Was good although bathroom light cover fell off less than 10 after got my room.

Hands down the service Was outstanding they brought us our frigerator and a microwave In the middle of the night.

It was fabulous. The only complaint I would have was that the pool area needs some paint, maintenance. Paint is peeling and falling into the pool, but I know it is hard in that humid environment to keep this from happening. Other than that, everything was clean, quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I wouldn't rave about this Westin. I called ahead to change my room from a king to a double and was told I'd have to wait until check in. When I checked in @ 3pm (I was throwing a party nearby) I said I had a pkg delivered there & asked to have it delivered to my room by 5:30. By 5:20, I heard nothing so I called the service # and they did deliver it […] within 10 minutes. I ordered room service, Cobb Salad, and asked go no avocado but it arrived with a plate full of lettuce, a little bit of egg/chicken/cheese//bacon/tomato, and avocado. Not worth the $20 for sure ... Like I said, I wouldn't rave, but I've seen worse, and it isn't the Westin Denver after all. 더 보기

Stopper in bathroom wasn't working, 1 of 2 lights in the bathroom was burned out, the showerheed leaked at the connection, and that was only in the room. At the pool, in the Mens locker room, the sauna was broken, both valves for both showers were broken and left users without hot water. By the way, the apples they left in the lobby weren't ripe yet […] and not eatable. It wasn't what I would expect from this type of hotel. Don't let the pictures fool ya. 더 보기

Everything about the hotel was great except internet with IBAHN was aweful. First could not get a connection. Then after called their customer service and the connection was connected but the connection was very slow. I had to stay up till 4:00 AM to get my work done. Loved the hotel and would stay for pleasure but would not like to stay for business […] trip as speedy internet connection is a must. 더 보기

Room had a 65 degree "cap" on the thermostat and it had set empty until we arrive. It was a warm day and the room didn't cool off sufficiently

We are not accustomed to staying at 4 star hotels. We were surprised at the lack of amenities for the price of the rooms. The parking situation is ridiculous. Unless you want to pay for valet parking, you must park across a street. It is dangerous and very inconvenient. We needed a luggage cart when leaving, but they would not let us use it ourselves. […] We felt like this was another expense, as a tip is expected. Internet service was very expensive and there was even a charge to use it in the lobby. The hotel location is not ideal if you are traveling with children. It's a lovely hotel, but we certainly did not get our moneys worth. 더 보기

Good location, walking distance to Westminster promenade. The hotel has a lovely fragrance throughout. Hotel is older but well kept and still classy. Pool is nice and the hot tub outside on the rooftop has a great view of the mountains. Got to meet the mascot, Westi the dog. The kid's loved it. Breakfast was yummy but very pricey. For the price of the room, breakfest should be included. I purchased a $12 waffle from O's. That is pretty steep for breakfest.

Great up-scale hotel and fabulous location!

Everything was great until the next morning when a maid decided to enter our room without even knocking first! Luckily our door was locked from the top of our door. Other than that. The hotel was nice clean,and pieceful. Rude maid ! Anyone who stays in any hotel just place do not disturbed sign on door or they wll just enter without knocking.

We stayed at the Westin Westminster for just an overnight stay, as we were driving home from vacation. The hotel staff was excellent, and the lady at the front desk made our 3-year-old's day as we were checking out. They had a few stuffed animals on display near the front desk for sale, and the front desk staff gave her one on our way out. It was very […] sweet, and not necessary, but she made our daughter so happy! The rest of the drive was very pleasant, and we will definitely stay at the Westin on our next trip to Denver. 더 보기

We stayed here for three nights in March, and the hotel was incredible. Comfortable, easy to get to, incredible views from the upper floors, and the staff was very friendly. Never before have I had anyone tell me, after asking about a fridge in the room, that "one would be brought up" for us. Plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options are […] within walking distance. Most of the restaurants aren't open before 11AM though, so if you like an early breakfast your options are limited to the hotel restuarant, or driving elsewhere. It's about a 20-minute drive into downtown Denver as well, which makes this a quiet hotel, but expect a short drive if you're planning on doing anything in the city. All in all, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here as well. 더 보기

I have visited this hotel since 2001 on a yearly basis. I have only loved to come back more and more. The staff are amazingly friendly and hospitable.

Great place. Very nice hotel and we were even able to bring our dog. Extemely convenient to the hockey rink.

My husband treated me to an evening away from kids and the Westin was great. The rooms were clean, the bed was super comfy and the staff was great.

You have to ask for do not disturb signs. Someone took ours off our door and then someone tried to open the door while we were in the room... kind of weird.

The room was ready an hour after check in . The clerk at the front desk was snotty. The hot tub was locked and the pool was cold.

We always try to stay at the Westin when we need to go to Boulder and love it. Also, we can take our dog and it's like a vacation for him. Plus, they gave us a room with a beautiful mountain view.

I stayed at this hotel while on business. I enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants (and movie theater if you want). The outdoor hot tub was also very nice. Beds were comfortable. Location was good for my needs (easy access to Hwy and Denver-Boulder area).

Wonderful, quiet, great stay.

Parking was a tad inconvenient unless you wanted to drop $20 for valet. Otherwise, all was good!!

We were very impressed with the friendliness and service from all of the staff. The view of the mountains was so beautiful. We will definitely be back. Nice town, beautiful hotel.

My only complaint would be the sheets smelled of bleach - otherwise, the hotel and staff were amazing.

The hotel was nice...they rate on Hotels.com was good, it would have been nice to have had a free breakfast for the price.

Beautiful hotel, good location. A lot of amenities. Bed linens made of unusual material, felt like a rubber sheet. Difficulty controlling room temperature. Extremely warm even with thermostat turned all the way down. Staff was friendly and helpful. Higher floors restricted to preferred guests, which is frustrating.

The rooms were very clean and the service was amazng. Would defenately recomand any one to it. The movie theater and the restaurants are very convenient.

Chose this hotel for proximity to Erie, CO and that they allowed pets. The property is overall clean and the rooms were updated and very comfortable. The staff were all very kind and professional. Including the room service and the front desk gentleman.

Very pretty hotel, enjoyed the stay. However I wasn't impressed with the maid service or the fire drill in AM. But other than that, this was a very beautiful hotel and the staff was helpful.
