"코리아 타운에서 가까움"
2012년04월24일에 대한 Hotels.com 고객의 이용 후기매일 아침 코리아타운에 가서 밥 먹기에 아주 가까운 거리에 위치하고 있어서 예약을 했습니다. 호텔로비는 정말 럭셔리하고 안락한 분위기였구요. 근데 방 싸이즈는 너무 작았습니다. 여행 가방을 오픈 해 놓기도 만만치 않은 여유 공간.. 하지만 침대가 너무 안락해서 잠자기에는 좋았습니다.

2012년04월21일에 대한 Hotels.com 고객의 이용 후기맨하턴에서의 숙박은 자주 있어왔다 그러나 고민은 가격이 비싼데 비하여 좁은방 낡은 건물 불친절 등이었으나 이번 벤틀리 호텔은 친절함과 깨끗한 객실 및 다른 호텔에 비하여 밝고 사용하기에 불편함이 없었다 단 다운타운과 거리가 좀 떨어져 있었으나 그것도 괜찮은 정도이다

This hotel is near everything. Easy, quick and convient check in. Everything was clean, and they even had extra pillows and wash cloths in the room. However there was no shower cap, hardly a deal breaker but I needed one. Great stay and comfy bed!

While I want to be able to be positive about my stay, since the hotel appears very nice and well kept and the staff seemed nice, it's just really hard to stay positive when you wake up in the morning covered in bug bites. It was pretty horrifying. At first I thought it was just me that was bitten (I am the tasty one after all), but throughout the day […] my husband started finding bumps as well. Thankfully my 1 year-old appears to have been spared. Since it was already morning by the time we discovered the bugs and we were about to check out anyway, we just quickly packed up and got out of there. I informed the front desk as I was checking out, and while they were apologetic, they didn't offer a refund or anything. They simply apologized "for the inconvenience." Feeling absolutely horrified and disgusted by the experience I didn't want to linger and make a scene, so we just left. I'm still feeling very grossed out about the whole experience, and now I can't bring my suitcases in the house for fear of stowaway bugs. Yuck. 더 보기

"Great value for the cost"

This was an inexpensive, but convenient hotel for a wedding I attended at Eisenhower Park. Only negative is was that we were expecting a King bed with a queen or king size pullout couch. Instead, there was an uncomfortable recliner. We were able to have a cot brought up, but still not ideal for 2 additional people to share. We made it work.

The hotel was nice and situated in a convenient location but early in the morning the fire alarm went off. It went off for a while and nobody knew what was going on, so everyone went into the hallway. Having reserved a double room with two beds a very long time in advance for the State Championship Swim Meet, I was very surprised to arrive there at 3:30 on Friday afternoon and told that there were only king-bedded rooms left. When I insisted on the two beds that I had reserved and paid for, they found one on the first floor that wasn't even made […] up yet.
