호텔 르느와르 생 제르맹 (Hotel Renoir Saint Germain) - 파리

체크 아웃 시간보다 한 시간 일찍 도착해서 리셉션 카트에 짐 가방을 두고 떠났습니다. 저녁에 10시쯤에 호텔로 오니깐 저희들 가방이 여전히 문에서 1미터는 떨어져서 있는 거에요. 모든 호텔들이 객실에 짐 가방을 넣어 놓는데 이번에는 너무나도 놀랐어요. 전혀 안전한 것 같지도 않아요. (보안 카메라가 있다고 해도 문에서 너무나 가까웠어요) 그분들이 누군가를 쫓아가야 할 것 같다는 생각이 들었지만 어쨌든 리셉션에 항상 사람이 있는 것은 아니니깐요! 객실은 근사하고 편안했지만 화장실은 끔찍했어요. 세면대나 작은 샤워실이나 너무나 오래되었어요. 엘리베이터도 없고요 계단으로 2층을 올라갔습니다. 제가 예약할 때 꼭 방음된 객실을 […] 부탁했는데 공사장 바로 옆에 방을 주는 거에요!!! 그날 밤에 특별한 행사 때문에 파리에 와서 체크아웃 바로 전에 일어 나려고 했는데 공사 때문에 아침 8시부터는 더 잘 수가 없었고 게다가 10시에 저희를 깨우려고 문을 쾅쾅 치는 거에요. 모닝콜 해달라고 부탁한전도 없거든요. 알람도 따로 있었는데 거기에다가 공사장 소음까지. 리셉션에 남자 직원들은 파리에서 만난 본 사람 중에 가장 무례한 했어요. 보통은 Saint-Germain-des-Pres에서 지내는데 호텔이 예약이 다 차서 여기서 한번 숙박해 본 것이었거든요. 가격이 더 저렴했던 이유가 위치 때문이라고 생각했었는데 아니네요. 모든 것이 3성에서 기대 할 수 있는 것들보다 수준 이하였어요. 별을 준 다해도 1~2면되요! 더 보기

새로 단장할 필요가 있는 오래된 호텔. 방은 깨끗했지만 커튼과 침대 덮개에 얼룩이 있었습니다. 마지막 날 머물 때까지 침대 덮개의 얼룩을 발견하지 못했습니다. 반대편 거리의 바에서 들려오는 시끄러운 소음으로 방을 바꿔야 했습니다. 거기에 많은 손님들이 에어컨에 대해 불평을 했습니다. 방에 너무 많은 돈을 지불한 것 같았습니다. 위치는 어떤 교통수단을 사용해도 좋을 만큼 편리했습니다. 저녁에도 안전하게 걸을 수 있었습니다.

접수 담당자 중 두 명은 좋았지만 나머지 사람들은 그렇지 못했습니다. 방은 수리가 필요했고 정말 이상한 것은 수건과 미니바가 준비되지 않았다는 것입니다. 접수대는 더럽기까지 했습니다. 더러운 모조 꽃. 새롭게 단장을 한 것으로 인터넷에서 봤는데 프로젝트가 완벽하지 못했다고 생각합니다. 돈을 들인 만큼 좋은 결과를 얻지 못한 것 같습니다. (특별히 영국 파운드로 결제한 것을 생각한다면.)

호텔은 정말 더러웠습니다. 호텔의 엘리베이터는 한 번에 한 명이나 두 명만 태울 수 있었고, 위층으로 올라갈 때 안 좋았습니다. 서비스는 끔찍했고 직원들은 너무 건방지고 도움이 안됐습니다. 한 가지 좋았던 점은 위치였는데 지하철까지 가까웠습니다. 하지만 반대편 거리는 너무 시끄러운 술집이 있어서 아침까지 길에 토하는 사람들의 소리를 듣게 되었고 절대적으로 불쾌한 경험이었습니다.

Good enough ... However, considering the price they were charging, I think I deserved a little more. Wifi cost 5 euro; breakfast not included; no room service and the rooms were small. It is satisfactory if you really need a hotel room. However, next time I will look elsewhere.

Do not stay here, the staff is beyond rude. The room was the size of a phone booth. When I went to check out the puddy man with the prince valiant hair tried his hardest to find extra charges. Then he tried to charge me for internet usage. I did not bring a laptop or cell phone on this trip - I had no need for internet. It was a horrible experience. If they had not been so awful at the check out I could have overlooked that the cleaning service kept opening my window on the first floor everyday leaving my room open for theft. The location for this hotel is perfect, within easy walking distance of everything you could want to see and do in the centre of Paris. There is also plenty of hot water to ease aching limbs. The neigberhod is a nice, walking distance from most of the truistic places and full of small restaurants and bars. It is a very basic hotel but at list clean and most of the people that works there is kind. Saint germain it's by far the most convenient area.

This is a run-down hotel with a shabby air. The first night of my stay, I had a very noisy floor-level room. They were able to accommodate me and change my room to the sixth floor which improved greatly on the noise-level and gave me a lovely view of rue du Montparnasse. The room we were given was up two flights of narrow stairs (for kicks think we counted 36!) and with luggage, we were glad we brought only small baggage. The shower, I kid not, was so small it was not possible to turn around inside it without banging one's arm. This hotel was in a good location, close to the Metro which means that we had access to everywhere we wanted to go. There were lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket just up the road. Our bedroom was facing a bar that didn't close till 5am so there was a bit of noise, but nothing too disturbing. I stayed at a room on the top floor. Overall everything looks 15 years older than the pictures on the website. The shower is not clean,but the size is good. The blanket and pillow are very old, sheets are OK. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants and shops close by. It is easy to get on the Metro.

Veldig små rom. Rengjøring tror jeg ikke de vet hva er. Irriterende å be om ekstra handkle sett hver dag, enda vi hadde dobbeltrom fikk vi kun ett sett rent pr dag. De ansatte var meget hyggelige og upåklagelig service i resepsjonen.
