싸구려 호텔 폴리에스테르였는데 이것 때문에 놀랐어요. 하지만 객실에 앉아있으려고 LA온 것은 아니니깐요. 출장으로 왔어요. Elan은 환상적이고 적극 추천 드립니다.

최근에 웨스트 할리우드에 사는 딸을 만나러 Elan에서 며칠 밤을 지냈어요. 아주 편리한 위치에 있고, 베벌리 센터랑 다른 상점이나 식당들에 걸어 갈 수 있어요. 포함된 콘티넨탈 아침식사는 주스, 과일, 시리얼, 빵, 페이스트리등 종류가 좋고 오후에 와인이랑 치즈가 기분 좋게 보너스로 있네요. 매니지먼트가 아주 친절하고 즉각 반응을 보여주어요. (객실에 난방을 어떻게 켜지는 알려고 했었거든요) 꼭 다시 숙박 할거에요.

Elan 호텔에서 숙박은 아주 좋았습니다. 호텔 직원 분들은 놀라울 정도로 융통성이 있으시면서 매력적이시고 활기차세요. 정말로 저의 웰빙에 진정한 관심이 보이셨어요. 객실은 깨끗하고 조용하고 편안했습니다. 사소한 부분인데, 객실에 있는 1리터 생수가 4.50불 한다는 것은 좋지는 않네요. 하지만 그것 말고는 완벽한 숙박이었어요. 감사합니다!

이 호텔에 핸드폰을 가지고 와서 사용하실 계획이라면 다시 생각해 보셔야 할 것 같아요. 건물 어디에서도 신호를 잡기가 너무 어려웠고 찾는다 해도 자주 끊어지네요. 보통 한 블록 걸어가야 전화를 사용 할 수 있었어요. 저는 업무 차 이곳에 왔는데 이건 재앙이었습니다. Elan에서 핸드폰 서비스 개선을 위해서 노력하지 않았다니 불행이네요. 호텔 자체는 좋은 것들이 많고 아주 좋아요. 하지만 이런 이유로 다시는 그곳에 가지 않을 거예요.

Elan Hotel was perfectly situated for our interests, which included being able to walk to Melrose for dinner at Lucques! Surrounding neighborhood very safe. And we went to Santa Monica beach one day (15 minutes away) and tl the LA County Museum (10 minutes) via car. Very easy. Loved being near the shopping center as well. I can't fault the Élan hotel. I arrived on a late flight but the hotel staff kindly greeted me. The room was very welcoming complete with gown & slippers... oh I just remembered actually the water in shower didn't get hot - just mildly luke warm. So the idea of bath didn't eventuate as not warm enough temperature to soak in. But the bed was nice and […] big and super comfy. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and regularly replenished. I requested a late check out and they offered me until 1pm complimentary. I was able to top-up on shopping at the Beverly Centre just across the road. After I officially checked out they let me store my bags securely until my late flight & offered to arrange transfers. In the evening they provided complimentary wine and cheese which was a nice touch. I didn't need to go into Hollywood so found location superb for my shopping trip stay. 더 보기

Having lived in the neighborhood years ago, I was pleasantly surprised to find this jewel in the area. It has a great location to the Beverly Center, the Grove and WeHo. The staff was great and the room though a bit small was really comfortable.

Both Michaels on the front counter are a delight and couldn't be more helpful. As are all the staff we have encountered at The Elan. This was our second stay and certainly we will return for a third. Staff was very friendly. Was always greeted in the morning when we left and in the evening when we came back - sometimes by name. Adequate breakfast; Wine Happy Hour was an added bonus. Close to Beverly Center. You could walk to The Grove and Farmer's Market but I would consider it a "hike". A very pleasant stay. The hotel was a great location for us as we were visiting our daughter. The staff were very friendly and accommodating! The room was very nice, but quite small with no easy chairs. Other than that, we were very happy with The Elan!

Beautiful boutique hotel. After staying at the Anaheim Hilton, we really liked the more intimate feel of the Elan. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Complementary continental breakfast and wine tasting was a plus. Not a big fan of valet parking....

The Elan is a modern, boutique hotel in West Hollywood with close proximity to Beverly Hills. Very easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. Trendy Melrose is very close. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. There is a wine and cheese happy hour in the evening from 5 to 7 pm and breakfast is from 6:30 am until 9 or 10. The banana bread served one […] morning was absolutely delicious. The lounge area downstairs is very pleasant and you can also eat outside on the patio. It's also an attractive space to have friends or business associates wait or meet with you. The lounge area also has two computers available for guest use and space for people to work on their own laptops. The rooms are quiet, elegant and compact. The double double rooms are probably too small for a family of 4. The double beds are too small for most adults to share comfortably, especially tall adults. Plus, while the rooms aren't small, they certainly aren't spacious. There are rooms with king beds also for couples or solo travelers. The rooms were very clean and looked well maintained. I found the bed with a very comfortable firm mattress. The Elan is reasonably priced for the area of LA that it is located in. However, parking is expensive, but that is probably the norm for most hotels in the area. There is no gym or pool, but there are a few nearby gyms that you could probably use. I booked this hotel based on the high ratings it had received. To be quite honest, the staff is friendly, the bellmen in particular very eager, but this place felt to me like a glorified motel. Very disappointing.

The convenience of the hotel to our intended destination was excellent. When we arrived at the hotel however, we had a hard time finding the valet and had to go inside the hotel to get service. Our room was very small and we were glad that we didn't have to stay in it for very long. Otherwise, our experience was good.
