The beds were very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. Having a place to work out, hot tub indoors and outdoor pool was great.

This Wingate is in need of a renovation. It's definitely been over 7-8 years since it was last renovated, which is the average turn cycle for a limited service hotel. Phones don't work in the rooms; carpets are stained/a bit tattered; the rooms need a paint-job bad; housekeeping is marginal at best (moldy tub/shower/tile); vending machines are not stocked […] if they even operate at all; and the pool/spa have been "under renovation" (there's actually no work going on - just shut down) for ADA compliance issues for over a month. It's a mediocre hotel at best; don't expect too much if you stay here for business, aside from wireless internet and a decently comfortable Tempurpedic bed. 더 보기

Overall, not a bad stay, but we weren't warned that the pool and spa were being upgraded, so we got no use of those for the extra money we spent to get those. There was a pill on our room floor that was unidentifiable, hinting that the room may not have been thoroughly cleaned, but the rest seemed clean and the beds were very comfortable. We rented 2 rooms, we had no problem w/ one room the other we had to change rooms. There was smell of smoke and tiny sugar ants in the bathroom. The staff was helpful in switching rooms for us, manager was not available to speak with so could not voice complaint and /or receive and compensation for the inconvenience

We enjoyed this hotel. Staff was friendly. Facilities looked great. We didn't have time to use them though. Breakfast was nice and parking was plenty. The room was great size and nicely decorated. Room has great tempur-pedic mattresses and nice linens. Everything was clean, friendly staff, and decent breakfast in the am. Overall, we were pleased.

Room was clean and loved the beds. When booking I choose not to spend the extra money for breakfast. At check in we were surprised they offered a complimentary breakfast. The kids loved it. Eggs, sausage, pastries and make your own waffles. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a little hard to get to. The signage is not great and the groundskeeping could use some work. However, the room was amazing. Very modern decor and Tempurpedic beds, very clean, and the breakfast was actually good. I would stay here again....

I like the way the revamped the hotel and the breakfast was great, but the service from the desk was horrible (attitudes) and my roomate and I had ants in our beds and on the walls. Fortunately, we were able oto see them before we laid down.

It was a very comfortable and safe setting! The employees were more than Polite and breakfast was awesome!!!

Stayed here on a trip required for moving. Had never been to Alabama and found this hotel to be elegant, safe, clean, and in an area near lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. Would highly recommend.

I was in town for a conference, so my time at the hotel was limited. However, the bed was totally awesome. I hardly ever rest well away from home. It was quiet and peaceful. Great accommodations!! Free complimentary breakfast!!! Food was outstanding!! Room very clean and service was outstanding!!

This was a hotel that seemed to be somewhere in mid-update. We had a temperpedic matress, but our TV was from 1987, the walls and carpets were scuffed and dirty, and the hallways smelled like smoke. That I could handle. What I couldn't handle was that our shower hadn't been cleaned when we checked in at 8:30PM. There was a used washcloth, a used bar […] of soap and copious amounts of other peoples' hair. It was quite disturbing. The front desk couldn't move us to another room, so we insisted that it was cleaned first thing in the morning, which they did, but they left the wash cloth and the used bar of soap. All-in-all, not a great experience. Don't think we'll be staying at that, or any other Wingate in the future. 더 보기

The hotel was updated, clean and very close to shopping and food. Very quiet and away from the major road. The only thing was that in the morning I heard lots of footsteps from the room above so the walls a very thin but overalI would definitely recommend and stay here again. Try to get a room on the 3rd/top floor no one will be above you.

Overall Okay experience, Checked in to and first room was moldy and musty smelling. Asked for another room. It was okay, but after the first room i was little bit leary. First night went to use whirlpool, it looked unsanitary, and a styrofoam cup was sitting by the tub. Waited until second night, styrofoam cup still there had not been cleaned. Waited […] until the third night same thing. Complained to clerk, the cup was pciked up immediately, but I had my doubts about the cleanliness and maitnenance/upkeep of the whirl poo after that so I did not use. Excellent breakfast meal and staff, just need to look at overall cleanlines of hotel. Iwas disappointed as I have stayed at Wingate hotels in the past and felt this one was below standards for Wingate. Still better than most but subpar for a Wingate hotel. 더 보기

Our non-smoking room had been smoked in and other was musty smelling, did get to change rooms. then no wash or hand towels. front desk did take care of wash clothes, A/C turning on and off I would have thought in an upscale of wyndham it would have run fan all the time. Have had meals in H/Inn, S/8, Days Inn, Dury Inn that were much nicer. no wash cloths in room. no tv remote in room. the place smelled like a sewage back-up. will not go back.

Our stay at the Wingate by Wyndham was of absolute comfort and serenity. Its locale was convenient as it was surrounded by shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and proficient. If I'm ever in Montgomery again, this will be the place I'll stay.

I truly enjoyed the stay! The bed slept really well and customer service was excellent! Price was very reasonable I kinda felt we should have paid more.

Great hotel with wonderful location. Room was very comfortable. I will stay here again.

Good hotel, only challenge was its address wasn't on my tom-tom gps, so it took a while to find. Advise getting a goggle map print out to help you.

We loved this hotel i was superb. I would definitely recommend it and will be staying here again. All of the hotel reviews that I read were more than accurate. I highly recommend this hotel. Beds were "to die for."

I stopped here on the way to Louisiana. I was too tired to drive any more. It was extremely nice - didn't have that traveler's motel feel at all! I had a wonderful night's sleep in a big comfortable and clean bed!

The rooms are nice, the beds are very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and guest services was wonderful. The only thing I noticed was a kind of slow drain in the bathroom sinks. Other than that, my stay was great and the hotel is conveniently located by restaurants and shopping areas. Very nice.

Nice hotel for the money. Area is near a whole bunch of retail locations (Best Buy, Home Depot). Lots of food nearby. Free Breakfast is decent. Free internet is nice. They don't nickel and dime you like other places do. Good stay, thanks.

Clean room and good staff

The staff was very pleasent. The room was clean, Beds were great. I have a temperpedic bed at home and did not expect it in a hotel. I liked theirs better. Location was perfect minutes to everything. Satisfied overall with this Wingate but not with hotels.com. Comfortable beds, good pillows, convenient to everything we wanted to do. TVs have not been updated to flat screens and shower was luke, never would get hot. A good value at the price we paid but wouldn't pay full rate here.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The food served at breakfast was very good and there is plenty of space for everyone to occupy.
